i will take you through today canva is a graphic design platform which makes it easy to design anything for free from social media posts to birthday videos from presentations to your resume our mission is to empower the world and everyone in the world to design and to see what you can do with canva video let's watch this hype reel i gotta hit the beat i gotta hit the beat b i got it [Music] long but the feeling keeps kicking in beef with all the girls [Music] all [Music] with all the [Music] all girls girls [Music] i'm [Music] thank you guys so that was our little hyphen to get excited for today's session and so this is what we'll cover today by today we'll make you confident in creating videos even if you're not a video editor you will build confidence through canva second you learn how to efficiently scale your video creation keeping your videos on brand and to scale up your marketing and third you're going to learn how to enable your staff your sales team with branded video create personalized videos to send to clients using our recording tools or build training material to be engaging and stay on brand so let's start with a quick question how many of you feel extremely fatigued nowadays with video calls do you feel like sometimes it could be better delivered a skippable recorded video pop your answers in chat to see if you actually still enjoy jumping on zoom calls or you actually prefer watching skippable recorded video there are lots of yeses in the chat yes yes exclamation marks although cj quite likes them uh everyone else uh yeah video for sure i'm done with video calls people say [Laughter] some people like them some people don't let's see actually what our surveys say so canva sent out a survey and we asked what percent of u.s employees actually feel that video calls can be the better delivered through recorded video when we did our study around half of us employees feel the same way 43 they feel that sometimes the most important information is missed due to distractions or what not happening around you so that's why a lot of employers feel that recorded video is a really great communication tool for meetings presentations training and one-to-one videos so within your company you may have seen lots of videos on internal data team building videos maybe you've watched customer testimonials would these have had the same effect on you if they were actually just a document or maybe a slide deck of a customer testimonial actually shows how much impact videos have and it's going to be really powerful for you to be able to create that kind of story and that kind of video at the workplace which brings us to another question what percent of u.s employees actually agree that recorded video helps improve client and customer relationships throw out a guess and chat of how many people you think actually think that video has the power to improve um your relationships with your clients 78 percent cj stairs jennifer 65 leanne 90 100 oh my god records only 30 a lot of people saying that pretty high percentage though i like the super exact numbers like 58 so i think someone got really close it's actually 72 so almost three out of four people believe that video helps generate more quality leads because you're sharing like great customer testimonials with them also gives a lot of quality education and customers develop that trusting companies like nowadays we see a lot of customers going to look at reviews before they buy a product so video really has that power to build your relationship with clients and when we further conducted our study we saw that people believe that more frequent and better use of video it can improve employee engagement can improve engagement with internal announcements and company updates can improve the team rapport between you and high and your remote workers and can also increase your volume of customer leads so there's a lot of power that video brings to the workplace and our last question what percent do you think um workplace video like what was the percent increase of um workplace video creation between 2019 and 2020. jennifer questions i love the specific answers yeah 95 these are all really great and you're actually pretty close so it's over a hundred percent increase i think it was like 180 i have to double check but it's over a hundred so the amount of videos that were created from 2019 at the workplace actually doubled in 2020. that's really massive in the way people are sending one-to-one videos crazing personalized videos and overall just interacting with videos but a video was such an effective way to communicate why don't people use it more some of the main reasons are not having the right tools they don't have the technical skills you know they don't have the time to learn and that is what we're going to smash through today so let's begin learning how to create a video in canva and let's feel confident about making these videos through canva today i'm going to show you around our canva pro interface so please keep that in mind there are actually 10 easy steps to make a video using a video template uploading a video you've got adding an animation adding a transition cutting the video up you also have dragging or deleting scenes around adjusting music trimming your audio adding music watching your video and then finally jumping in and sharing that with the world so we have a short clip to take you through this whole process and after that we're going to jump in and do it ourselves [Music] start inspired with a video template in the videos tab here you can see all video template types these videos are 16x9 the standard size for video projects use the filters to view by theme or style let's create a blank standard video once inside the editor you might notice things look a little different the page viewer has been changed to work with video we call this the story view