How to Get a $1000 Logo Design for FREE on Canva?

you can get a $1,000 logo completely for free using canva and Ai and it's just a three-step system so let me show you how all right so normally when you start off with a project let's say it's a personal project or maybe it's a new startup idea then you know just how expensive it can get when you're just starting out having to buy all these little things not to mention a logo because buying a logo normally you'd have to spend you know 1,000 bucks to hire a designer to do this for for you and of course this is a great option if you are a bigger company to actually go ahead and hire a designer to create a logo but not all of us always have that luxury and if you want to go ahead and get a quick logo that looks really professional and if you want to get your logo in a way that's not going to break the bank and in a way that's actually free then this could be a good potential option the best part is because you're using AI it's actually going to let you regenerate new ideas and you can go ahead and modify your ideas as well because you're going to be giving it the prompts it is a really simple process but it is three steps so let me walk you through how to get the most professional looking logo if you're just starting out on a project like this and I think you're going to be pretty amazed that you can create logos that look like this all right so the first step is you're going to open up canva and you can create a new design either from a template or you can create your own custom Dimensions so you're going to go over to create a design and click custom size and you can add any Dimensions you want I'll just put 25 00 by 2500 for now and the cool thing about canva is you can actually resize things later if you want okay so the next step is you're going to install one of canvas's apps and it's the AI app called Dolly so let me show you how to do that so what you're going to do is go over here to apps then you're going to search for Dolly and it looks like this so just go ahead and click it and once you have it installed then next is the part where you're going to give it your prompt and so this is very important you want to get as specific as possible or if you're running low on ideas and you want it to go ahead and give you some creative ideas you can let it do its thing and you let it run wild if you want but I would recommend giving it some basic ideas so that it knows what kind of style you want so one example of this might be do you want a logo that's more flat design or do you want one that's going to look more 3D do you want a modern minimalist logo or do you want something that looks a little more traditional and classic these are all good things to think about when it comes to writing your prompt and making sure that you have the best prompt so let's go ahead and type in our prompt and you might be surprised by just how cool these logos look and let's say design a professional modern logo for a technology business it should be a minimalist logo and let's click generate and see what kind of ideas it has for us and it looks like it's already generated some cool ideas but we're going to generate some more so I'll save one idea and I'll show you another prompt as well right so I'm going to add a new page so I can generate my other ideas and I'm going to add to this prompt some text that says something like please generate I don't know why I say please but I'll say please generate an icon logo and let's add the prompt so I'll say something like a business logo icon modern and minimalist abstract logo and let's say abstract icon and let's see what it does when we click generate and here we already have some pretty cool ideas so here's an example this looks very Prof professional what we can do is we can remove this text and you can add your own text later in canva so to remove the text you go to edit photo and what you can do is Magic Eraser I'm going to increase the brush size and there we go but let's not stop there let's generate some other logo ideas as well so you can get a good idea of the kinds of logos that this can create and just how professional they look plus I want to show you the range of all the different types of logos you can create since there are all kinds of different design styles all right so let's go ahead and add a new page so that we can work with a new logo so that we can save our ideas and let's say in this prompt an icon business logo with an abstract design 3d I'm really curious what it does for 3D I haven't seen a lot of examples of the 3D versions so far oh this is interesting okay well this is pretty cool and as you can see when it comes to Dolly there are still some little glitches and things like that when it comes to them adding text so keep that in mind that you won't want to use the text generated in a lot of cases at least not at this point in time but I think it's better anyway you can go in and edit and add your own text in font within canva so I'm going to go to edit and then I'm going to remove the background and I'm going to use the Magic Eraser tool after that and let's generate another idea so let's just say create a business logo that is professional that's a pretty broad prompt so I just want to see what this is going to generate whoa so these are actually really good check that out not bad for a free logo right so I hope this gives you some cool ideas on all the different possibilities on creating logos using Ai and canva and this video is not legal advice so you'll definitely want to consult a lawyer about
