[Music] what's up guys it's your girl Toya welcome back to my channel please excuse my mouth today guys I just left the dinners I had to get three cavities seal guess three my mouth was still a little sore I'm still in pain but guess what it's Friday and the seafood Friday so on Fridays well on some Fridays could I do seafood Friday in my household so this Friday we're actually doing some snow crabs and we're doing a seafood boil that's right a seafood boil for y'all so if you're interested in seeing how I make this boar but I'm putting in my bone please stay tuned to the video oh and if guys so I'm back so of course you can't have a seafood boil without these babies right here pick me up some snow crab legs today from the international market and yo I don't know when crab me it's got so expensive but they was 29 a pound he had a mark to like wow courts Yeah right whatever all of them wild card you're getting in front of freaking ocean right yeah so anyway so we got that we got about 4 pounds of crab legs snow crab legs we got our seasonings so what I'm doing is I'm gonna come over here I have a pan here this is going to be for my butter sauce that I make and then I have a big pot here which I'm going to cook the actual seafood boy in I got me some small baby red potatoes here going for me got me some lemons on my throw a couple of it a cup of those in my seafood ball I went ahead and just got the long yucca corn instead of getting the shorter ones and yeah so of course the butter is for the garlic butter sauce because I'm making a garlic butter sauce because I don't want garlic butter crash yeah so yeah we're gonna get it in y'all we're gonna get it in we're gonna get it in check the season is out so that's what y'all gonna need all right if you want to change these seasonings up you want to add whatever if you feel if you want to add more to to these season and feel free if you want to take something away take it away but this is the season is that I'm gonna be using for the actual boy and for the actual butter sauce all right let's get to it all right guys so the first thing I'm going to do is season my water that the boil is going in so I'm adding salt because I want my butcher I want my craft and have some salt you know I'm saying I want my crabs in my own potatoes it's tough to have some seasoning so we're gonna add some widow Morton Salt all right guys another thing I did was I went ahead and sliced up a lemon I'm gonna throw this in the bowl as well just throw a couple lemons in there if you don't really like lemon flavor then hey you don't have yeah I want y'all to see me he'll see me hey I won't try to see what I'm adding here it's will okay we added one whole lemon and of course I had to get these data rings boil because you can't have a seafood boil without the actual crab so we're gonna toss this in here as well your Nets how that comes in a bag we're gonna toss that in here as well I want you guys to see that so far that's what I what it's looking like my also sauce a little garlic powder in here cuz what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna throw the UM baby red potatoes in the corn in there and I'm gonna let that cook for about 15-20 minutes at least until the red potatoes get tender I'm of course the corn is already precooked so you just really warming that up but we want our potatoes to get cooked all the way through and tender and then we'll add the crab legs on top next time i add is some good old day i'll hardens john cena they coming out with the old bay hat sauce I cannot wait today get that over B hot sauce that's gonna be so good on a seafood boy y'all but until they come up with that we're gonna use that boil in the bay and we will use this and feel free to be happy as you want to this is your crab boy you know what you wanted to taste bite if you want to add a whole bunch of this add a whole bunch if you want to add a little bit a little bit cuz what we're gonna do is we're gonna make a sauce and we're gonna put that sauce over anyway so I feel like ain't nobody a little bit more a little bit more razzle-dazzle and also I'm just gonna add just like a probably a tablespoon of this not a whole lot because this is potent y'all so I'm gonna do is I'm gonna do like a cat food it's one little cat food before that in let's go get some extra so I should spice out that's gonna flavor it up real good I can't wait it's gonna be real good y'all see without water looking like so we're gonna let that boil and once that get to boiling a little bit I'm gonna throw my potatoes and corn in there and then after the potatoes and the corn get nice and tender eyes we're gonna add our good old snow crabs I'm waiting to start the garlic butter sauce alright guys so for the garlic butter sauce we're gonna be using some good old Land O'Lakes butter and I'm you can use unsalted butter if you want to I do use unsalted butter usually but this time I just paid a regular butter cuz I needed so we're gonna get this I forgot your time to stove on we're gonna put it on maybe about three because we don't want the butter to burn so we're not gonna put it on a real high temperature and I guess depending on how much you're making they'll let you know how much butter you need to use I'm thinking I'm probably gonna use cuz I don't really want a whole lot of songs I don't know I might want to hold out on six I'm gonna use three sticks of butter today three six three DS sticks y'all and what I'm gonna do with my measuring cup here because I'm gonna add all of my dry season is to my measuring cup it's just easier for me to do that you don't have to add and you can actually add them to the pot as you go if you want to remove this down so y'all can see me so all the season is that I had over here my zesty lemon my parsley flakes my buddy but the idea I love the deer seasoning mix garlic cuz you can't have garlic rice without minced garlic and of course my add some more garlic powder because I just love garlic and a little bit of the Old Bay seasoning to that as well so while the pan is heating up I'm go ahead and throw these sticks of butter in there y'all that those melt while I get this dry season is together just gonna add them babies to the pack I'm it can okay and it'll pack up a pan when I said we're gonna do three sticks and I'm gonna just let those melt