HOW TO INSTALL A SHADE SAIL / INSTALLATION REVIEW

today we're going to talk about my 16 by 20 deck sale that I did my own twist on I pull up stay tuned and you'll see how I did it I'm really filming this thing I really filming this is take two okay for starters use heavy-duty eyebolts the these are for wood and screw them into the wood itself here the studs coming out along with down there looking over here when you see the little class to get these out here at a hardware store just a quick release the canopy is 16 by 20 so we actually put these eye books at 22 and a half feet so we use six five six twelve foot pressure treated timber and we concrete them three feet into the ground and we put a mine angle because it should be less resistance I don't use 4x4 posts on these because well you don't want nothing weak whenever you got window wind beating on it and here I use the same but they're a little bit bigger class a little quick release things I started using this here to tell for open up to else but it slowly like gives you can't really get it real tight but with the boat class you see here then you'll see it whenever I do it you can just cinch it down and it holds like you wouldn't believe it because you you see some of these on YouTube where they use the turnbuckles everybody uses turnbuckles but if you look in the width at the weather everything else they're getting beat to hell so here in the Midwest when bad weather comes in I'm not leaving this thing up I'm taking it down and it only takes babies what does it take two minutes to take down if that yeah so we don't need to leave it up all the time but when you've got nice weather we'll just leave it out but when you know bad weather is coming in just take it off and we'll just fold it up and put away instead of just letting it dry right and go to waste and letting the wind beat the crap out of it and if we go this route you know it's worried about the turnbuckles instead of fighting with it to get it down we just do like this now pair we just say heavy-duty iPhones I already had these police pulleys yeah white boys just laying around in the garage you know don't get rid of stuff you hang on and stuff like that and you'll see it actually pulls a really dumb thing about actually maybe taking those off and I don't know if they're really necessary you can probably just use the iPhone to pull the rope through it and you want to be able to stretch it just a little bit there we go here we go I want to be yeah usually works easier with two people but yeah come here Biffle we just along to do that I'm just a short brother all right maybe I see the time-lapses a sign in there like that Alexei hold it hold on we're gonna put a little stank on it now you what I want you to see what's a dimmer right here in front of it designed different than most houses that stick though it's not regular roof trusses so on a regular house and when actually be up just a little bit higher maybe no foot that's it it looked harder when it was putting it up it actually goes up really simple and when the bad weather comes in the storm hail rain you just pull on the rope and it comes right out and take it down fold it up put it back on our little bench you're good good for another thing all right if you like this project can you thumbs up maybe a subscribe like comment just whatever the field other net have a nice day
