How To Draw Batman | Step by Step Tutorial

what's up everyone and welcome to the club in today's video I'll show you step by step on how to draw Batman now you want to begin our lesson in the center of a page at the top edge of the brow let's leave a gap in the center starting over on left and draw a straight angle lining up and then out let's line this point up over on the right and do the same thing going up and out let's go back to the inside and curl up the brow I'm going to start on the left we're going to bend this in and then go up go to the right side and do the same thing now with the Brows in place let's tuck the eyes in underneath on the left side we want to step in clear the eye coming down and then bend that up towards the inside of the brow let's add a fold in between the eyes starting from the left curves up and down now we're going to move out to the side and draw the lower half of the head from the outside left eye let's step out it's going to draw a half circle I'm going to come down round off the chin pull across and then pull that up on the right side now remove to the center of the face start with a point let's curve the edge of the Mask going up and it'll bend that out go back to the center and do the same thing on the right now from the outside cut the mats coming down and just bend that in towards the chin let's add in the mouth starting over the left cut this up down let's add a bracket on the corners of the mount go back to the center step down draw a straight line going across the lower lip now you go back to the outside head and draw two straight lines going up towards the ears and start on the left straight up to right about there pull over towards the right the same thing bring that up towards the same height now from the top it's going to angle this down and then in towards the top of the head now you want to overlap the top of the head on top of the ear so I'm going to step out curl this up in towards the middle round up the head go across towards the right and then down and once we complete the head let's move down and draw on the side of the body we start over the left side just underneath the head curve the body going out and then down toward the hip line this up on the right going out down towards the same height now let's connect the hips with a curve coming down the middle let's go back over towards the left side and step up and draw the top of the belt with that same curve and then leaving a gap in the center let's draw two lines one on the left on the right now I had two belt loops on either side two lines side by side let's add that bat symbol on the top of the body starting right in the middle I'm going to draw an oval but all the way out toward the left across the bottom up on the right and then back up towards the top and now we're going to add that bat symbol in the center starting from the very top let's start with the U shape from the ends because it's down and then up toward the left and right side let's go back to the left curve out and then back in towards the bottom and then from the bottom curve up and down with a short curve back to the left go up and then pull it all the way down towards the bottom in the center I'm going to go back and fill the inside of the back now let's go back to the bottom of the Buckle step down draw a short line going across on the left side bend the leg going out and down towards the left heel go up to the right go out and down towards the right heel let's round out the bottom of the feet starting from the left heel then the foot coming down and then up now let's go back over towards the left side we're going to curve the top of the foot going up and we'll bend that down aiming towards the heel we need a gap on the inside now I'm going to go back up to the hip and draw the outside leg and start with the left bending those out down on top of the feet let's add a thick sole along the bottom and take this curve Step Up just Trace that across now I'm going to separate the bottom edge of the shorts from the left hip let's step down curl this in and then down towards the top of the leg on the left then it's up and out towards the right now I want to draw the edge of the boot on top of the foot on the outside Step Up up and in and then from the top we're just going to bend this down and then in towards the inside of the legs now we're going to go back up to the top and draw on the arms we start halfway between the chin and the bottom of the belt so start right here bend the arm go out and down towards the wrist and line that up on the right from the wrist let's draw a small half circle for the thumb close off the end with a bracket now we want to draw three fingers on either side and start from the bottom curve of the thumb and come down and bend that up around the bracket step down towards the side curve out now the third finger I'm just going to blend this into the arm go up and then in underneath the head let's do the same thing on the right start with the first finger second and then the Third separate the edge of the glove sprinkle it outside the arm Bend this in and then down now we're going to add two spikes on either side start from the top edge of the globe then it's out and up and put that back in towards the side of the arm now I need a small Gap and draw that again going out that back in let's add the edge of the cave across the shoulders from the center of the chin and step over towards the left then bends out and then down towards the side of the arm same thing on the right Let's Fold the cape in behind the body we're starting from the last finger draw a straight line coming down bend that out towards the end and then from the bottom it's going to bend this up and aim this back down towards the toe then it's up and in towards the side of the leg now the Cake's going to come down towards a point in between the legs so start on the left and down and curve this back up towards the right and it'll finish off by signing our art and adding a splash of color and that's pretty much it there's our cartoon illustration of Batman I hope you enjoyed today's lesson if you did please make sure you subscribe because