this black triangle and line is called the playhead click and drag it to move forward or rewind through your video start by choosing a template from the templates tab zoom in and out by using the slider at the bottom lastly press the play button or hit the space bar to play a preview of your video [Music] time to customize our template discover an entire library of stock videos in the elements tab search using keywords and filter by video if you search for videos regularly customize the object panel by adding a dedicated videos tab like this drag a video to a scene in the story view to replace an existing background video upload video from your computer or device by going to the uploads tab or add video from your facebook google drive or instagram account here did you know you can record yourself directly within canva to add to your design choose your camera and microphone then hit start recording [Music] the new recording is added directly to the scene and save to the uploads tab so you can find it later now you can start inspired with a template add upload and edit your next video project [Music] videos in the editor have scenes instead of pages making it easier to visualize video and audio together on a timeline increase or decrease a scene by dragging them from either end like this can also split scenes by using right-click this breaks content into new scenes for flexible editing use transitions to animate between scenes click the plus button to add a transition preview transitions to see how they move from one scene to another [Music] then set their duration and direction [Music] like all designs in canva thousands of design ingredients are just a click away add text to videos by pressing the t key resize and edit styles in the toolbar here [Music] let's add a shape behind the text to really make it pop like this now we have content let's start to play with our story first let's add an intro slide we can add a new page or scene to the project like this start with a template or design a new slide from scratch video introductions usually have a title a logo and some elements in combination with an intro slide the outro slide will act as a bookend let's duplicate the intro slide and move it to the end of our video and add the information to leave your audience with [Music] now you know how to structure and arrange a video project in canva you'll be making screen worthy content in no time [Music] the easiest way to apply a little motion magic to your whole project is with page animations click the editor background to ensure nothing is selected then the animate button in the toolbar explore animations and choose a style this will animate all elements in your design with one click looking for more control animate elements independently from each other select any element then animate with canva pro you can unlock even more animation styles now let's try text animations select a text box then animate [Music] at any point switch back to page animations here [Music] another way to add movement to designs is with animated stickers search for stickers within the elements tab then click graphics find similar stickers that match by clicking the ellipsis button then see more like this [Music] did you know giphy is integrated right into the canva editor find it in the more tab search the entire giphy library to find that perfect gif jump into canva and play with our library to get your video projects moving music is an essential part of the movie watching experience luckily canva is jam-packed with a huge library of audio and music tracks find them in the elements tab here or go to the more tab and add the audio tab to your side panel select background music that suits the tone and message of your video search keywords for an emotion or genre preview tracks in the object panel like this [Music] drag your chosen track to the project music fills the timeline for the duration of the video click the audio region to change its position [Music] or adjust the volume like this audio tracks contain a waveform making it easy to see the beat and time movement to it try arranging your scenes to the beat of the music by trimming or splitting [Music] create multiple audio tracks to add voice overs and sound effects to the mix let's upload an audio file drag it to the editor from your computer to upload and automatically save to your uploads tab drag it to the project to add alongside your background music here you can trim reposition and adjust the volume that sounds more like it play with the b and make your home movies look and sound professional you might be working in a team or just need a second opinion invite anyone to your design to start collaborating simultaneously here you'll see when they join and can watch as they edit in real time start the conversation select any element and click to add a comment tag someone to notify them or assign a task for more accountability you can add comment stickers as replies for quick communication [Music] and when a task is marked as done you'll be notified share a link for anyone to watch your video click the publish menu then share a link to watch people can view your video without edit access this link updates dynamically as you make changes to your design so viewers will always see the latest version it's now time to export your video from canva click download and select the file type there are two video formats gif and mp4 video gifs have no sound and are great for short animated social media designs for all other video projects mp4 is best export selected scenes or pages or download the entire project here standard video documents will be exported at 1920x1080 ideal for most video streaming platforms like youtube share your video by posting directly to social media platforms from the publish menu here [Music] awesome so i saw that there were some questions in chat and