[Music] hi guys welcome back to my channel I'm gonna show you guys how I darken my roots blending it into my existing balayage and tone my hair so stay tuned alright to start off with I want to show you how my hair is right now just letting you know I'm not professional in any way this is just how I do it at home save some money my hair is growing out about an inch you can see where the line is from where my highlights are and then you can see the brassiness just a little bit I don't let it get too brassy I'd do this every month just to keep my hair in check alright so I use the color charm by Wella in medium ash brown for the roots and then t18 lightest ash blonde to tone my hair with afterwards okay for supplies we'll be using a mixing bowl in a brush as well as a fine-tooth comb which I forgot to record some rubber gloves 20 volume developer and then to start off with we're using Nia mashed Brown only pouring half the bottle in for the roots and then using two times the amount for developer or two parts to one ratio and I'm just pouring that in and I already measure this before and that's why I'm it looks like I'm a balling it and then just mix that up and I'm starting out my start part just so I can show you more easily what I'm doing but I recommend starting out one side of your head and working in way over and then for the back back of your head you want to do from top to bottom so I'm just applying a product to my roots and bringing it down you can bring it down however you want it but I'm gonna take about two to three inches and then with the comb you want brush it down brush the color down so it blends in and more seamlessly and then just repeating the steps all over your head I'll apply some more to my roots bring it down as far as you want make sure you go over the part where it was growing out and you wanna blend that part in and that I'm going to take the comb and brush it out and just repeat this process over and over my comb has a rat tail to it so there's a pointed end I'm going to use the pointed end to pull my hair over I do apologize I did not place myself well enough in the video so you do miss out on a lot of the clips I'm still new to recording so just bear with me I'm trying my best but I'll explain what I'll do what I'm doing so next I'm taking the toner we can use the whole bottle depending on how much hair you have and then I'm just using two times the amount so I'm using the bottle as a measuring tool just pouring twice them out and then just mix this up alright so the Tony is really easy I'm just going to apply generous amounts to the my ends and bring it up and then when you bring the product up and you get to the point where the medium ash meets the toner use the comb to bring down the medium ash over the toner so it blends in and I just repeat the process all over your head alright now that all the products say you didn't want to leave it in about 30 minutes tied up I'm gonna wash my hair and here's the final look I really liked how this turned out the medium ash blended really nicely there were no sharp lines anywhere thank you for watching be sure to subscribe and thumbs up the video and I'll see you next time bye
