spaghetti a meatball this time I'm making spaghetti bolognese sauce to the other guys I'm not even sure why I set that guys because there's gonna be my twist my kale in it so I found some tomato paste in that damn guys I'm just come out out I want to take tomato paste for me there's a crucial thing I'm telling you the two big people's people this is a tomato itself in the sauce or Roma tomatoes itself in the dam or even in Canada guys by itself it does not turn the position the sauce this pungent red color you know just punch of red Claire I love to see that tomato sauce well the Mayo case it is for me pets and also because I know these tomatoes aren't plump and juicy and sweet on its own so I gotta add a little sugar into it so 1/2 a tablespoon sugar even in Canada again even think couldn't find any tomato paste at this one store but I went a little far and wide KKK this induction induction what is it induction oh there it is good induction thing ok guys heats up very fast and you don't want your sauce to heat up fast because it'll start spitting at you guys you don't want to get burned by your sauce anybody has made tomato sauce ever in their life before you guys know about the burden I'm talking about when I start spitting at you low heat guys low heat alright here we go four hours in guys sauce complete so boiling water here I'm gonna salt our water like so when I take some spaghetti nice toss them into the pool next our meat sauce salt pan 2 tbsp of olive oil like so learn that beef I showed you guys yesterday take this beautiful hang of the beef like so toss them in out to this amount of beef I'm gonna do a teaspoon of salt teaspoon of black pepper I think the guys forgot the garlic tablespoon of garlic going in as well it's all from a combo seasoning some dry parsley that Italian seasoning like so just a cheating I got some basil 1/2 a teaspoon of this Brown this up all right beefs nice and soft hey guys all we're gonna do take that home a little cold potato sauce or just a something that's like so there's not cook this in like so then just let this simmer up for about eight minutes is why eight minutes I don't know I just picked it I just picked the time all right eight minutes all right this one we're gonna do everything's nice and mixed I'm gonna grab a little Bowl this bowl amazing stuff here like so or your mate sauce just cuz I want to garnish it take the rest of this sauce here toss it in let that warm up just to see if it's done that's a pickle okay turn this back on somehow mmm okay I think has beautiful pasta like soap toss them into this beautiful courgette and so what's up come through guys yes when I pull this out take our two chopstick turn off this fire here [Music] you guys see this I didn't had no fish sauce he's got to eat like a plate a plate of alfredo pasta or the shrimp Alfredo pasta what do you want you guys see I see the ingredients nice and simple italians greatness here's this thing about Italian food why I learned from you guys are Italian it's more simpler than that that's what they always tell me it's more simpler than that I think is kind of typical mm-hmm well I think just food in general is very difficult for me eating wise you might like taste-wise like you know talents like what they go for Mexican food Vietnamese food you know like the Vietnamese food always want like different flavors textures and everything that hasn't eaten a lot right like a town is kind of just like it simple you know simple plain good good ingredients not plate just gonna explain a time I gotta say that just fresh good simple ingredients so sir pasta to what is considered like Italian food or D Ching because there's other in time this is very mmm they have lot of things a lot from Pasco stupid sauce it's a crazy thing business a lot of people take pizza like New York in New York there's a big community in New York it's our Italian that make New York style pizza but they are talented but then Italian people say that's not the beat side right sounds like a weird thing what's even more boobah food the comfort food we have now like this is made from is it peasants peasants the workers have more traffic at house workers he needs [Music] that soup stops everything it were made from a little class but every type of like Italians used to have this like I heard the talents like make big pass editions just to feed their families cheap and you can get fresh ingredients right it's like they don't have any Parmesan cheese but they'll use bread crumbs as it all right so that's the traditional thing right quote me if I'm wrong I don't think I'm Robin Hood well that's awesome that's actually really interesting it don't we what do you think the chief said is like America thing I didn't know I think that Italians had their own ways we'll make a cheese than the American kind of just brought it in like me what kind of cheese does american-produced rate American cheese like cheddar cheese white cheese and I don't know I think those are going to Jesus that they make watching videos of people making like carbonara even though I treat yourself to rain is the other the base is aid and yeah I'm just I'm territory stuff yeah just like that doesn't stuff you have to take bigger bites for them it's more satisfying would you say you're open to a lot of cuisines mi yeah I wouldn't say I'm a foodie okay yeah I wouldn't say I'm a foodie yeah what's a booty like a guy that likes to eat I think a foodies person likes to try a lot every time and now would be my definitely my definition of a foodie someone that likes to eat a lot of different foods and different areas and like just all that's a community I think I'm more simple I need simple stuff what do you like simple like I'll be happy I was eating eggs and rice that kind of childhood oh shoot again I don't think something like something really simple I'm just a really big estranged soy sauce smack yeah I think you can't go wrong back when you more of an instant noodle guy or just fresh noodles where'd you say I think I'd rather do those just to get this you are gonna cook you one minute just fresh ramen what if your go to like thing to eat too late they say they're getting a midnight snack it really depends on what I want like tonight pasta like la carbs which is like a very quick meal though what can't quit this this is very quick you think so yeah this is very quick but the sauce kind of took a little longer but never work we need to eat actually tastes like a lot of flavors already like this yeah just get to manslaughter that's good if you gotta actually just add some cheese just to balance stuff he tastes the tartness of that - favorite cheese then do you like this one mmm no I think we do these people like it why they love it I didn't mean to laugh they put on everything laughing may I see you Philadelphia cheese neck really golf is cheese from America you see the package
