How to plant a tree so that it grows 3 times faster. Root training method.

today i'm going to show you a method that's going to make your trees grow three times faster i have my new apple tree here get yourself a pvc pipe that is four feet long four feet is approximately 120 centimeters and you want two and a half inches in diameter which is approximately six centimeters make sure that you buy the appropriate lid for it so that you prevent any bugs or anything from getting inside the pipe so you want to keep it covered like so [Music] so here we have an orange tree and i also use the method this tube is more the appropriate size they all serve the same function you remove the cap and you can water it from below so you train the roots to seek their water downward we're going to dig a hole that is 80 centimeters in diameter which is approximately 31.5 inches it's also going to be 80 centimeters deep or 31.5 inches deep [Music] all right so there you have it 31.5 inches or 80 centimeters it goes down in a cone let me back up a little bit there you go so dig downward in a cone next thing we're going to do we're going to put rocks at the bottom or maybe some broken bricks anything that will stop the dirt from accumulating underneath the tube so now gather a few rocks and drop them in there then you put the tube in like so there's a lid so now we're going to put in 50 compost 50 soil we're going to mix it up in the wheelbarrow and we're going to drop it in the hole we're not going to completely fill this up we're going to fill it up the height of the soil of the tree which is about 15 inches or 25 centimeters so we're gonna fill it up until we're 25 centimeters from the from the grass so we're going to stop at that height in order to plant our tree if you're a beginner gardener if you're dealing with this soil or this compost make sure you wear a mask because some pretty gnarly stuff can grow in here so make sure that you're safe make sure you wear gloves for the bacteria and make sure you're always wearing a mask when dealing with bad soil or compost i'm gonna go put on the mask let's fill this thing up all right we got ourselves our level pat it down a little you want to keep the soil intact as much as possible with a sharp knife we're going to carefully cut both sides of the plastic container [Music] like so then we open it up should stay all intact now very carefully we're gonna move the tree in position and finish filling up the hole all right so we're finished so there's a tree so here we have five liter containers full of water it's about 1.33 gallons you're gonna water about once a week we're going to start by watering one of these on the surface and one of these in the tube so over three months you're going to completely take away the surface water slowly until you're only getting it this half in the tube telling the roots to search for water downward training the roots and that's going to really establish this tree and make it grow much faster and much stronger so on the surface all right and the other half in the tube just like so over three months you're gonna gradually take away the surface water until you are only giving it water through the tube that's gonna make this tree survive harsh summers it's also going to make this tree firmly establish itself much faster in the ground and that's what's going to cause it to grow faster much faster all right so that's how you do it here's my lemon tree same method if you want to know what that is that's uh for direct composting i'm trying that on this tree i have this in my vegetable garden and it's full of earthworms i just buried this so if i dig i'm sure i'll find earthworms but i'm not going to because it's uh it's the trees so it worked magic in the vegetable garden so i'm trying the tree as well if you want to know more about that method check out this video here and also i recommend doing that as you can see i also have an olive tree this tube does not have to be so big i had it extra that's why i used it after one and a half to two years you're gonna remove the tube you're gonna take this out the tree will be established and it will know where to get its water here we have an orange tree with the same method also i've got some cilantro growing and finally here is my other tree i'm also growing my cilantro there if you're growing cilantro in the winter you want a full sun in the summer you want to give it two hours of sun that way your cilantro is going to look just as good as mine good stuff to find out the best way to germinate cilantro check out my other video right there it's in spanish but it has a
