yeah we hope you're gonna follow along with us you need something to draw with some paper and some to coat with all right let's start we're first gonna draw a rectangle shape down here towards the bottom of our paper we're going to draw an letter l so we're going to do a short line down and then we're going to do a longer line across so with the rectangle shape one side is longer than the other side well two sides are longer than the other two sides there you go and then a long bottom good and on a square shape this line and the bottom line will be the same length all right so let's finish our rectangle we're going to draw another long line across and then a short line down to match good job you did it let's practice drawing another rectangle shape inside so i'm going to draw it going right along and trace the same shape that we already drew just going to make it a little smaller inside now on the top let's draw an even longer rectangle and skinnier we're going to draw the the top or the table part of our hot dog stand so extend the sides out just a little bit and then we're going to extend the top or the sides up further and then we're going to connect these two lines with a really long top that's a short and long rectangle shape yes now we're going to draw a really long line coming up on the left and also on the right we want these to match to be the same length this is going to hold the top of our hotdog stand the part that's going to give us shade if it's really sunny outside then we're going to connect the top look at that that's another rectangle shape yeah now right here let's draw u's and we're going to draw a bunch of them connected together the letter u will go all the way across and then connect into the other side now let's draw another rectangle shape we're going to draw a shorter line going up on each side yeah and then we can connect those also john a lot of rectangle shapes now let's divide up this rectangle into lots of little rectangles we're going to start right here where two u's come together and we're going to draw a line straight up and then we can do the same thing across the whole rectangle next we need to add the sign for our hot dog stand we're going to draw another rectangle this time we're going to come in a little closer and then we'll connect that at the top also a lot of rectangles oh a ton of rectangles yeah it's kind of fun yeah okay now let's draw even more rectangles let's draw a three over here this is for the condiments or the toppings that we put on our hot dog this one could be ketchup then we could do another one for mustard yeah and then what's another thing that we put on our hot dogs um relish hot dogs yeah we're gonna put those on too but the toppings relish yeah this one could be green now we have those three rectangle shapes let's draw a little line across the top for the lid i like how skinny those are you need one more you forgot there you go oh i like how skinny those are those are awesome then let's draw a letter a or an upside down v at the top so you can squirt the the toppings onto the hot dogs next over here on the right let's draw our warmer or the thing that keeps the hot dogs nice and warm we're going to draw a rectangle shape but we're also going to draw the corners rounded are you getting hungry yes it's watering my mouth's watering too let's draw two lines coming up so we're gonna draw and like that and then we're gonna connect the top but we're gonna round the corners we're going to come over to the other side and then we're going to curve back in on the right yeah then let's draw the handle we're going to draw another rectangle shape on top kind of looks like a toaster now we need to add the wheels so that we can push the hotdog cart around the park [Music] you're going down a hill i was flipping it you're flipping your hot dogs upside down let's draw one wheel on the left and we'll draw another wheel over here on the right we want those circles to be the same we drew circles we have so many rectangles we finally drew a circle then let's draw a smaller circle inside draw another circle yeah and then we could also connect the wheels to our cart we'll draw two little lines then we also need to draw the handle let's draw another circle right here for the handle and then let's connect it into our cart we'll draw two diagonal lines we did it awesome we finished drawing oh wait a minute we don't know it's a hot dog sand well besides of the toppings we need to put a hot dog right here on our sign let's draw a curved line right here we can also draw it kind of that almost looks like a smile this is going this is for the the bun then we're going to curve it around like this and then connect over to the other side yeah oh now i'm getting hungry good and then we're going to draw our hot dog inside we're going to draw a straight line it comes across it's going to be a big hot dog and then let's curve for the left side of the hot dog and then the right side of the hot dog now we need to draw the bun on the other side we're going to draw a curve that comes up and kind of just comes across to the other side and then connects back in yeah it kind of goes down a little bit and then back up also we did it we finished drawing our hot dog stand but we still need to color it yeah this part we're gonna fast forward but at the end you can pause the video to match the same coloring you ready to fast forward [Music] i said give me five i love your hot dog stand all colored in thank you what else could our friends add to their drawing a person right you're serving a hot dog yeah that would be way cool and you could also draw people ordering the hot dogs yeah and maybe even eating a hot dog i want to eat a hot dog me too
