How to fix UI "Pocket Lag" for Nvidia Users

hello everyone so today i want to show everybody how to fix your ui lag in 5m specifically for no pixel tar of where i play but this should be universal to other people one thing to keep in mind is that each time that 5m releases a major version update you will have to redo these settings so first and foremost we are going to come to your 5m shortcut here and we're going to open a file location at file location we are going to open 5m application data inside 5m application data you're going to see a bunch of folders and files well you want to go to view and make sure that file name extensions is checked so you can actually see which ones i'm looking for or we'd be looking for in this case so in season fx ini file we're going to see the build number two one eight nine now this is the key factor for this and this is why if you change to the major build version for 5m this is how it applies so we're going to come into here and we're going to go to the nvidia control panel after nvidia control panel decides it's ever going to load because it's built from the year 2000 we're going to come in here and we're going to go to program settings inside program settings we'll be able to add i already have them existing but what we're going to want to do is we're going to want to add the chrome browser exe here the 5m that is the gta process exe if you look at the little tool tip we're going to want to make sure that this one's accept the 2189 ros launcher and 5m dot exe the normal one after those are selected we're going to add those go to each one so right now i'm starting on the chrome browser and we want to come to max frame rate set the 60fps and then you're going to do that for each one of these set to 60fps for each one once they are all 60 fps you should not get the pocket lag anymore should not if by any chance you still are having any issues with pocket lag just open 5m normally do not connect to the server just open it normally and of course there's a random update while i'm doing this so we can see now i'm locked at 60fps right what you'd want to do is hit f8 come to overlays and then draw performance while you were in game if your gpu usage here is above say 80 85 percent you want to try this for an additional setting which is nui in process gpu check this box fair warning sometimes the the setting that would be stored here which would should be stored in the system fx i9 file is no longer there so if you have any issues you may have to uninstall and reinstall 5m to fix this so use this one at your own risk for this particular piece if you do not want to risk this just lower your in in-game graphic settings primarily around your post fx your anti-lacing get rid of anti-lacing if you can that is going to be your number one area oh in grass make sure grasses are normal all the time that will pretty much remove all pocket lag and you shouldn't have any issues moving forward until next time take care
