How To Level Magic Fast In Valheim Mistlands Update

this is your one and only fire spark 81 with your daily dose of video guys and welcome back to another informational valheim video today we're going to talk about how to level magic quickly and easily let's get to it so the first thing I'm going to show you how to do is level your blood magic and the quickest and easiest way to do that is with a dead razor You Can level it with the staff of protection however the only time you get points towards leveling blood magic with the staff of protection is when the bubble is actually popped by something with the dead razor your skeletons kills give you experience towards blood magic so one of the easiest ways to level this is basically just feed some skeletons a constant supply of enemies allowing you to quickly and easily level your blood magic skill so I'm over here in the black force and over there in the distance I have a gray dwarf spawner now you want to set your skeletons a decent distance away from the spawner so that they cannot damage the spawner itself so what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to use this rock right here this will work really well for what we want to do and I'm just going to go through and clear out everything around this rock and then I'm going to flatten the ground around it as well if you are getting harassed by the gray dwarfs while you are trying to set this up you can go ahead and just summon two skeletons and they will help deal with them don't worry they won't stray too far from you they will stay in the area now that I have the ground level what I'm going to do is just build a simple two by two structure on top of this rock so we'll just Place some floor like that and place some floor like this and this is because we eventually want to get Archer skeletons and we want to have them up off of the ground so that they can't be hit the next thing we're going to do is we are going to build a wall underneath of this to keep things from getting up underneath of the structure we want them to be able to shoot down on top of the gray dwarfs so we're just going to build a wall around the outside of it like so now that we have built a little box on Top of the Rock like you see here the next thing we are going to do is build a small structure around the edge and in order to keep the skeletons from slipping off so we're just going to build around it like this just by placing the beams and then we are going to take the little pole and we're going to place one at each of the four corners and now what we want to do is take the beam and we're going to just place it off of the side and down as low as it will go this will help keep the skeletons from shooting it but it will also stop them from walking up over it you can test it by trying to walk up over it yourself there we go we're just going to go and place that all the way around the outside and once you have completed the rim around the outside you can go through and delete the poles because you want the least amount of obstructions as possible now you got the fun of trying to get some Archer skeletons up here something that you can do to help that is create yourself some shelter so we're going to place a fire out back like that and I'm going to place some temporary walls on the beams like you see there and then we will just place a temporary roof on the top of this thing in order to create some shelter this is going to increase the amount of Mana range gen that you get allowing you to adjust to spam spawn skeletons faster so here we go we're gonna spawn one and see if it is an Archer it is not so I'm going to immediately spawn another if you run into a situation like this where you have a Archer skeleton and you have a melee skeleton and if you were to summon another skeleton it would override your current Archer skeleton you can turn on PVP and actively attack the melee skeleton that you have summoned so that you can summon a new skeleton without overriding your Archer skeleton one easy way to do that is with archery or you can use a pull arm and just gently poke at that skeleton so that you don't hit your Archer skeleton once you have completed this little setup here your next step is to position yourself closer to the spawner so we also need to clear the way here so what I'm going to do is chop down these trees here because I'm going to position myself right about here so I I also need to remove this tree as well now that I have removed these trees I want to create a little platform about yay high closer to the spawner and position myself on that platform now what I'm going to do is just put some walls up to help protect myself and what this is going to do is ensure that the gray dwarfs come from the spawner to attack you and give your archers clear line of sight to the great dwarfs because they will just hover underneath of you until they get shot by the skeletons then they will head over to the skeletons but your skeletons should quickly be able to dispatch them as you see they are doing here he's just running around like an idiot because he's confused and can't figure out what to do now it's a situation where you can just do whatever you want not in game go AFK go get yourself coffee whatever and just give it time and over time you will gain skill in blood magic and you can see there we just leveled up quickly and easily using this AFK skill Razer next let's talk about how you can quickly and easily level your Elemental Magic the fastest way to level Elemental Magic is by dealing damage and the fastest way to deal damage is with the staff of frost because it doesn't matter how much damage we deal it's just that we are dealing damage and it's per hit so this deals a lot of hits really fast as where the staff of Embers does one hit and then Burns for a second and the easiest way to get a ton of points is to find something that has resistance to frost and a lot of HP and one of those things is over here in the planes and that is locks so what you do is you just find some locks and then you just start shooting at them you can see we are leveling our Elemental Magic relatively quickly so he slowed down there for a hot second and now all we need to do is just keep a little bit of distance between us and him we are going to patiently wait until all of our Amana has refilled and then we are going to rinse and repeat what we just did there and we will level our Elemental Magic extremely fast now one thing you can do if you are worried about the locks attacking you is you can actually just build a little bit of a platform before you start attacking the herd of locks so what we'll do is we'll just build up like this about yay high should be okay they may attack us with their rear back front legs attack but in most cases I think we'll be all right and we're just going to attack him from the safety of our little pillar here if you can find a rock to get up on or something like that that will also work but note if you use this tactic you do have to come down every now and then otherwise they will go into flea mode they will eventually come back but it just makes it a lot easier if they stand here next to you but you can see they are resistant we are not doing a ton of damage to him and this is allowing us to level our Elemental Magic really fast now you all have to hunt these things down and that's a bit of a pain in the butt but this is a quick way to do it note that you can do this to tamed locks as well so if you have a locks breeding program you can level your Elemental Magic skill on them I've reset my Elemental Magic skill you can see it's back down to zero and I have friendly fire on and all I have to do is just start attacking my friendly locks here and you can see that I am dealing damage to him and leveling my Elemental Magic skill as well you do not have to kill your locks either if they are friendly you can bring them down to low health and then you can throw out some Cloud berries they will eventually eat those cloudberries and start to regen a bunch of Health you can see he's already regening some health as it is but he will eventually eat those cloudberries and regen even more so if you have a lox breeding program this could be a much faster way to level your Elemental Magic because it doesn't involve you having to hunt down wild locks all right that's pretty much it for this one hopefully
