How to get Golden Lie Weapon After Finishing Lies of P if You Didn't Lie Enough

hey guys this video is to help you out if you're like me and you finish lies of p and you just didn't lie enough or you didn't collect all the records didn't do all the NPC quest lines right and his nose is coming out of the portrait really far but it's not far enough you can't get the weapon um and you're like dismayed because you're gonna have to replay the game to get this weapon the golden lie and get the platinum trophy I know I was really really dismayed uh and heartbroken that I was gonna have to do that so I found a fix and it may not work for you guys if you you know aren't almost there but it did work for me I was looking online and it says that if you do gestures in certain locations uh he can uh Pinocchio can have a reaction to it and that's what I did so we are gonna go to the San Frangelico Cathedral and we're actually gonna go pray at the uh statue across the bridge the One Wing statue I believe the prey gesture can be found in this location much earlier in the game you may have already done this you may have already prayed at the Statue uh but this is just this is what worked for me and I was really really upset that I wasn't going to be able to get this weapon because I I did lie a lot I tried to do the most uh empathetic and human thing throughout my playthrough and the the his nose just was not long enough when I finished the game and I was like am I screwed is there is there nothing else that I can do um turns out there was something that I could do so I I went over here and I prayed at this statue and he's not going to do it now because unfortunately I didn't record it I should have but when I prayed he had the reaction where you know you have the red Ergo that like goes around him and it said your heart is pounding um and I went back to the hotel went to the painting and sure enough the weapon was glowing and I was able to pull it out of the painting so if you guys are stuck if you finish the game and it's just not quite there maybe you missed the Bell questline like I did and didn't get her record or you just didn't lie enough Um this can fix that so right now it would be saying oh your heart is pounding and then if you go back to the hotel maybe you can get the golden line weapon out of the painting if this doesn't work sit tight there's probably going to be some other gestures that you can use in various locations around the world don't give up just hang on to your save but hopefully this will get you there and you can get the weapon out of the painting
