HOW TO FIX FORTNITE YOU WERE KICKED FOR VPN OR CHEATING 2023

hi guys welcome back to another video today I'm going to be showing you how to combat an issue that a lot of people seem to be experiencing recently on fortnite so there's been a lot of people including myself within the last few weeks saying that they've been experiencing this issue that says you were removed from the match due to internet lag at your IP or machine VPN usage or for cheating but recommend not utilizing VPN or proxy services or attempting to play fortnite and what I would notice that once every few days or after an update it would work so you can't have been banned even though when epic games decided to contact me they said that I was banned and I was thinking that is not true so uh because I haven't done anything to Warrant a ban and I can't be banned simply due to the fact that it has let me in games in the past so I don't know why I was getting this error but I do know how to fix it now and unfortunately for some people it probably isn't going to be the easiest fix but a lot of people are getting better at fortnite at the minute and at the end of the day you want to keep playing and getting better then it's worth it so I can play fortnite now and this was from a few weeks ago and yeah so what you want to do I'm going to make this very quick and simple what you want to do is you want to go into your settings and you just want to type here reset yep reset and what you're going to choose you're going to press reset this PC this is a factory reset and you are going to have to reinstall fortnite reinstall your other games reinstall other things but I can pretty much guarantee that it will work because it will remove any background file that is instigating this error so you're going to want to press reset and I'm gonna assume that you're not going to want to remove everything from your PC so what you're going to do you want to press keep my files so it will remove fortnite will remove Warzone will remove any of the game you've got but it will keep for example your pictures and just yeah so I'm gonna guess that you want to click that but obviously you can click that if you want but yeah it's it it has it has worked for me and if you do need help choosing the Microsoft do offer a uh little tab here and yeah but it will work but it will take quite a while but trust me on this it will take long I'm canceling because I've already done this because it has fixed it for me and I can play fortnite now so yeah if you do want more of these videos and if you are getting any other issues I can try to fix it myself I've got a lot of time in my hands apologies about my mic this video uh my actual mic my blue yeti has decided to completely bile on me for some reason and yeah apologies if there's any background noise there is some work being done on my house right now but yeah I hope you've managed to get the fix of this tutorial and I shall see you guys later goodbye