i tried to uh answer a few of them um and a few of them were about wanting to learn a bit more so now actually we're gonna learn to create a video together we've made this awesome workbook so if you have canva on another screen pop that open now and open this bitly link so that you can have a template of the workbook as you can follow along as we go through the actions so it'll be really helpful if you can try it yourself which is really the best way for you to learn so i'll give you maybe a few seconds to open that link up jess has put a link in chat as well so just click that link and you open canva and click use this template awesome maybe while we give people a moment to open that up and get it ready um i might just ask you a question from nicole who said is there a limit of video length that you can edit in canva yeah that's a really great question and one that we get asked a lot so there's actually no theoretical there's no limit to the videos you can put on canva but because it is a browser-based tool if you put like a 15-minute or one-hour video in there it will load that quiet like in a long time so we suggest like creating shorter videos like to me 10 minutes is a good amount but we have had a lot of people actually play 30 minute one hour videos on canva so it's also dependent on like your connection speed and at some level also the the cpu and processing power of your current device and also how many browsers you have open if your pc is consuming a lot of memory it will struggle to work with a lot of videos this is what the workbook looks like if you've all made a copy let me know if you need more time or you're struggling to open the workbook but if you all go to this page page 7 you'll see some instructions and i'm gonna go through them with you today so we're gonna learn how to use a video template if you click on the next page you can search for we're gonna add a template to page eight so we're gonna search for a theme like food and we're going to apply that template to this page so if you go up to the templates tab and type food in here food you can see a ton of templates i want to add this thanksgiving template so pop that in there replace the current page and super simple you have applied a template on canva which makes things really easy the second part of your workbook on page 9 will learn how to upload a video so i i'm pretty sure i have a video to upload here's a birthday video that i made for one of my colleagues just yesterday so you just drag and drop any video file into canva and then while it's uploading or as it's uploaded you can click on it or drag it and drop it to your design and it's right here so it says we should put it on that page grab this video and put it on that page and here's my video a happy birthday check so i'll give you a few moments to try that out all right let's try yes oh i was gonna say well people are trying that out i've got another question here if you have a minute can you do multiple tracks i guess can you have a video and can you overlay another video to appear on top of it or can you have multiple audio tracks oh yeah absolutely um you mean if you're overlaying videos on top of each other you can just add more videos um overlaying audio yes you can add multiple tracks in canva and we're going to try that out later fantastic thanks joey that's it for now so on the next page 11 we're going to try adding an animation so i know someone actually added this in chat if you click on coffee and you click animate on the toolbar toolbar up here and click animate you can pick any animation that we have so we're gonna pick typewriter and we're done on the next page we're gonna try adding a transition so you can see that there is a plus icon between these scenes so we're gonna press this one between page 13 and 14 click add transition and you'll see a transitions library we're growing this library and pick any one of these and you can preview it while you hover so i do like uh dissolves i'm gonna be picking that one and that's how you add a transition page 15 we're going to learn how to cut video and i know someone asked this in chat earlier as well so the task is the next page is too long let's make two four second pages instead split it into do into two by clicking on splice so if we right click on page 16 and we click split it will actually split our scene into two and if you hover over the edges of your s of your scene there's actually a bug with this at the moment so it might be a bit tough um you can adjust you can adjust the length or use the playhead to then snap snap to the playhead so it's around yeah two second clips playhead there snap it around so this is how you can adjust the length of your scenes and that's how you cut the video you can use split and you can trim oh yes cynthia um so i'm going to answer a few questions in chat if your video is more than 250 megabytes and you're a free user it will ask you to compress the size so canva can compress that for you there's a question but if you've uploaded a video over one gigabyte you will have it will have to be compressed because that's a really massive massive file if you're on pro you can upload anywhere from zero to one gigabyte if your video is over one gigabyte that's the only time it will ask you to reduce the size so was the video you uploaded one gigabyte maybe have a check right cynthia it sounds like maybe you need a smaller video to play with for today's session just so you can upload it katrin has a question can you zoom in and out of the timeline yes there's actually a handy button here where oh whoops so you can select a scene or you make sure that the bottom part is highlighted and you can actually zoom in and out of that this is a really massive design there so now the scenes are like a bit smaller right let's actually learn how to drag or delete scenes so in the next