suck outfits youtube and let us make a seafood [Music] boil [Music] so guys before we start i'm going to give you an ingredient breakdown so we have four potatoes we have some garlic cloves over here we have four sweet corn okay and over here i have some parsley one lemon over here i have about six eggs here i've got two crab legs clusters okay so one here and one underneath in here i have my shrimp over here i have my onion i have my kerrygold butter that i will use in this recipe we have our occasion seasoning some old bay we have some onion and garlic powder some seafood and fresh seasoning black pepper and smoked paprika my potatoes are nicely washed and so is my crab legs and so is my eggs corn and all of that stuff okay my shrimp has been deveined but i left one of them on just so i can show you because some people think the only way to devein shrimp is by cutting the back but that's not true if you look here you will see this and all you need to do is to just pull it through see this guys just pull it all the way out see this then you just get rid of it okay because i want to keep my shrimp hole the rest have all been done already okay i literally just left this one to show you okay beautiful and over here i have my large onion which is gonna go in the sauce okay okay usually i always just prep this beforehand to save time but you know what today i am making this video very chilled so no need okay i'm gonna cut it in half beautiful and then i'm just gonna cut it like this so these onions should be enough for my sauce okay so i'm just gonna set these ones to one side okay then for my garlic we're gonna need lots of garlic for this recipe okay lots and lots of garlic so i'm just gonna peel it and you can peel this however you like okay so for the garlic i am actually going to grate it okay you don't have to grate your garlic but i find it so much better when it's grated so this is my garlic nicely grated guys nice and thin you don't have to be biting into no big garlic chunks and this is why i prefer to grate mine okay for the potatoes i've already washed them i don't wanna peel them so i'm just gonna cut it sort of like into maybe like this okay you just want to sort of just set it to one side okay just leave it to one side for a second and then we're just gonna work on our sweet corn so just leave the potatoes here and for the corn i'm literally just gonna slice it here like so okay so this is my corn and this is it guys so let's get started with putting everything together i've got my kerrygold butter the best okay this is going to be so buttery so beautiful let's start this seafood boil guys i've got my pot and it has about four cups of water and this is the pot i'm going to be doing my seafood boil in okay so the first thing that i'm going to do i'm just going to add the chopped onions in here like so okay just add the chopped onion then i'm going in with some chopped garlic as well and that's just the flavor of the pot okay guys this is not for anything fancy it's literally just the flavor of the pot add just a little bit of sea salt black pepper paprika garlic powder onion powder asian seasoning and fresh seasoning and some obey mix it up and a little bit of chili powder as well just a little bit see chili powder so guys as you can see this is coming up to a boil and this is where i just like to add in my potatoes because this will take about 10 minutes to cook okay so just add in your potatoes i'm also going to be putting in my sweet corn as well so the potatoes and the sweet corn can cook together i also forgot to add some parsley fizz in there as well and just mix that up mix that up because you find when the corn and everything comes out it will have the little specks of parsley on it like this which will just help to look really pretty okay so keep an eye on it 10 minutes and we are gonna remove it okay guys it's already looking so pretty look at that so guys it's been about seven minutes so far okay about seven minutes that it's going and this is where i just want to add in my eggs okay add in your eggs because remember we're letting the potatoes on the corn cook for about 10 minutes okay so just add in your eggs at this point and then in about three minutes we're going to remove the potatoes and the corn so it's been about 10 minutes now and we're just gonna check on our potato okay guys as you can see it is cooked okay you don't want it to crush so we're gonna be removing them okay so my eggs are boiling nicely and this is where i just like to go in with my shrimp because the shrimp will take about two three minutes and the eggs need another two three minutes to be cooked okay so just add them in here like so and on the top here i'm going to add in my crab because i just wanted to get a little bit of flavor okay so just add in your crab so guys it's time to remove our crab okay as you can see guys and even our shrimp is already cooked as well so let's go ahead and just remove our crab listen so good the shrimp is ready as well as you can see you don't want to overcook it and then it gets all rubbery you don't want that at all okay so we're just gonna remove them oh look at that we've got our clean pot and we're gonna be making that beautiful butter sauce for our seafood boil okay so i've got my butter okay i'm gonna put just a little bit in here because i want it to melt so that i can saute some onions okay keep your heat on a low to medium because you don't want your butter to burn okay very important all right and then i'm gonna be going in with my chopped onions so in total i use the whole onion i use half for the boil and i'm using the other half for the sauce okay now you just want to stir that up and make sure to keep it on a low to medium heat like i mentioned because you don't want this to burn at all okay so just let it sweat down nicely so this is where i want to just go in quickly with my minced garlic okay this is my beautifully grated garlic and you just want to mix that up with the onion okay now you don't want it to burn or anything just keep an eye on it okay okay and the smell from this is so beautiful when i tell you it's beautiful oh it smells so good okay so what i'm going to do now i'm going to season it up right now so we're going to put some garlic powder onion powder asian seasoning fish and seafood seasoning black pepper of course smoked paprika so i'm just going to mix up the seasonings in here like so guys you see how it's looking beautiful okay and i'm just allowing the seasonings to toast just a little with that onion and that's garlic okay just imagine burning curry guys this is thirsting beautifully in here okay i'm also going to add some old bay in here as well so that all they can thirst with that onion and garlic guys this one is just gonna be so gorgeous when i tell you gorgeous beautiful you will love this one this is just gonna be epic okay i'm sure you've never had it like this before so now that my seasonings are nicely toasted we're gonna be going in with our butter okay generous amounts of that butter and i thought i was gonna need um the two packets but i'm just gonna be using one packet of that 250 grams okay now you just want to allow it to melt yes and look at the sauce oh my goodness look how oh my goodness guys look at that sauce yes guys look at that can you see this my loves okay as it melts you just want to mix it up mix it up oh my goodness guys listen i've never folded you guys before with any of my recipes and this one is definitely a hit look at that oh my gosh look at that beautiful sauce look at this guys oh my goodness can you see it my loves can you see it look at that guys that is so beautiful so beautiful and to finish it off i'm just gonna add just a little bit of parsley in there like so okay some nicely rough chopped parsley look at that nice look at that so good i'm not at this point our sauce is ready okay our sauce is ready guys my loves you're gonna love this one you are gonna love it look at that look at that make sure to taste it adjust the seasonings to your preference guys i've tasted this and it tastes wonderful it tastes so good so so good okay i'm just gonna add a little lime juice in there as well you know that lime juice is gonna really help to finish it off and yes it will be ready to be turned off oh gosh nice look at that okay beautiful so at this point i'm just gonna go ahead i'll just turn off my pot okay because my beautiful sauce is all ready okay do you see this my loves look at that nice oh some beautiful sauce with some toasted seasonings nice wow wow so good guys so i have arranged it beautifully okay do you see how amazing guys it looks so good absolutely wonderful okay that
