How NOT to Get DIVINITY! - Garden of Griddy - | Destiny 2 Season of Plunder

alright don't worry this video has nothing to do with the recent divinity drama it's just really funny timing though if you want to know my thoughts on that i'll touch on it a little bit at the end regardless today my friends and i set out to complete garden of salvation and acquire divinity however the majority of us have never actually completed it before now garden of salvation has a pretty bad reputation so i'd be curious to hear what you guys think of it is it as bad as people say it is or do you like it but without further ado here is the garden of gritty and man this one's a trip [Applause] so getting ready we didn't really know what to expect like i said in the intro i know a lot of people don't like this raid so i was curious to see how our run would go wait oh that's easy let's get div yes i spent all day playing shadow keeping i have to beat shadow keep to get dipped this gets worse this thing is so nice get the [ __ ] out the word i mean my uh hunter guys i'm stuck in a box it's invisible i can't see all right you guys ready is uh is everyone here yo i can't get out no no you like you don't understand i'm trapped in the box what the [ __ ] i i don't know what happened i landed on nothing but then the knight yeah i'm going to respawn hold on okay hopefully it doesn't respond in the box i've returned from my box here and wait okay john oh [ __ ] hold up i got it got it got it all right let's go so the first encounter introduces us to the consecrated mind which no lie looks really cool it also introduces us to the oh so infamous tether mechanic uh duck not go down here oh there's overloading oh [ __ ] right yeah yeah i'll start the tether well we're done the first door so you can uh nope guys you go you guys are going way too oh my god you like ran we're definitely got it he might want to come back to us first encounter down but let's not forget about those divinity boxes well we'll put donovan here because he is literally impossible for him to encounter oh we gotta bank those moats hold this coffin all right we're good now apparently same as we reached the second encounter things were actually going a lot smoother than i thought they would but give us a little bit of time and i'm sure we'll find a way to [ __ ] this up so here just re explain this encounter super quick oh [ __ ] oh my gosh daddy oh yeah the portal's not up they don't evenings [Music] on to the first boss of this raid i really don't know why i think this guy looks so cool it's probably just because he's a massive harpy but i was really excited about this part don't you were just talking about how good quicksilver is i'm not switching off of it yeah don't switch off of it i was hoping that the grenade launchers were actually good if if they make them poo poo i'm not going to want to use it every exotic has a moment where it just gets ran through it just gets like trained by a football team honestly with all of us there we go you need 10 i have none you've bought it on this heartbeat trust me resume [ __ ] oh you're dead we're dead i'll pick it up okay do we need to sub out someone with the gambit so we said about donovan like within anything job i did my job good and i clutched too much um say a stick tell us if it's inside or outside damn look at that [ __ ] damage i couldn't get the [ __ ] flag another classic adventure this game is no lie one of my favorite games okay isn't going down in three minutes right what someone just said do you know about the system downtime in three minutes that's gotta be the biggest issue i certainly hope not oh [ __ ] you have to redo the entire thing [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] my score that's a [ __ ] reload all right oh my god what no no to all of our surprise apparently destiny surfers had a scheduled maintenance this late into the raid which means that we would have to do the whole raid all over again puzzles and all right oh you're kidding no way you're actually joking wait no no no they said they're only doing it for 15 minutes no we have to reset this don't start ready for now we figured we'd roll the dice and press on regardless even if it's just for familiarity's sake well at least we know what to do actually actually i'm with duck at least you know what to do see how we're a circle we don't want to break the train one person whatever you have to maintain visual with every single person toad you stay right there for right now you're stimulating the [ __ ] out of this node right now yeah we are i'm toad stand right in front of me maintain eye contact all right and this is hard because uh and then both of you both of you jump oh okay all right uh oh by the way i think i think the maintenance is over like it's closed oh yeah let's go what we're gonna do again is we're gonna make another circle but this one's gonna be fun because we have to all travel together we can either do it the easy way which is jump across together or what we can do is go all the way around through this pain so that others could not shouldn't could not thank you thank you other people they got the midnight goofy everybody's laughing at me telling my my frontal core cortex is getting pretty and my spinal cord is doing justice no one's mad at you this shit's just [ __ ] funny with the final div puzzle done this left us with only the sanctified mind standing between us and our especially getting so close multiple times getting my ass i can't i don't know it won't [ __ ] what want to try two faces on the first phase [Music] i think i did a thing holy [ __ ] [ __ ] boys come expect this guy to be so rough for us in hindsight this really isn't that hard but for some reason we [ __ ] struggled but it didn't matter because with the de-resolution of the sanctified mind this meant that the garden of gritty was behind us and now all we had to do was claim our prize wait does it lead us to the black garden the [ __ ] black art we're in the black garden come on come on let's go let's go something i'm never gonna use all right all right all right everybody get by the statue we filmed this right before our day one king's fall attempt and if you enjoyed this i'm sure you'll enjoy that as well as for the current controversy surrounding divinity i'll keep my thoughts brief first of all i think the way twitter handled sulta grepo giving his constructive feedback was awful and honestly disappointing but who's really surprised it's twitter but as for divinity itself i gotta agree with fallout for the most part i think when raids are being balanced around one weapon because it is both the easiest and strongest option in the game some sort of nerf or rework at least deserves to be discussed but hey that's just my opinion feel free to leave yours down below i
