How to Live Stream to Kick Using Streamlabs Desktop

here at streamlabs we're currently exploring integration with kick.com to help streamline the go live experience for all creators on kicks website now we don't have a timeline just yet but that doesn't mean you can't use our awesome service to go live today on kick.com and I'm going to show you how easy it is here we go what is up all you awesome creators wild here making you bigger and better with everything streamlabs and kick the very first steps you need to do is first download streamlabs desktop and install it and create a Kick account or log into your pre-existing Kick account from here you can use your streamlabs ID to log in to proceed with the further steps if you've never made a streamlabs ID it's really simple to do going to do your favor and put a link down below that'll walk you through the process now you can just log into your kick.com account and head over to your creator dashboard click on the settings menu then click on stream key now all we have to do is add the stream key and URL to streamlabs desktop to do this open streamlabs Desktop and navigate to settings click stream and near the bottom will be streamed to custom ingest then you can change the stream type to custom streaming server then enter in your URL and stream key after you play around and configure your settings you're ready to go live while you're playing around with your configurations I recommend you take a look at Kick's recommended stream settings page which I'm actually going to put a link down in the video description below so that way you understand what's going to work best for you and your community and your stream now before you go live we actually recommend that you do two things the first one is make your stream stand out from all the other kick streamers which means customize your stream you can take a look at our custom overlays and alerts and more that we offer we've integrated these features directly into streamlabs desktop meaning you can access all these options in one spot next we recommend that you bring your kick chat into streamlabs desktop so that way it makes things easier for you as the streamer to add kick chat to streamlabs desktop first go to editor layout add a website element wherever you want your kick chat to appear then input the link that you see right here on screen replacing your Channel with your channel name now you can click save changes and go live and enjoy reading your kick chat directly from your streamlabs desktop if you're a brand new streamer to kick just like me you might be starting from zero and have to grow so why don't you do us a favor and leave us a comment down below and let us know what you'd like to see and maybe even drop your kick link down below maybe I'll stop on the channel and streamlabs might be there to help support you too and say hello we're all in this together and here at streamlabs we're here to help you grow and be the best streamer you can which is why I'm going to toss a couple of videos here up on screen it's going to make you bigger and better with everything streamlabs wild wishing you the best of luck on your kick adventures and I'll see you next time take care and of course [Music] Peace