down see just have it on low and got a meltdown I want to scorch the butter and what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go ahead and add my dry season is here and y'all I do not measure out anything I just go as I go so if I don't add enough and I need to add some more later I can so unfortunately I do not know the exact measurements of what I'm adding I just know that I'm adding all here and I like a lot of garlic and usually I would use like a lemon pepper seasoning but I'm Eiling the pepper so I'm gonna just throw the zesty lemon in there and the guy one is spicy I decide I think imma add a little bit of um I have a little bit of Cajun seasoning oh I forgot I want to add me a little bit of onion powder too just a little bit any coming up quick enough and sometimes you know I might add a little bit of time if you wanna add more you can think I'm ahead a little bit of my New Orleans Cajun seasoning too just a little bit I like this on one like seafood or my shrimp and salmon gonna give it a little spice to my mom and little bit of that to Yahoo gotta have any cabinet just want a little bit oh and I forgot my own a little bit of accent on as well so those would be my dry seasoning that's going in the garlic butter sauce alright lastly I Massimo old bay found about two teaspoons to table fire about two tablespoons of that and so we have our seasonings here our butter is melting down y'all so I'm gonna go ahead and add this to it and as I go I'm gonna taste to see if I need more seasonings and if I do I'll add more to it let's check out this it's looking good over here I'm just waiting for it to get a little bit hotter than my add my potatoes and come on alright guys so our butter is back there simmering and our water is finally starting to boil so I'm gonna go ahead and add the potatoes and like I said we're just gonna cook these until they are nice and tender I didn't get a hold out potatoes it just me and my husband you potatoes and I probably won't eat many anyway and go ahead and throw this corn in here sometimes I add the corn maybe after the potatoes have been cooking for like 10 minutes but the corn are kind of big and the potatoes are kind of small so I'm just go ahead and throw both of those in there together and I'm gonna set my timer for about 15 minutes and I'm gonna come back and check it to see how those potatoes are after 15 mins I'm out I'm also gonna throw a top on this so I'll be right back all right y'all so I did end up going and like a little oregano and basil to this just to add some more Italian herbs to it um like the way I mix garlic in there as well so I'm just keeping it on a low temperature so that doesn't just let all those season is getting for that butter and then I'm gonna check on our corn and potatoes that's the my was so good so right about ten minutes of this cooking so in five minutes when that time I go up I'm gonna just check those and then I end up adding my crab legs once that's tight all right Josh so in the middle of me cooking my husband came in from work he's like so what is front back that's all the crap that you get bra do you know how much crab legs work you thought I was about to get more answer oh you rich rich so lost were strong he didn't went back to the international market y'all to get some shrimp you might come back with some walk rallies but I ain't cooking them up earlier tonight my garlic butter sauce is so delicious is that yum yum dude good and some of y'all if y'all have not tried as that's the 11th season is it's so good I have to try it like gives it so it's like a a special kick it just sets it off that and this Madea I love the earth but yeah i'ma check my check doing my potatoes and they're still kind of hard so I haven't added the crab yet so we're almost there guys the butter sauce is done is just on really low heat just to keep it hot once our craps I mean once the potatoes get soft then go ahead and add the crab legs and we're gonna put the crab legs in there for maybe eight minutes no more than ten minutes and then I'm gonna transform into my Pyrex pans and I'm a poor that butter sauce all on and it's gonna be so delicious guys I cannot wait I'm so excited my husband just reminded me that we had some sausages in the frigerator so I'm gonna go ahead and add these to the board as well but I like to cook my pasta just first I know some people just kind of like I guess throw them in there boil or Adam took on the pan but I meant the pot of the boilers in do that I like mine to get a little burnt before I add it to everything else so I'll cook that butter still simmering still haven't add the crab yet y'all these potatoes taking a while so we got about five more minutes on the potatoes and corn and then my throw the crab legs in there and I will be back all right guys it's found its haunting acnes crap and I'm gonna add them I was about to say face down y'all whatever you call that part but down faith bag want to add them in there just like that we don't have to cook these on cuz they're already cooked but you just need to get them high and let them get in that seasoning it's in that water so like I said I probably be staying here for like 10 minutes at the most out of fatness I like to set timers on oh if y'all do but I've been eating timeless cuz I need to go and remember guys to watch these things old I watch them on really really good we'll rent some are relevant ago when I got in from the market before adverts your pipe do not just get your kraut legs from the market and just store them in a pot okay you got to wash them off alright so we got the time on 10 minutes and the potatoes and corn are still in there and we're gonna close the top one net got my butter sauce over here still going and the sausages are browning and once that's done we're gonna get to it whoo that hey baby alright guys so the crab legs finished cooking the corn potatoes and sausage are done I just went ahead and put him in two separate pans because the crowd bays were too big to go into pans with the actual vegetables Isis and I so went ahead and threw some shrimp in there and I'm gonna let them cook for a couple minutes then I might add those to the pan as well and then we're gonna have our sauce and we're be all done be right back the pants up for you guys all right dad's here you have it the finishing