pages you'll see delete the scene so you can do that by right clicking and clicking delete or just hitting delete on your keyboard and to drag scenes around just press and hold and then drag it to the other side and that's how you drag and delete and delete scenes page 21 is all about adding music we you can find audio tracks in the audio library if you click more click audio with up here you will see loads and loads of tracks so we have around 25 000 plus tracks so we've already added one for you and you can see it in this line down here and if you pop that open you can actually see the audio track in canva you can add multiple audio tracks so you can have a different one per page let's try the next activity which is trimming and adjusting music so quite similar to scenes if you click this line and see the audio check you can actually just move it around like that and let's trim it so that it appears only on this page and that is how you trim music if you want to adjust the music track and learn how to put a different part of the music into the sound into that that one second bit you can click on um you can double click it or you can right click and hit adjust and then it will take you to the scene where you can just move the audio track to the right portion where you wanna where you want to put it in that's awesome because sl had a question can you split audio as well um but i guess what you would do is put in the track a couple of times and move it like that so that you got the two yeah is that correct audio splitting will come next year so wait up for that to play your video just hit the play button right here if you hit play it will scrub through your video and you can also grab this and kind of scrub like that and that's how you scrub through your design so the last thing that you want to do is to download and share your video so you can immediately share your video by sharing a watch link so this is a really powerful tool sorry click share and share a link to watch and this is kind of like a live version of your video and any any edits that you made so copy this link and put it here that's that's a really terrible font any edits that you make on your video in canva will automatically update this link so you actually don't need to re-export your video if you want to show something to someone so give it a try maybe watch your watch link or just paste a link here and that was the first 10 steps it's actually really simple to edit a video on canva we learned how to use a video template we learned how to upload add an animation add a transition we learn how to cut a video we learn how to drag and delete scenes add music trim that music track watch the video and finally download and share it are there any more questions before we move on um a question from rika can we apply a green screen or a chroma key yet for something not yet that would be fun though stay tuned never say never with all these things like the product is just growing so fast so um what else have we got um so a few people asking if we can repeat a couple of things don't worry you will get the recording to this um session so you can just replay it as many times as you like and pause as much as you like uh cj says this looks so fun and easy can't wait love the green screen option one day uh marianne says can we actually zoom in on a video then zoom out like an effect i think so yeah oh like go in and go out stay tuned yeah another day we recently launched this product and we have a lot of other new features in the works a lot of the things that you guys are mentioning because we love listening to our users and a lot of people are saying the same things so we're really excited um and probably stay tuned next year you'll see a lot of these things come to life yeah fantastic babette says can we use the canva editor for youtube videos absolutely recommended in fact so let's jump to part two and learn how to efficiently scale video creation how will we keep our videos on brand and also create them faster so in this session you're going to learn to create your own video templates to create multiple versions of a video for localization or just to generate similar ads to see what works best you'll also learn how to resize you can scale different videos for your marketing team and we'll also quickly uh set up a brand kit so let's learn how to set up a brand kit you can find this under brand kit on the home page for free accounts you can pick up to three brand colors pro accounts actually add this logo beats and canva will automatically grab your brand colors for you which is a nifty feature as a pro user you can set your brand fonts so pick that and create as many palettes as you'd like as well so i'm adding this red to our brand font and so let's put that brand kit to good use let's pick this template i also uploaded an image beforehand like this headphones and we're going to remove background in one click which is a nifty camera feature so we're now going to change this template and use the brand colors that we just set up so in canva you can really grab any template and make it yours by changing the colors which i'm doing right now adjusting the animation and lastly let's pop in that logo that we just uploaded to the very end and maybe add a cool effect like glitch to the back to make it awesome and add a transition which we learned earlier how to do so i'm gonna [Music] actually pick dissolve trim the video a little bit so it's short and snappy and add an animation to the end and make this one um now neon's not good so we'll make it pop adjusting the animations a little bit more and now popping in the music tracks [Music] and so that's really how you use your brand kit we learned how to set up the colors and now when you're using a template you can make it yours make tiny adjustments and now you have a really sleek looking video so we