if you have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro you have  a lot of option in editing the style of your   PDFs adding tags modifying moving things around  removing backgrounds adding images and so on so   I'll show you how to quickly do that in Acrobat  Pro so I have a PDF here that I downloaded from   another application and it's like five Page Long  right now you can see and I want to move all the   text onto one page so you can easily do that if  you have Adobe acrobot Pro by just going to edit   option on the right and you can also get there if  you go to view tools edit PDF and open I just like   to use the shortcut because it's much quicker  and once you click on the edit PDF you can you   can edit only one page at a time you see these  bounding boxes and these bounding boxes give   you a lot of options so I want to just actually  edit this page first so let me change the view   by just going to view 2 page display single  page view so it's easier for me you can also   see all the pages by clicking that arrow on the  left and then clicking on pages and you have all   the pages here you can reorganize them easily by  just clicking on a page and dragging so I'm going   to reorganize because these Pages they don't have  any information that I want so I can select one or   click shift and select both and then right click  on it and say delete pages and now I'm going to   go back to page one and work with it I'm going to  zoom in by just zooming on my trackpad or you can   select zoom in here at the top or right here by  selecting specific size you can also type in the   zoom in percentage 120 20 let's say and that works  as well now once you have these bounding boxes you   can select things let's say I want this image I  want to remove it once you have these blue boxes   you can reposition or you can just select it and  click delete and I'm going to delete some of these   things here that are just in my way I'm going to  delete this text like this selecting and deleting   you can see this bounding box on this preview  I'm going to select it and delete it now you   can add also images to your PDF by clicking add  image selecting where you have the image and now   you can see that I have the image selected and  now it's asking me where you want to place I'm   going to place it right here now if it's too big  you can use these circles on a side and corners   and you can resize your image like that and you  can reposition it click edit double top to have   all my binding boxes I can select one box at a  time such as thick and then click shift select   another another and now once it's all selected I  can reposition now I also like to add ruler and   guides so I know how to line everything up if  I click on view show hide rulers and grids and   now click on rulers now you see the rule at the  top and the side if I go to the rule on the side   and then just drag it I can create this line that  kind of shows me where I can align things I can   do the same thing with the ruler at the top you  can also have the snap to grid things so things   will snap automatically for you to align it but  I don't like it because it doesn't give me so   many options to manually control some of these  bounding boxes so I'm going to remove the grid   now I can also reposition individual boxes and put  it closer now if you want to remove something you   just click on the box and you can just put the  cursor there and delete it and you can just work   like with any kind of text by moving the cursor  where you want and adjusting the information now   sometimes you PDF might have links so like this  one I can click on this this and you will take me   to a website so you can easily remove links in  your PDF by clicking on edit one more time and   now clicking on links remove web links and now  it will ask you you want to remove web links and   you say yes and you can either remove from each  individual page or all of them so I'm going to   say all and click OK and you will remove the links  and sometimes if you have an actual URL it might   not work and you might still have the link but if  you have a link to a normal text then it will be   removed so like it's not working if I close this  it's not working anymore so it did work perfectly   but let's say if I want to add link back to it  I can click on edit link ADD web link and now   it's asking me where do I want to add the link  and I can select the text and now it's asking me   do you want to have a visible invisible now you  don't have to have visible if it's a URL because   people assume it's a link but if it's not an URL  then you want to make it visible so people know   it's a length so I'm just going to do visible  right now click next and now I can specify the   address and click OK and now close and now it's  a web link and I can see it the bounding bar now   let me move some things from the other pages  to this page now I'm going to click edit PDF   one more time go to the other page and let's say  I'm going to want to grab this education area I   can select these individual boxes by clicking on  it click shift and select more of them or I can   also do this I can just highlight the area I want  to copy and cut so I'm going to select it you can   see this big bounding box click command X to  cut go to my other page and now I'm going to   paste this command V and now once it's selected  I can reposition it so I can maybe reposition it   here and I can see that it's going over the  page I can change the Box by just adjusting   its size now some of the text went over but I can  change it still so I'm going to reposition it and   then reposition in the individual boxes  and you can click on the individual box   select the text and maybe remove some of the  tags and so on and I can adjust the Boxes by just   dragging to resize it now let's say I have these  boxes such as this and I'm actually going to also   add a text so maybe I can add tags position where  I want it and add something that's missing and now   I can see that everything here it's not lined  up right I'm going to click edit now sometimes   if you don't see the bounding boxes it means some  other option is selected so you have to click edit   and if I can select all of this and go to the  object on the right I have options to actually   align align left vertical right top horizontal and  bottom align it left to align my boxes and then I   can also reposition them again and I'm going to  select all of this command C go back to my other   page now sometimes I also like to actually change  the color of the page because there are items on   your PDF you might not see if I click on more go  background add I can change the background on my   page now it's white I'm going to just select slide  blue just to show me all the other things in my   PDF which I might not be aware of there like you  can see right now they're these design lines that   I don't want them so I can select them and remove  them select the text and change its font you can   change the color here and then you can change if  it's bold or not italic you can also add bullet   points and so on I'm just going to keep it as  this but you can change the font I want to maybe   add a header and footer so I can click on header  and footer right there say add and here you will   give you options to put the Header information  on the left to center right and then you have the   same for the footer maybe I'll put the title in my  header Center and then maybe put a page number in   my footer by just clicking on the text box and and  selecting the insert page number and then I want   to put a date in my right header right there and  then it shows me where it is and you can see that   it's a little bit overlapping with some of my text  but I'll be able to change it click OK and now   this will show up on each of your pages let's say  we have it this and I can see that the header is   overlapping the text I can still change this by  actually selecting some of these texts here and   moving it lower and maybe even moving the header  to another place a little bit and then the green   guide is really helpful to align everything  for you and then the page number maybe move   it a little bit lower because my text overlaps  now I still have these guides here I can remove   them by clicking on them and just moving them off  the page you have also a lot of options with the   images if you select an image on the right you  have these formatting options you can flip the   image horizontally vertically you can crop it you  can also if you have a background image you can   put it arrange it behind the text or on top of the  text so you have these options here finally what I   want to add a watermark so if I click edit and go  to Watermark at the top I can click add and now I   can put let's say draft on my document and maybe  this is too bold so I can change the opacity by   just lowering a bit and now I also want to make  it larger so make it 100 of the page and I want   to add an angle of 45 and you can change font  and color and so on and now this draft shows   up it will show up on all the pages that you have  and we are done and here we go so these are a lot   of options that you have in Adobe Acrobat Pro in  editing your PDF so thanks so much for watching
