the reason why it's more expensive because of these jumbo strips but you don't or guys ice of cooking in Vietnam guys I would say would be exact same as what you do back home so it's gonna be much little salt in it it's okay mmm yes we got some chili powder tablespoon of this you know what's that guys I can't find any what is that stuff called throw a little more butter in a pre-cut hello hurt no hurt then to balance all that beautiful flavor I got just a quarter teaspoon of sugar just happen next we got our shrimp our jumbo shrimp so these jumbo shrimps already cooked I'm just gonna saute this in like smell that's alright our cajun shrimp is nice and cooked and caramelize on me and you take of this throw to the side like so gonna make our sauce so we're all cradle sauce I'm gonna take this napkin here hands nice and clean and warm here we're gonna add in do two tablespoon about to put some flour here I'm gonna do 2 tablespoons s as well whisk so flour butter cook that flour butter together do this where's that one cup of vegetable stop do you this two tablespoon or not - you see two cups of heavy whipping cream like so do this quarter teaspoon of black pepper I'm gonna teaspoon of salt here no two teaspoon of salt here what's Justin alright sauce is thickening up all I'm gonna do guys it's gonna taste this we taste this for seasoning that's perfect next I'm gonna turn off the fire now I got some mozzarella cheese here so half a cup of this I got some laughing cow as well so I'm gonna do a triangles what kind of shape is a square knots knots with four triangles in or four laughing cousing make sure your fire is off before you guys mixing the cheese I'm just gonna mix that in very well nice and slow guys there it is a nice beautiful alfredo sauce made of it not complete so we're just on a way for this cheese to melt before we start coming into our noodles noodles cheese is still melting wanna say this if you're a foreigner a westerner or a traveler down in Vietnam and your little homesick you need a little Fredo pasta come through this I got you guys come to my house all right I got you all right it's a pad of in there I'm just gonna mix it with let's just do this alfredo pasta here now $50 worth good very expensive I would say in Canada it makes if I make it at home it's roughly around I know if I make my own pasta I'm gonna say roughly around ten dollars ten fifteen dollars to make like a whole batch of pasta well with the shrimp we'll say $20 get $20 with the shrimp hey I buddy this guy's quick time it's got it nice super pop for this I'm not sure what kind of cream that was or where was it from I'm not sure if it is from Vietnam or not but that cream right there legit the cream is cream I ever pop my mouth I Canada has some