learned how to use a brand kit and now let's actually learn to localize in marketing it's important to localize so that you can reach wider audiences so i am going to be fixing up this instagram video to later share with my team members so they can localize it in this example i am using a template and adding a quote eating makes me happy that is my quote and so i actually want to um change the background so i drag and drop this food video and i'm duplicating my pages now and creating different versions in different languages so putting it in french and then i'm just duplicating that video and now putting it in filipino so now your marketing channels can easily reach multiple markets so now what you can do is you can maybe share this to other teammates who can localize it for you but on down on canva you can download each of these pages separately so i'm downloading page one separately and then i'm gonna download page two separately and then i'm gonna download page three separately so within just one file and one design i've successfully made three different videos that i can then post on different brand channels that have different languages so now let's actually look at how to create different versions of a video for a marketing campaign so with marketing we know that sometimes we have to you know try a lot of different ads just to see what works and let's check that out in canva so we duplicate pages so we can make different versions i made three pages i'm also uploading different product images and removing the background so that users can maybe see different products for these for the ad we can get the color of the product from the photo on the last page i'm now removing the background on this nintendo switch as well cool and tweaking this a little bit trying to make it look awesome and cool so i'm creating different versions of the videos i'm making three versions and maybe i'll change the copy a little bit because i don't know what copy will be effective some changes is to bank discounts maybe that works better than cyber monday iphone sales might work better so if we watch this you can see i've made three different video ads in such a short amount of time now we can actually test which one will be the most effective advertisement you can download each page separately again and you did this all in one file lastly we need to post in different channels to reach a wider audience so in canva simply go to resize and select a new size here we will convert the square into an instagram reels video or vertical video and then one click your square video is now vertical it's super easy it's all in a click now you can cross post the same videos to other channels now enough of me talking let's try some of these methods in your workbook together on page 28 we're gonna actually not set up a brand kit you can do this in your own time because you might need to grab your logos and something like that but maybe we'll try editing this template so it looks more like your brand on page 79 just edit this so that it kind of looks like your brand so my brand at the moment is beats by dr j so i've uploaded some fonts i will also grab their um logo did i not upload the logo i did not upload the beats logo so we're gonna use this one instead soundscaper i'm gonna delete that we're going to change this color into up to red i'm going to click the background and also maybe change this to white and yeah there you have it in a few simple clicks in canva you have your brand kit at your fingertips and you can edit any template to look like your own on page 30 in your workbook we're also going to learn how to localize which is really simple if your teammate sent you a video to localize like here on page 31 all you have to do is double click the text and edit that and change it into english so because i understand filipino i know what that means but you can practice localizing by copying this going in here and changing this text to english so now we can post this video for the australian market or english markets which makes it more effective to reach our audience and on the last step page 32 we're gonna practice creating multiple versions of the same video so i've added a video on the next page and i want you to just tweak it slightly so it looks like a new video but like a slightly slightly tweaked version so maybe i'm gonna change this to um black friday and maybe i'm not gonna use now maybe i'll use this one and maybe just change the font colors to pink change this to pink make the text maybe black maybe i'll change the animations a bit so what does this look like at the moment i'm scrubbing to see what it looks like so i actually want this it's popping right now i want it to tumble bam then i'm gonna shift click and maybe i want these to roll black friday that looks really cool black friday mega deals so yeah with a few tweaks you can actually make different versions of your video which makes it really easy to produce so many different ads and versions so i'm gonna give you some time to catch up while i take a look at whether there are any questions in in chat um i was just answering one from beverly quickly um about the way you can control the order that things animate on the page um so yeah and i know that they are controlled by where they sit in layers on the page is that correct so things on the top will animate in first so if you want to control when the text animates in you might just want to think about which elements it's sitting in front of and behind sending things forward and back basically the things that are forward will animate in first yeah absolutely um we decided to make animations a bit more automatic especially since canva is targeted towards people you know who've never done video editing before but in the future we do want to expand the canva so that you have more control over when your animations