How To Fix Ubisoft Connect Store Not Loading

so good morning good afternoon and good evening in this video I'm going to teach you how to fix that Ubisoft connect store not loading so I have four steps for you to follow now let's go on with step one which is basically um running it as an admin so to fully run it as an admin right here make sure you close the application first so to close it simply click on that X butt on the top once you click on it it will remove it as it is now that being said want to remove I want you to Simply look for Ubisoft connect if you have a launcher on your desktop that is perfectly fine which is actually much faster but if you do not simply go on your search tab type in Ubisoft and the first result will be us connect and I want you to Simply click on a right click once you have right click right there again we need it to click on open file location and simply click on properties right here now if you really have a shortcut here on your desktop simply click on properties cuz we really just need to need or rather we just really need to go to properties and simply click on compatibility right here and make sure you click on run this program compatibility mode for the latest version of the list which is Windows 8 and make sure you run this program as an administrator make sure check those two boxes click on apply on okay and apply you're good to go and that being said before um doing this one make sure you log out okay and remove the application itself now if you still have having problems on your end let's proceed to step two which is clearing the cache to Simply clear the cach first you need to log out of the application so what we did earlier is not logging out we just remove the application for itself so first we need to run it back up let me just open it so this is going to be Ubisoft connect store once I L back in and to proceed with step two I need you to log out first there's a difference if you click on the Escape but or x button right there and lagging out properly so if you just click on X you haven't L out properly so please take note of the difference so to lag out Simply click on your account and click on lag out right there and you'll go back on your screen it's the same as lagging back in and out now we're going to go back on our screen it's the same as clicking the x button but there is a difference and to show you the difference you should see this pop-up notification where it's going to ask for your credentials to L back in so let's minimize this first and to focus on clearing the cache I want you to type in this option click on run that is the command right there this is the application and this is the exact keyword you should be typing on your and also so periodic or rather percentage bar or percentage logo or rather percentage sign call it as you may and the middle words are local app data and another percentage sign click okay and you'll arrive on this platform where you a lot of data so if you can't find the Ubisoft connect simply click on you and there is the one we're looking for simply right click and click on delete to make sure all of the files are gone and once you run back in there will be a new files here that's step two clearing the cache click on delete right there now moving on on step three that is basically changing the password so to change the password I need to log back in on the application I'll get back wants here hi there so this is going to be again the Ubisoft connect store to proceed with step three on changing the password simply click on the account information click again on the account information right there and click on this Ubisoft account management website if you click on it you'll open up a browser so this should be the landing page you be seeing on your end so there is account information and all of sort of sections here please focus on security and change your password with this botton and basically ubis off will send a link on your email simply click on it and change your password there now if you're still having problems after changing your password I have one final step for you and basically that is reinstalling the game to fully reinstall it properly I want you to open up your Ubisoft again and make sure you click on escape this time it doesn't really matter if you log out or not I just simply want you to click on escape and then once you're here I want you now and then once you're here I I want you now to Simply type in control panel on your search bar and with this one I want you to click on uninstall a program look for Ubisoft and then with this and simply click on right click and that is that bottom right there uninstall now if you're clicking on install you'll see this option where uninstalling from this dis make sure you this is the right one where you install it from and click on next so before clicking on that button un install make sure you double check if you already click on this to two boxes cuz if you uninstall and you forgot to click on these two boxes we're going to leave the cash the data files and a lot of files in the system wherein it will have an error corruption once you reinstall it so make sure you check them up and click on uninstall right there so I'm not going to click on install here cuz it will ruin my game but this is the last step of just click the button and you're good to go so let's say we already uninstalled Ubisoft on our end to reinstall it just go to your new browser and type in Ubisoft download first result will be this one click on it and you'll arrive on the Ubisoft connect landing page where you can download it for the PC basically on one click of bottom right there so reinstall it and you should be good to go so thank you so much for watching please hit the like button
