how to merge two PDF files into one PDF file welcome to another gauging gadgets PDF tutorial video in this video I'm going to show you how to merge two PDF files into one PDF file and if this video helps you please consider giving it a like and also subscribing to my channel because that really helps me out all right so as you can see here I have two PDF files a PDF resume and then a PDF that is just an image in this tutorial we're going to be using a free tool from adobe.com to merge these two files together and combine them into one PDF file so to get started with merging PDF files together the first thing we need to do is open up a browser and navigate to adobe.com and keep in mind this can be not only on your computer but you can also do this on the browser in a Chromebook or even your iPhone or Android phone so once you get to adobe.com go up to the top menu select PDF and then go over under online tools and select merge PDF from there all we need to do is Select select files and then find the two PDFs on our computer or our phone that we want to combine so I have the sample resume and then the image PDF right there I'm going to select open it'll then load the two files and from here we can make sure that these are in the right order so if we want to have one PDF before the other just simply drag that up and then you can also delete any PDF here if you want to so you could simply select the trash can and that will remove it and no longer combine it with the other PDF Additionally you can also add an additional PDF by just selecting the little plus symbol up here and then selecting the plus symbol wherever you want the additional PDF to be and then finding on your computer and adding it all right so once you're ready to actually merge your PDFs select merge in the top right it'll process that and merge and combine those two PDFs together then it'll load and you can see the example of the two PDFs together and now all we need to do is log into our Adobe account if you don't already have one you can create one for free so select create a free account or log in with your Adobe account that's what I'm going to do once you log in it'll reload adobe.com where then we can see the two PDFs combined here and to download our combined PDF all we need to do is go up to the top right select download and now we can choose what size we want to download it either an original or compressed if we need to save a little bit of space and then select download PDF you can then save it to your computer and when you open it up you can see that both PDF files have now been merged together you have combined two PDF files into one PDF file all right so that's how you merge PDF files if you have any questions about this leave a comment below get back to you as soon as I can if you'd like to see more PDF tips and tutorials check the links in the description if this video helped you give it a thumbs up and please consider subscribing to my channel gauging gadgets for more Gadget reviews and Tech tutorials thank you so much for watching