pop in when they go out so stay tuned in the next in 2022. yeah we actually learned to set up a brand kit we learned how to create multiple versions of the same video for localization um or to generate different apps um but if there are any other questions before we move on that was it in the panel for the moment let me see if i'm scrolling back i think we've answered all the questions for now so all good all right last last part is enabling your sales and staff with branded video so now let's think about how we can enable our entire organization with video not just ourselves and our marketing teams there are three simple steps one we learn how to create a branded video template that anyone in the company even if they don't know how to edit a video can easily pick up and use we learn how to record yourself on canva and we'll learn how to share and collaborate with our colleague so let's make a branded video template this is my template i am actually setting it up so that other people know which parts of my template to edit so i want them to insert a client proposal section here so i'm giving them some instructions insert client proposal here on the next page i want them to insert a recording of themselves in here so i'm just copying that text over and putting add a recording in here so everything's looking good i'm just checking out the last page and if i share click on only you can access you can see this publish as a template option and there's a template link that you copy now if you open that link you've now magically turned that video template into a template that your sales team and anyone in your company can now use and pick up to make branded videos for their clients in a really easy way so let's try to use that template as if i was a salesperson now step two we'll learn how to record yourself on your screen great great to see lots of appreciation in the chat beverly so i appreciate this workshop thanks and can i just send some appreciation towards the workbook that joe put together for this session as well so you'll notice it's actually a video timeline workbook it's a video workbook so you can practice all your video transitions and things in it which is actually our first video workshop first video workbook that we've had in these sessions so uh heaps for you to practice on after these workshops okay yeah anne-marie really enjoys the video workbook fantastic so we'll learn how to record yourself um this is the template and now let's use this as if i was a salesperson i'm going to insert a different video in this section because it's telling me to insert a client proposal so maybe i'll use something that is less corporatey and a bit more startupy so i'll use this this video okay let's add a recording in this section then so if i go to uploads tab and click record yourself you'll get taken to the screen i'll just change my camera my microphone looks good then i'll say a few words to the client and doing this makes the video proposal really personal it will have more impact and it will make the client really feel special after recording this i'll click done and save and exit now it's on to my page i will drag that video in that frame so it looks neat and professional and there you have it you now have a personalized video for a client and it can be easily made by a sales team so third let's actually learn how to share our screens you can also share your screen in canva just click on the share screen button and select the screen that you want to share here i was looking at walmart so i'll share that screen click on the window that you want to share and it's looking okay so go back to canva and hit record so you can start recording fantastic so any more questions do feel free to pop them in the chat we're moving towards the end of the workshop now yeah so if there's anything you want to ask joe definitely make sure to pop it in the q a panel and i can ask thanks jess so we've recorded our screen and if you actually you can see that everything i did on that page is captured so if i save and exit both my video and the screen recording will pop into canva and you can use that to do training sessions to to share an idea with your colleagues or if you're a success manager you can help your client learn something about your product and lastly we'll learn how to share and collaborate my favorite feature in canva and also canva is one of the very few video editing tools that allow you to collaborate on the same video so instead of you opening up like your a video editing tool and doing that by yourself you can actually pull your colleagues in and pull other people in so everyone can drag and drop their videos in and work on it together so to do this just click on share and you can put their emails in and invite them to your design so i'm going to share this with jess send that to her alternatively you can also click a link to edit or comment and you can share this link with anyone and they can jump into your canva design and work on the video with you that's how easy it is to collaborate yeah we learned these three things creating your own branded video template recording yourself or your screen and sharing and collaborating with colleagues so let's just quickly jump into the workbook together and i'm gonna breeze breathe through these last ones on page 35 you can we learn how to make a video template and that's by just going to share up here share button share a link to use as template clicking on that copy the link and then pasting the link below and the next page uh page 36 we learn how to record ourselves so if you go to uploads tab click on record yourself you will see this interface just adjusting my camera hi click record all right click done and save and exit and it will be slapped onto your camera design which you can then use i will drag this into my frame i think i accidentally made this