How to Attract Help | Funke Felix-Adejumo

[Music] so the lord sent me here this morning to speak to you on a message titled help it was so strong in my spirit in these days of dominion help may the lord help you it's one of the greatest prayers you can ever pray in your life they cry for help it's not the cry of the weak it is the cry of the wise refuse to go into coma before you ask for help we all need help and my prayer for you today is that in the name of jesus you will not lack help that prayer sounds simple but it's one of the greatest prayers in the name of jesus when you need help you will not lack it [Applause] there are different kinds of help and i'm going to do my best to mention a few this morning and then we will look at a man in the scripture that looks made from generation to generation everybody talks about him in spite of his mistakes and his errors that man the secret of his life is that he received help the bible says in psalm 20 let's begin from verse number one the lord hear thee in the day of trouble the name of the god of jacob defend thee send thee help from the sanctuary and strengthen thee out of zion i thought you'd be saying amen this is the word of god remember all your offerings and accept your burnt sacrifice grant you according to your heart's desire and fulfill all your concern we will rejoice in thy salvation and in the name of our god we will set up our balance the lord fulfill all your petitions now know i that the lord saves is anointed he will hear you from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand some trust in chariots and some in horses but will we remember the name of the lord our god they are brought down and fallen but we are risen and we stand upright say lord let the king hear us when we call psalm 121 psalm 121 beginning from verse one i will lift up my eyes onto the hills from where's comment my help my help comment from the lord which made heaven and earth he will not suffer your food to be moved he that keepeth you will not slumber you better let your woman be louder than your neighbor son [Applause] hey behold he that keeps israel shall neither slumber nor sleep the lord is your keeper the lord is your shade upon your right hand the sun shall not smite you by day do you know the meaning of that this sun is supposed to give you light illumination this one is supposed to dry your clothes this one is supposed to give you vitamin d this one is supposed to help you when what should help you turns against you that's what it means the sun shall not smite you by day [Applause] not the moon by night the moon is supposed to guide your feet in the dark the moon is supposed to cool and calm you down in the evening of your life you will not suffer [Applause] what you stood up working for laboring for in the evening of your life you will not lie down in sickness so it is [Applause] the prophet in me is coming out today nothing will stop your progress [Applause] whoever does not delight in your blessing blessing shall be far from them anybody that says it's over their dead body that you will prosper so shall it be in the name of jesus you will go from glory to glory to glory to glory to glory to glory in the name of jesus let me teach please sit down the sun shall not smite you by day not the moon by night the lord shall preserve you from all evil no matter how cheap evil is you will not be able to afford it you shall preserve your soul then you shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth and even forever [Applause] what's the meaning of help to be assisted support promote encourage endorse boost patronize be of use this is what you need for your next level you've tried you've struggled you've stressed this is what you need to move to the next level and i'm going to analyze it for you very very quickly there are different types of help i've been able in my study to find like 18 but i'll just share me before with you and then i'll mention the man in the bible the first kind of help is what i have tagged timely help the bible says god is a present help in the time of need some people can help you but they are not present some are present but they can't help god is the present help some helps come late they call it medicine after death when president obama was going to vie for the most powerful position and office in the world one of the kennedys had brain tumor in pain he left the hospital bed with cancer in his brain to stand side by side with obama to campaign he died shortly after one of the forces that helped president obama is the people that stood by him and they stood by him on time i feel in my spirit to say this to some of you there are people according to jeremiah 18 18 there are people smiting you with their tongues please put it on the screen for me jeremiah 18 18. look at it then they said come let us devise devices against jeremiah for the lord shall not perish from the priest we know he can preach we know you know he's a priest no cancer from the wise not the word from the prophet come and let us smite him with the tongue let's march him with the tongue there are some of you that would have gone further faster than where you are today but you don't even know you are not even aware some people are smiting you with a tongue now listen if pastor say wants to help pastor dio and he says to me everything i feel led in my spirit i just have a prompting to help dial and i said to reverend jose now i have not spoken much but i've spoken much it's either he will reduce it or he will cancel it there are some people that are planning to help you and some people i call them the z bars of life zebra got to david and smoth murphy with the tongue by the time my feeble shirt came back it was too late david had given the inheritance to zebra every zipper spoiling you heaven judges that your amen is not good enough everybody smithing you with their tongue wherever they are heaven will smite them somebody wanted to marry you and this person just showed us that we went in the same second rescue she aborted what's your business if i aborted are you my god have you not read the book of michael chapter 7 that says that when i repent god carries my sin puts them in the ocean of forgetfulness and says no fishy [Applause] god does not consult my past to determine my future what's your business i aborted yes yes i didn't know jesus then what's your own how market [Applause] because in spite of this mightiness god was selling christ people here certainly amends [Applause] i came loaded this morning to distribute inheritances whoever is mighty you whoever is using this tongue so make sure that you don't progress in the name of jesus heaven with my to them [Applause] say to my amen sit down why now people want to help us people want us to make progress and you just go there you spoil the water you spoil markets there is a god in heaven who sees in secret and some of them are believers and some of them are church members and some of them will even come and bless you we bless god flesh we thank god for you evil people let the lord judge them that that's amen [Applause] [Music] timely help on time imagine if the red sea did not part imagine if jesus did not resurrect that's what we call timely help today stretch your two hands the god that called this man and this woman will give you timely help your time and your help and your season will match [Applause] the person that is supposed to help you that is sleeping and snoring i wake up in the name of jesus you will be helped hug yourself with the blessing and take your seats this year these things that i'm telling you pray them almost every day father as i step out now send me timely help little ways degrees baba as i go out today send me compulsive let people be composted we were compelled they didn't understand what's going on people be compelled to help you and this will happen in the name of jesus [Applause] you