Auto-transcribe isn't native to Resolve and may require Studio - there's a couple plugins in this FAQ Friday for that, but those are the accessibility/localization type of subtitles, not animated on-screen text.
For animated subtitles in Resolve, you'd probably have to use Text+ as "Subtitles" in Resolve are the traditional accessibility/localization type of subtitles and can't be animated to pop in/out. Be prepared for a lot of copy/paste.
18.1 added improvements into Subtitles fonts themselves, but this AI transcribe features doesnβt exist in Resolve yet. If you have Premier wonder if could export and bring into Resolve? I mean we have been round tripping for color grading for years, maybe itβs their turn lol!
