This is incredible...absolutely fascinating

That was really cool. She's also very well spoken.
This is freaking awesome to watch. Just sitting here imagining what the sensation of zero g must feel like 24/7 is mind blowing. Watching her necklace float around her neck is a constant reminder of the floating while I try to make sense of the orientation. It looks like so much fun, but also really scares me. This may be a silly question but, does sound travel differently I'm zero g? Is it easier or harder to hear someone talking to you from across the room.
EDIT: Holy crap, those cameras in the central post!
I really love how she talks. She's very matter of fact without being clinical, and even when she explains things in simple terms you don't feel as if she's talking down to you.
Wow. Fantastic. Watched every second.
So disorienting. It really gives you an idea of how physically and mentally sound astronauts need to be. I would be puking the entire time.
I'm curious, do these astronauts need to speak Russian, Japanese, and English? She spoke a little bit of Russian but I'm not sure how they effectively communicate with each other. Or is it a case that each nation just shares the station and works on their own thing?
The only thing that really weirds me out about space ships isn't the confined space, or the constant weightlessness. It's the clutter. Everything looks so unorganized. I mean I know everything there has a purpose, but WOW does it all look like a hoarders house.
For me to not go crazy up there they would at least have to build a room that looks like a standard, normal living room. No wires, not crazy shapes that actually do other crazy shit. Just a square nicely colored room with some furniture. Maybe some mags, and a TV for movies. I don't care if I can't actually sit down, Just the mental feeling of being in familiarity.