video super short and it's right in there my first recorded video so we learned how to do these three things recording sharing and also creating our own templates which is a really powerful way to truly collaborate on video at the workplace are there any questions before we move on as we're nearing the end of our session um we do have a question about um where people can find guidance on the rules and restrictions around what they can import and create like maximum video size or the number of photos you're not allowed to upload into canva and do you have any guidance on where they can go yes we have a help center and there are faqs there on the specific formats and sizes that we recommend perfect i will look and try and get that link for you as well someone hoping to know what the next feature is to be implemented for canva videos sometimes we have to just say stay tuned for those ones don't we yes yeah we can't reveal them but a lot of the things you guys said today they're um they're in the works yeah absolutely maria is asking is there free music available yes we have some free music available but we have way more premium music tracks um fantastic and with the premium music tracks how does the audio licensing work do you just pay for the track once and what happens after that um yes so if you are a pro customer you can actually use all of our tracks as much as you'd like when you export it and you actually if you want to post it on youtube there's a special thing that you have to do you have to connect your google and youtube account to canva so we can tell youtube that to whitelist your account but every time you export it will only generate one license so you can only use it for one video so if you make one video in canva and you use it for multiple youtube videos that would like give you some copyright claims so what you need to do is actually create a license by exporting it the number of times that you actually intend to post it on youtube oh that's really interesting so every time you export it that generation generates the license that is needed for you to then publish it okay that's really useful um a few people asking you how they're going to get the recording so yes this is recording recorded and everyone who registered will receive a link to the recorded version of the workshop within seven to ten days so don't worry if you register through eventbrite you will get the link to the recording a few people asking if background remover is for pro yes it is uh is a pro feature and very useful one of our most popular features oh this is a good question from susan if i've made a video and i want to direct the viewer to my next video is there a way to put a clickable url in the video or what would be the best way to do that okay we also recommend that if you are a candle lover to join our camera design circle community and that's a great place to ask questions so that community has i think nearly 180 000 members now and i'll send a link to that at the end of the workshop but um that's always my first port of call for people who have some questions um to ask a larger community and our moderators to join that group on facebook so i will pop the link in the chat to that and maybe ask your question then yeah okay that's it for questions at the moment so just a quick wrap-up of what we covered today you became more confident in canva by learning how to make a video in canva you learn how some ways to scale the way you create videos with resizing by duplicating the pages to create different versions and lastly you also learn to enable some of your colleagues to use video by empowering them with templates sharing and collaborating on the same design too so i'm gonna hand it over to jess now i really hope you all enjoyed the workshop today it was a pleasure being part of you guys uh with you guys this this last hour amazing and big thanks to you too joe thank you so much for sharing your expertise with us and that's super comprehensive workbook uh we really really appreciate you taking all of our questions today and taking us through credit branding creating branded videos for work uh but before you go everyone we do have some resources to share with you so a few of them i've mentioned through the workshop and i'm just going to grab some of those links now so on the next slide you'll see our first resource and i'm going to grab some of those so if we move on to the next slide we have the place to go to find out about more events like this designschool.canva.com forward slash events is the place to go to find out about more workshops and webinars for you our camper community they're all free so highly recommend uh checking that out if you want to see what's coming up for the month ahead okay and next we have the canvas design circle which i was just talking about so i'm just going to pop that link into the chat right now there you go um do recommend joining up it's a beautiful supportive community people share their designs for feedback from the community they ask design questions you'll hear about latest product releases um and you're able to ask questions about moderators so definitely jump in and join that if you haven't already okay and i think that's going to wrap us up for today so again a huge thank you to you joe for joining us today no worries jess thank you so much for organizing this and thank you for everyone in chat you've been so great and participative i love having like an audience asking so many questions it's been really awesome thank you all thank you all enjoy the rest of your evening morning lunch time yeah absolutely thank you so much for joining us live we do love having you at these live events and thank you for all your great questions and we look forward to seeing you at another design school workshop very soon have a lovely day or evening wherever you are goodbye [Music]