will receive the call that will open many doors for you just one car that's all you need if it's possible carry your phone put it on your ear like this give your phone an instruction if you don't have your phone maybe day once it drinks we see seven times a day will i praise you how can god say somebody that is a moderate he's a man after my heart i began to study him how how did you corner god why would god do this to you why would god be this partial to you seven times a day will i praise you praise worship time you are still running your powder press worship time you are still looking around you cannot wet your makeup in the presence of the lord you are so ungrateful you are seeing that your children went to school and they came back the first thing you are looking at is why did you get c in maths one woman said to me if only i can have a child and the child would die at six pm less people know that i even carried pregnancy god gave you three girls you are complaining in fact i say man we should sue you because you are the one that gave the sex he's not for africa you are now blaming your wife why are you not the one that's determined the sex it's illiteracy that makes people feel that die i did my study and my research very well there are eight major reasons why david shouldn't be king according to bible historians his father was not even married to his mother as soon as that will help you i pray this prayer as a matriarch grace by god the person and the people because your hand is so small do you even know where to distribute this room you don't even know how to get there over the world political office holders are not elected they are appointed these politicians they don't sleep at night that is when they determine destinies they just determine destiny removal all over the world if you and politics stand up you should go into politics now even me i want to join a party now i will not make it public you should be a cat county member we cannot just sit in church and be praying hey politics is not good go and clean it for us politics is neutral like marriage like money it takes on the character of the owner those of you going into politics god will raise voices for you in palaces help me say amen for them mistakes god will cover it up you will not be like them you will be kingdom ambassadors in the name of jesus you know what i want you to do this will film politics write your name your telephone number your email addresses give to reverend let him take you to his prayer closet let him just leave it there there are voices that god recognizes on certain days you need that prayer back up you need it if he sends a copy to me i will not call you once forget it i don't call church members you know if i don't need to put your email just put names for my own i i have it like that we just put because we are encouraging christians to go into politics now and we must continue to back them up in prayers we back them up in prayer so submit your name your email address to the phone number to your reverend so that even if he's putting it in his bible or something and then he can send a copy to me that has no email no no no number i don't need that just your names we are supporting some of you god will give you money to support them when you get there remember that we prayed for you sit down the second one help that david received jonathan there are still good friends who there are still true friends and for sandwich chapter 18 verse 4 and jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was upon him and gave it to david and his garments even to very well with your husband let me do the fights [Laughter] two days ago i had two children same birthday two years apart there are people which may be your mother that will just stand up and say look until you succeed genesis 32 god said i will be with you till i have fulfilled that is what i call you until you succeed mercy of god there are people like that they step into your life your life begins to rise and they stay committed the bible says that a faithful man shall abound in blessings there are too many people that are disloyal when you need them you can't find them some will tell you will be with you forever just one year after you are looking for them that the same people using their tongues against you and your heart is broken and and turned to shreds i know what i'm talking about particularly those of us that are in leadership sometimes we are bleeding leaders one dead shepherds you look at your land say but i invested in this person i was there when this person was in the university i was there when the child was dying why why did this person leave some people must not follow you to the next level let your upper go and stop trying to resurrect what god is trying to kill let them go i'm glad that upper did not follow ruth and naomi because it was only one boys and she will have taken that voice you know why for some way chapter one the bible says that there was a man whose name was elkanah he had two wives anna and the other peninnah god is very detailed very specific that's the order anna was the first then penina so when you come to ruth chapter one you will see that it was a past name that was first mentioned then ruth remember jacob said we cannot give the young girl before the senior so if she had followed death she would have taken boys stop crying you've been serving you've been ah i said what do you need she said mommy i don't have a child i've been married 12 years i said it's one of the graces of my life she now told me that the next thing i did was to go on my face i can't even remember she said i was on my face for one hour in the hotel room today she has four children that's a powerful testimony there are people that i call stormcalmers bible says when jesus tapped into the boat distance there are people that just come into your life and your life begins to rise the glory is not theirs can i take glory can i leave to anybody no the glory is the lord but you see the last time god came down to planet earth physically was at calvary he uses human beings that's why you cannot afford to be rude because you don't know who god can use it maybe a small child it should be somebody that you never imagined sometimes they don't even dress more than high with their sleepers then you meet them at the airport and then you are struggling treat people well treat them with dignity you don't know big people many times don't dress big big attires i am big they just they just because send them your way okay one more and then we close my cow there are different people in david's life why david became great that's what i'm sharing with you today he was helped my car when i said my cow an average believer in this room we say first summer chapter 19 she was the one that helped david to escape i preached a message about how sometimes we go titled it is a window affair because it was a window she used to help david and it was a window she used to destroy our own destiny in second samuel chapter six first somewhere 19 seconds i was six but she was a great woman she was a princess she was used to sitting in the palace and people would be dancing for them so she couldn't comprehend why david would be dancing kings are not supposed to dance they dance for them she wouldn't come down from her high house but more to it would have died and ignobled that death it was my car that sent help at the risk of her relationship with her father at the risk of death she killed a goat do you know what it takes she took the skin the hair she made a bolster put it as david put a pillow and there are people like that that will risk anything just to help you i've presented to you today some of the things the lord laid on my heart we all need help and you know what if it's not convenient for you that's fine but if it's convenient i want you to go on your knees and ask god to send you help
