Northern italian here and didn't know this Zizzona existed. I also chuckled at the fact it means tit. However it must be absolutely delicious. For those saying it looks disgusting, you may have never tried a Buffalo mozzarella in your life. It is milkier and usually softer but with so much more taste than ordinary mozzarellas. It will make your brain explode.

I really wanted to see some shots on the buffalo they used to make this stuff. Before this video I didn't even know that there was an indigenous species of water buffalo in Italy.
