December 24th today I am prepping for tomorrow or tomorrow's Christmas dinner I feel like just because this will be my last or our last big fees dinner I'm gonna do a big a menu today guys we got prime rib we got fried onion straws we got pork ribs we've got chicken big or big chicken I don't know I said chicken big but fried chicken wings some muscles like the muscles we did before cajun shrimp king crab in Cajun butter honey walnut shrimp chopped salad we got Uncle Ben's rice or seasoned rice corn bread white mac and cheese rotini when i say right mac and cheese rotini I mean Sorella or yeah mozzarella mac and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy guys we got a lot to do today so let's start prepping first things first guys what I like to always do it lend my marrow Maddox so if you guys don't want to chop your aromatics just blend it so I look at the quality of it guys it just seems like you have chopped it that's the easy half got our shallot don't like chopping onions in a few possible there it is guys easy simple 30 second chopping complate next guys this marinate our prime rib so I got one big rush right here I'm just kind of season this with some heavy dose of salt and pepper for a dry herb rub I got half a cup of olive oil boiled on one tablespoon of oregano tablespoon of dry basil a tablespoon of dry thyme and we're just gonna rub that in guys rub that in very well once you got this nice and massaging guys I'm just gonna cover it I'm gonna let this rest overnight next I got some baby back pork ribs here I'm gonna take a fork I'm gonna rip out that membrane there because we want fall off the bone ribs big 1/2 slice it down the middle a boiling water here I'm gonna salt my water 2 tbsp of salt take my skin ribs everybody in the pool I don't care if you can swim just get in so I'm just gonna boil this for about three hours I have to give everything our ribs are done after four hours be careful and gentle with it because these are all the bone ribs guys next BBQ sauce for our ribs gonna be a low quality BBQ sauce that you guys want to buy to spice this up tablespoon of brown sugar half a cup of honey and that's how you jazz up any cheap barbecue sauce next our marinated big chicken so I've got 12 pieces of chicken here 2 tbsp of olive oil on tablespoon garlic 2 tablespoons seasoning salt or pre-pack 1 teaspoon of oregano basil 1 tablespoon of brown sugar then we're gonna take a lemon the whole juice guys take your beautiful clean hand and get into it guys get into it real good get into every crack of it our marinade for fried chicken two pounds of wings here all I'm gonna do two tablespoon of my muscles throw it into the fridge and they thaw overnight we're stopping for our muscles dynamite remember the last time I made it one cup a Mayo and I got 3 tbsp of sriracha just salt 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne exciting guys next I want to do a cheesy cream topping for this they're not 2 tablespoon of butter going with 1 tablespoon of garlic 1 tablespoon of shallot I got that nice and melted I'm gonna go in with 2 tbsp of flour now cook that flour I'm gonna go in with 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and go in with one cup which you can stop low sodium got the sauce nicely thickened guys I'm turn off the key 2 cups of cheese and that's it this is our white sauce for our creamy mussels next guys we got king crab so we're gonna throw it on top frig they're just because I wanted to fall and our shrimp are big tiger or black tiger prawns and we'll start our Cajun butter so I got one cup of butter going in I got a half a cup of onion 1 tablespoon - a light the tablespoon of garlic 1 tablespoon of cayenne tablespoon of brown sugar 2 tablespoon of paprika 2 tablespoon chilli powder quarter teaspoon of oregano last but not least 1 teaspoon of salt my Cajun butter complete next our cornbread so I got 1 cup of flour 3/4 cup of cornmeal got 1/3 cup of sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder and mix that in quarter teaspoon of salt once I got that mix in 1 cup of milk quarter cup of vegetable oil 1 egg there it is guys it's gonna transfer this into my bread pan into the oven at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes water and we're just gonna soak this overnight guys you can't have good mashed potatoes without with your gravy so I've got two clumps of butter going in 1 tablespoon of garlic he was gonna shell it since I get the butter melted 2 tablespoon flour once flour has been cut 3 cups beef broth low sodium additive I'm not gonna go in with any salt right now I'm just gonna go in with a teaspoon of black pepper gravies thickened cornbread is complete at the same time guys check that out guys the best cornbread you guys will ever sink your teeth into I promise I say guys just for a reminder we taste and adjust the seasoning for own liking he needs a little more salt and I like black pepper I like that black pepper taste in my gravy there it is gravy and place next salt mine trips for our honey girl walnut shrimp doesn't make our honey walnut shrimp sauce