us to do for a while um and it's the perfect timing now so daddy without further ado tell the people them where we are cooked today yeah cook up some pork chops some pork chops and we're gonna put some caramelized apple on top caramelized apple topping on top in here yeah i get bougie panda all right all right well i'm not gonna waste any time i'm so happy that all of you guys are in the kitchen with us again today daddy let's get straight into it where do we start we're gonna wash our pork chops pork chops pork chops pork chops i had gotten a message from someone who said you know yo you're just a a a my week for the pork chop tutorial and i you know that was months ago so i hope she sees this now she finally finally gets the pork chops okay i gotta wash my pork chops okay you're washing it with some vinegar and water you guys gotta remember no dirty meats watch one wash put some elbow grease in it elbow grease that's snug on the mirror i guess yeah funny i remember when they used to be like oh put some elbow piece in it let me tell you i was searching for the grease that was called elmo the search is searching searching for this for the great hot elbow until i got old enough to know exactly what they were talking about so daddy when you wash do you wash with cold water is it bad to wash with warmer hot water no hot water true i guess that's a valid question but i could bear warm water yes you could okay but it's better to do coals too okay tomato tomato tomato or tomatoes if you're a jamaican look how it looked clean now you guys look how it looked clean but hand you guys clean all right one more all my seasoning i'm gonna use okay this is the mug system again black pepper black pepper flavor rice garlic powder garlic powder all-purpose seasoning all other purposes them yes okay i put about two spoonful okay sister maggie on my pork okay shout out to all the people who still watch this video even though they don't eat pork you know we have to cater to our our non-pork eaters but we also have to cater to our pork eaters our vegetarians and non-vegetarians all of that okay black pepper yeah a tablespoon of black pepper okay flavor flavor for them leave a rice a tablespoon them lucky they've arrived we love them but i'm lucky garlic powder a spoonful seasons flavors on flavors seasons of seasons on purpose all purpose tablespoon basically like a tablespoon of all of these yes i have some lemon pepper i don't know spice shout out to agent of spice yes agents of spice sent us a bunch of stuff a while back shout out to you guys so we're gonna use a little bit of what you say lemon pepper daddy lemon pepper i'm a little afraid of that you want to taste it first okay you're afraid of it i'm not going to put it no i'm trying to trust you but i'm just saying lemon pepper is a very like specific taste i don't know if you're familiar with my pepper is mostly for fish or not even that no lemon pepper and wings remember wings wings and to be brown brown brown because remember you gotta put them in the holders okay okay all right [Music] the last batch so wait then you said that these ones brown faster why because it gets really hot and it caramelized from the from the other one okay it's still in the pot it's still in the pot so it kind of helps it yeah okay so these last pieces are gonna go inside the pan and then we're into the oven right guys i'm so ready for my food it smells so good like i don't even think you i don't even think you guys understand what is happening here right now i'm just excited to see how daddy's gonna do this caramelized apple toppings just enough space just about enough this thing smells so good it smells so good so so something into the oven at 350 i'm gonna do this for 15 15 to 20 minutes 15-20 minutes and then they're ready and they're ready so this i'm not gonna throw it away okay i'm gonna use this to caramelize my pepper flavors on flavors and flavors okay all right daddy this water is for my potatoes okay can i blanch my potatoes blanching his potatoes making potatoes on the side oh i'm ready i am ready all right so we have apples here so people only have enough apple at home and you don't get to use them and they they get like this i'm start for wilt you can use them to do something caramelized you would juice it juice it you can uh you can caramelize it and put it on your your pork chops if you eat pork okay all right so i'm gonna show you what i do okay daddy show us what you do i'm gonna peel it okay tell me you're in jamaican without telling me you're a jamaican what how you're peeling this apple right now daddy is a very telltale sign that you are from the island of jamaica yeah or caribbean yeah i'm uh skitfully skillful just like an orange just like a orange cut this in half you're going to take this seed hole or the belly whatever you want to call it they're not you twanging whatever you want to call it no no no this is where i'm going from sure don't talk to her it's cold switching benny you're just talented okay i just do like that you don't want to cut them too thin because they break up on you when you're cooking it okay so you want to keep as much of the shape as possible yeah i know what this thickness okay see that people my loved ones can you use any type of apple yeah i know these are kind of like i don't know green one is better the green one is better yeah the green skin good to know so the granny smith apple is better the green skin one is more solid firm these are like mommy's bougie organic apples but these are actually really good um i don't know the exact kind but they like macintosh almost and you do it all over again until you are done perfect good it's done all right so ready one okay i'm gonna put some apple cider vinegar in it cinnamon powder okay some cinnamon and this organic this one organic some brown sugar and some organic brown sugar yeah okay you guys can use whatever brown sugar you want i think my pot is too big for the amount of pepper i have okay so we're gonna i'm gonna switch up okay but i'm gonna use that flavor from that pot from this part okay spoil seasonings [Music] that's all you need i'm going to put some butter in there okay some butter we're using unsalted butter because that's the type of butter we use here i don't even need to but the oil but i just want some of that flavor from the pork okay in it so you technically wouldn't need to do the butter and the oil on the oil okay then just need some flavors more flavors all right what's next am i happy goes in okay okay apple gone into the pot apple got it the pot family split it around mix it up so what's the heat underneath it's on medium on medium okay i'm gonna turn though turning it up to high the reason why it was on medium because the butter i don't want the butter to burn okay but once the apples go in you can bring it back up okay pinch of cinnamon pinches okay it's a pinchers a little bit of pinches a spoonful of proper cider vinegar because remember this is strong you don't want too much that's the spoonful teaspoonful and then your brown sugar just half cup half a cup of brown sugar i'm gonna turn it back down to medium so you're putting it you put it back down to medium and in order for it to caramelize you just have to keep turning it okay [Music] cause the sugar will make it stick at the bottom okay already softened oh my gosh this is forced it's hot daddy put it on a plate or something not miss it yes it okay pax i'll have that [Music] it's almost like an apple pie filling it's a tc mr tse okay so how's it going good okay i just put a sprinkler lick of black pepper in it okay that's it it's a little sprinkle as you guys can see okay a pinch see that the apples are softening down daddy yeah let me get it a little brown yeah that's what you want you don't need more liquid in there no you're not gonna put liquid in it okay all right so let's check up on what we'll
