[Music] welcome to Katy adventure today I'm going to show you how to make crawfish whole shabang style which is garlic butter flavor from the well known restaurant called boiling crab it's very popular restaurant and very popular sauce whole shabang sauce so I'm gonna share the recipe with you so in order to make this recipe you will need these following ingredients first is au Bay seasoning and car fishboy hot oil Cajun seasoning you can use any other brain lemon pepper and cayenne pepper and this is paprika and crab boy back and I'm using this brand I'm showing you how it looks like here what it looks like inside so it looks like some kind of seeds and spices in there what this bag is give you really good flavor and I'm using the zetas reins brand we also need the crawfish boil the powder mix which one is which they have soaked and all the spices in there we only need 1/2 which is 225 grams core fish boil mix the bomb using is 1 pound but we only need a half pound and I convert it for you that half pound is 225 grams we also need the orange pineapple juice with just you can substitute it with fresh orange like squeeze of fresh orange if you have fresh orange or you cup if you want more to you can always add more if you like but remember if you add more garlic remember to put more butter so we're using we cooking six pounds crawfish today when you buy the crawfish remember to wash it clear thoroughly until the water is clear because the the crawfish do live in mud and then here are five spices we need to use for the sauce the garlic butter sauce which is five ingredients I'm showing you now I repeat it over again it's obey Cajun seasoning lemon pepper cayenne pepper and paprika so these four ingredients you see small dishes right here is those five ingredients each ingredient each spice put in two tablespoons here is the 16 quarts of the pot I'm using I only feel one-third water of the pot I add one clove of garlic or you can have two or three is up to you depends on your preference so I add one and our one clove of garlic I also add the onions you can chop it up or you can put a whole one in I put one red one power bread mini potato and I'm gonna add the crawfish powder the crawfish powder earlier I mentioned just half of it which means 225 grams and half bottle of the orange pineapple juice squeeze the lemon in but do not throw away fail the lemon shell keep it for later at crab boil one bag visit the brand I'm using I just want to show it again and look at the bottle the hot oil bottle I only use 1/3 of it this one this hot oil bottle is spicy so if you can handle spiciness you can add more but it's very spicy I just want to warn you I choose it to your liking but remember to have the seasoning a little bit salty not used crawfish and of course you can test the ball the potato because sometime maybe your size or potato is bigger than mine so make sure it's cooked by this time now I add the crawfish in and then I cook I boil it for five minutes but at this time after I add a crawfish in I'm going to add one tablespoon or 1 soup spoon you can tell the soup spoon which means like you you use this the spoon to eat soup so it's a little bit bigger than tablespoon so if you don't have has big spoon you can use the tablespoon overfill the tablespoon of salt and if you like more spicy you can always add more the hot oil or you can use this mixed seasoning instead of the salt you can use that mixed seasoning but because that seasoning isn't spicy I want to use salt so remember after I put the salt in I let it boil for Mayo crawfish sauce I add 2 tablespoon or 2 soup spoon mayonnaise 1 teaspoon crawfish powder the mixed 1 and 2 teaspoon lemon juice mix it up that's it and it's so tasty like you can eat a whole bowl of that sauce skill is so good and this pair really well with crawfish and sausage I also like to dip crawfish with the garlic butter sauce and here's the corn okay so here's a secret have you ever seen a whole cloves boy like this it's really tender right now so I in Louisiana style they will take out the garlic and they spread it on corn on the corn hmm I'm not sure if you ever try it but if you have a chance to cook to make this please follow this recipe you will love the garlic you can eat the garlic by itself or you can spread on the corn and learn this way from our friends family from of course you cannot find this at the restaurant nobody is gonna make this and sale at the restaurant or maybe I never been to restaurant they sell like cooked corn like this with the garlic mmm it's so good I love it you want to try it mmm the corn is so sweet and so delicious with the whole cook garlic spread and the sausage look at the sausage so now I'm gonna try the coffee I'll let you know how to taste I love to eat the head especially with the eggs it's really good so suck the head isn't how we eat the the crawfish so we suck the head take off the head suck the head okay use your right
