How MOMMA Repairs Headlights BACK TO BRAND NEW in 3 Minutes

hi guys and gal sweet project cars here with trick and cool ways to do things and save a boatload of money while you're doing it yourselves let me share with you what we're using and it's mind-blowing okay many of you ask what pads we're using using we use the 3M 05723 okay compounding pad and we use the 3M hook it backup pad and it is the 5717 and we use that on this buffer right here and it has many of you ask what the RPMs are it is very variable speed 17750 RPMs but uh what you can do is buy this kit here this is a 3M it's got all the sanding papers this thing is so old we never use this anymore and you can actually use that on your drill done which is this rig right here if you don't have anything else you don't have a buffer like that use your drill gun with the pad only all right you don't need none of the Sandpaper none of that and anybody that tells you as you can see this headlight is not good at all it's not presentable uh it's very very cloudy and uh this is the one that we just finished up and I'm going to share with you how you make it look like that and I'm actually going to tape it off so you can see the difference between the two and what are we going to use what you're already using on your aluminum rims and other parts of your car mothers you buy this anywhere nothing special anybody that tells you you got to do the sanding and all that stuff with all these different grits of 300 uh all the way to 12 and 3,000 grit sandpaper and wet sanding it and keeping it wet you don't need to make an all day or deal out of it I'm going to you're going to see exactly how long it takes me from start to finish how quick I can get this done here and it's it's on there it's it's in there okay sorry for the camera bounce around but we're going to set the camera up in the tripod and you're going to see it start to finish all right we're ready sweep project cars back Tri and cool ways to do things and here's some Mother's brand new tub of it we buy a lot of this stuff I just take it put it right on my hand the idea of buying products is to buy a product that you can use on a whole bunch of other areas of your car not just like this kit here was like 20 bucks that kit there and it's a joke and you don't need to make an all day ordeal out of it I'm telling you guys gals these detailers that showing you it takes 6 hours to do something making them just get it done that's the whole key so I wipe the rest of it on the pad and we just vary it don't worry about the painted area here it's not going to hurt it any if you hit it the idea is to keep it moving and start out slow so you don't fling the stuff all over the place here we go start to finish [Applause] did you set your timer your mind is going to be blown when I'm done with this [Music] [Music] [Music] all right what was that 3 minutes and what I'll do is 303 protectant on this and it will not Cloud up like that again okay but that that's on there you don't need to do all that other stuff I'm telling you folks if you follow one of them other videos and it takes you 20 minutes to do a headlight you're wasting your time look at that Mother's did right there on plastic there you go it's all you got to do that simple make sure you subscribe and uh we'll show you some other cool things I got coming up