I got one people spoon of butter 1 tablespoon of garlic 1 cup of honey 2 cups of mayonnaise 2 tablespoon of sesame oil dump in our honey water sauce half a teaspoon of salt pepper that's it this is your honey walnut shrimp male or mixed salad so this was inspired by the Turkish and let me knees authentic dish I had last week so I got 1 cup of olive oil going in 1 parsley here we're just gonna slice it slid on nothing to us now give this in this you guys don't like eating greens or anything make the salad ones the salad would change the life I'm not even like good best salad ever lastly take your spoon all we're gonna do now taste it for seasoning mmm this is the most tastiest salad ever guys don't believe me try it out that ends up the prep day for today you guys got a lot of stuff done today I got a lot of stuff I gotta do tomorrow see you guys tomorrow Merry Christmas guys let's get into this great to put in our prime rib guys is how I do it keep my oven to 500 degrees fahrenheit oven has been preheated so Matassa us in for about 40 minutes of 40 minutes guys I'm gonna just turn off the heat for two hours pot of oil heating up right now as we wait let's cut some onion straws so I got two cups of flour here - 2 tablespoon up or prettier throw in my onions I'll toss it around shake off any excess everybody in the pool I don't care if you can swim just get fried straws are complete all in and you let them drain I'm just gonna hit this up with some salt and some pepper next guys let's cook our seasoned rice to this I want to do just in your rice cooker boom BAM shoutout to you tiger gang let's prepare our muscle so I got you package of muscles here I'm just gonna pull for 1 minute 1 minutes up next I'm gonna line my baking sheet once you got that nice and aligned remember the sauce that we made yesterday all we're gonna do is pile 1/2 with dal Alfredo or cream sauce how this went on we got the dynamite sriracha lastly share this with some she's dangerous we're just gonna wait till last minute and throw it to the oven at 375 for 5 minutes 6 Bowl our potatoes for mashed potatoes out so I got ratina here which I'm just gonna pull up as well mac and cheese sauce 3 tbsp of butter going in pretty tablespoon of flour cook my flour which that butter 2 cups of milk or cream and 2 cups of chicken stock gonna add in a pinch just a light pinch nutmeg 40 minutes has been up only gonna do now for my prime rib is just turn it off guys we're gonna turn it off we're not gonna open this at all we're gonna leave this in for two hours whatever heat that's in here we'll finish cooking the prime rib once our white sauce has thickened guys I'm gonna turn off keep very crucial guys turn off the heat add in two cups of mozzarella cheese next I'm not even sure why I chopped my ribs yesterday but I did I'm gonna throw this on a boil and I'm gonna keep holding this like this until it comes nice and caramelized potatoes are done guys all maybe strain it throw in one healthy serving of butter some onion powder go to channel guys to marinate our king crab and our shrimps number our Cajun butter guys we're just gonna pour this bad boy on top take our beautiful clean hand guys let me rub it in we're just gonna bake the king crab at 375 for 810 minutes the shrimp beat to 10 minutes night as well 3 pounds of walnuts trip here 2 tablespoon of seasoning salt I got a bag of corn starch we're just gonna dump in I'm gonna add in 2 eggs in our shrimp you're gonna dunk it into our corn starch everybody in the pool I don't care if you can swim just get it cooking time two minutes guys everybody out of the pool remember we marinate this yesterday into the oven at 375 for 30 minutes guys some chicken wings now so 3 eggs for our batter got one can of club soda 1 tablespoon of seasoning salt 1 cup of flour whisk that up Welsh get that whisk is 1/2 just plain flour with some salt in it add your chicken into your plain flour we're going to shake off any excess into our egg batter shake off any access the drive matter again guys make sure you pack it in very well everybody in the pool 10-minute frying time chicken wing done everybody out of the pool guys so I seasoned wing seasoning so I got one people spoon of olive oil two peppers and 1 onions getting salt a Dogface okay guys wings pinch of salt or one people spoon of salt 2 tablespoon of pepper tablespoon of sugar you guys gotta try this recipe out while that shrimp so we're throwing our shrimp honey Mayo mussels in five minutes we've got the mac and cheese going in as well on yours I set this up gonna first off like this guys so I got my pelea plate here I've got six and rice on there I got my marinated chicken on there we got his true king crab in for eight to ten minutes and throw a mac and cheese here here are yesterday's corn bread I'm pumped for this our chopped salad it's a lot of muscles thanks for your help some chose easy and that's some parsley on this one maybe a little bit muscle that reindeer that is crazy your muscle head is cut off is it cold the Muslims because that's not enough muscle sorry some more no I time to carve
