How To Fix Ubisoft Store Not Loading

hi there good morning good afternoon and good evening in this video I'm going to teach you how to fix this Ubisoft Store not working and right now this is going to be the application itself this is a shortcut and I have three ways for you to try out on this one first things first um we need to run it as admin so from the file itself from the shortcut just right click and you'll see this option rest administrator so that's the easiest and fastest way to do this and then the second way of running is admin is basically right click and once you're here click on offill file location once you're on open file location right there make sure you're inside this click on right click click on properties and you'll see this compatibility option and basically click this run this program as administrator click on apply and click on okay basically we've just run it as admin permanently for the second step now on this time right now try right now if it's working if it's not I have a next step for you to try out it's basically clearing the cache files now to clear the cache files I want you to log out of Ubisoft connect first like this one right here so this is the Ubisoft connect landing page so you should see this first to make sure you're logged out now that being said once we logged out Simply go to this search bar and type in run we want to open up this application and basically type in um percentage logo Local app data percentage logo click on okay and you'll see this option now you should see first or look for Ubisoft game launcher this one right here and simply delete it basically we've just cleared the cash for Ubisoft connect and 90% of the time after dealing that file or clearing the cash it will work right now cuz that is technically resetting ubis of connect now for some reason it's still not working this is the third way and I'm going to try it on changing the password now I'm just going to log in to my Ubisoft connect I'll get back to you once it's here now welcome back this is how it should look like so simply click on that option right there account information drag it down and look for account information one more time if you click on that one you'll have this um option that says Account Details and my games I simply want you to click on Account Details and click on ubis account management website so click on this one and we're going to arrive on this l page so on the left section you have account information security privacy settings and so on and so forth I want you to quickly um click on security and then you have two options to change it password right there to set verification but for now we're going to focus on password click on change simply click on send and it will send you an email and how to change it very quickly so that's step three after changing your password you should be good to go now for some reason your problem still persist on Ubisoft connection store this is the final and last way for you guys basically uninstalling and reinstalling the game so right here we need to remove this toore right there and then make sure you minimize the tray now that being said I want you to go to control panel on here type it up and look for this option that says programs under it there is uninstall a program I want you to click on it and you'll see this options and basically we just need to look for Ubisoft this one right here so if if you right click you'll see this uninstall and change I want you to click uninstall after clicking uninstall you'll see this option where basically it will ask us to uninstall Ubisoft simply click on next and you'll see another option and I want you to click uninstall Ubisoft connect games cuz if you do not uninstall this one your game will be deleted also now after clicking that one click uninstall right there and you should be good to go for example if I click uninstall here you'll see this option where it has an error cuz it's running on the background so I'm going to click on cancel I'm going to click on cancel here and now I'm going to go on the right side and I'll look for Ubisoft like there now I'm just basically going to click on quit and I should be good to go I just remove Ubisoft running the background now I can uninstall One More Time by clicking this one right click up sure click on this one leave this box uncheck make sure this is unck the upper one or the top one is check simply click on uninstall the last button here and you should be good to go anyway that is the way here to uninstall Ubisoft and right now after successfully installing it or rather uninstalling it proceed on installing it to reinstall it of course go to the website so Ubisoft connect download easy as that and basically click on download on this one and I assure you after doing the last step here the bonus step rather Ubisoft connect store is now working on your end so thank you so much for watching please hit the like button subscribe I'll catch you guys on the next one goodbye for now
