How to Draw Hot Chocolate 🎄Cute Christmas Winter Art

[Music] hi dressage kittieswendy here today we're gonna draw a cup of hot chocolate to celebrate winter so let's get started to draw this yummy drink let's first start by drawing a straight line across so i'm gonna come right here and we're just gonna go right across and this is going to however long you draw this line will determine how wide your cup is so i'll say about right there and then i'm going to come right here and round off the corner and here as well so now that my rounded corners i'm going to come down at a slight slant so it's all up to you the shape of your mug i'm just going to make my very simple just give it a slight angle coming down [Music] and let's say about right there go ahead and round off the corners again and then just connect at the bottom with a straight line and back up there's a basic cup then from there i'm going to draw the handle so let's come about right here and i'm going to draw a nice big handle round and then let's thicken up the handle so just follow the curve you created there and we're done and now to make it festive right to celebrate winter and christmas so from there let's make this um hot cocoa with some marshmallows so i'm going to come to the top right here and i'm just going to draw some big marshmallows so i'm going to come about right here round off the corners make it nice and soft and in now i'll draw about four of them just put them at different little angles to mix it up so it's all up to you as well you can make them small marshmallows or one huge one is all up to you then come right here draw another one to fill up the space and one more top right here and round it off there so i've got four huge marshmallows in there then from there let's add a candy cane in here so i'm going to put it in this space right here and go up and i'm going to start to round it off come in and then once about right here i'm going to go ahead and thicken it up so just kind of follow that curve you made all the way back there and then let's add some stripes on this candy cane and come right here and right here and one more here so we can add some color to our candy cane there okay so then now that we have that and let's bring this cup to life and so let's go see about in this area i'm going to go ahead and draw one big circle here for a drawstring eye and another one right across let's say about right here and now that my circle's in let's make them draw some cute eyes so i'm going to put in two small circles for highlights and a curved line at the bottom and shade in the top [Music] [Music] and lines at the bottom and same thing over here [Music] [Music] [Music] okay so now we're big eyes in let's come to the top and i'm just going to draw a soft curve over each eye and then a sweet smile right so right in between the eyes i'm going to come about right here and i'm going to add a little tongue because hot chocolate is very yummy so just curve it in and then cap it off right here and let's add some hot chocolate that's kind of coming over the edge right so about right here so go in here and wobble my way across there and let's decorate our cup um i'm going to add a little trim right here i'm just going to go across with these waves right across and thicken it up so it's all to you how you want to decorate your mug there and last but not least let's make this really fun okay so let's um bring these marshmallows to life so if you want to do that let's come about right here and let's make it extra silly and let's hit read this one just very simple very happy and one more let's go this way mean that one's singing and we thought it'd be really cute since we have some space right here i'm going to add three holly berries to make this one festive there and let's see i have not added a heart right so i definitely need to do that so let's put that right hmm where should i put my heart you know what let's do this now that i think about it we're just going to put a bunch of hearts on this stripe why not last minute idea hopefully this works and you love it as much as all the other hot chocolates i've drawn throughout the years i think this would be my third one so really hope you love this little mug of hot chocolate here with these cute marshmallows and that i've inspired you to draw this fun and easy thanks so much for watching and if you loved it please make sure to subscribe and turn on your notification bell so you won't miss any new drastic cute videos see you later [Music]
