HOW I fell into a pool in front of Tom Holland [at a SDCC fancy Hollywood Party]

oh it's really shaky oh my gosh don't be nervous mr camera well i tell you my hair has certainly grown out since you shaved it off look at that wait you can't hardly see it it's getting so tall and i sit up right now from my back it's all about posture i can't edit this very much at the whole theme of it you know so look if i sit like this i look like i've got the skinniest arm alive so that's it like this hey everyone this is another how-to video i have a sacrifice in this one and my new haircut and your new i am wolverine it's not a new haircut it's just growing up that's true you have style there we go um i haven't had my cup of tea yet so i'm not caffeinated and she forgot her coffee and i haven't had coffee either so i've had no caffeine today and it's midday and if you watch this wiper in the back you're getting very sleepy anyway people are gonna be barking like dogs all over the place now is it a chicken maybe oh no you don't bark like a chicken ah anyway yeah joke anyway i have had a few requests asking hold on before we start safety first people safety first asking how i managed to fall into a pool in front of tom holland oh my gosh is this is that what this story that's what this is gonna be i was gonna do it on a couple other things but then i just thought quite a few people had asked so yeah let's just and the thing is you were there kind of i was kind of there this is why i felt like you should be in here as well yeah so if you haven't heard you know the news i it was san diego comic-con it was quite a while ago yeah like three years ago at least yeah yeah it was like right when he booked like he hadn't even been on screen at spider-man yet so whenever that was yeah he just booked spider-man yeah um so we're at the san diego comic-con we're at the ew party which is on a saturday night so we do press thursday friday saturday it's always so crazy comic-con is absolutely amazing the san diego one is not so and very busy and you're just kind of running on empty you don't really have time to eat you don't have time like your shoes are always uncomfortable anyway it's just the best time ever but it's like a it's a lot of interviews the best thing is that when we get to meet people like fan signings and things but um you know you you you by the end of it your brain is just absolute martial anyway so we do thursday and then you have press all day friday and then different meetings and blah blah and then friday night there's uh there are some parties but you don't really go that hard because you know saturday is like the huge day you have the panels you have loads of interviews you have randomly whisked from one pressed thing to another a whirlwind amazing so fun but just like nuts josh will kind of get to see everyone behind the scenes on the wheel sorry sorry oh oh my gosh uh but no there's uh i go around with you on some of them sometimes it's too crazy yeah but other times i'll go around as long as you'll go riding a big bus yeah and they kind of like allow you to have a plus one yeah uh i think it's because i played agents special agent tad so i've given special privileges as you should um but you get to see like all these other cast members then you see huge celebrities you're just walking by and you're all on these corridors that are what hallways you call them corridors corridors or hallways um and you know they're not glamorous the behind the scenes of comic-con is not glamorous and then you see these huge stars just walk on by like nicole kidman who did we see at the last comic con so nicole kidd she was like so tall and beautiful we saw just a ton of right when aquaman was like the whole aquaman cast yeah just mostly don't buy jason ramoa the biggest he's he's like he's everything you would want him to be he's a big man he's huge like i was on his back for probably half an hour didn't even know i didn't even notice yeah i was like whispering in his ear i love you i put his hair back down okay congratulations great job jason love you love you too love you too jason okay bye i'm gonna go back with the shield from the shield cast agents of shield yeah the story elizabeth focus focus oh my gosh it's already five minutes haven't even started all that to say it's such a brilliant amazing busy crazy time to go to comic-con um as a member of a cast of agents of shield so by the time you get to saturday night everyone's ready yeah you're just ready to let loose you're kind of exhausted you're you're just like have been on this massive whirlwind you feel a little bit dizzy from it all and you haven't oh my gosh is that you no something stinks though i think it's just the area we're driving to actually might just be the area oh my gosh that smells like it that it smells so much it could be maggie though she's right there she's buckled in though ew party at the end of saturday and everybody at that party is just ready to have a good time and let loose the drinks are free it's very dangerous they're also extremely strong and there's little nibbles but you know not many and so by the time you get to saturday night you are you know we've been through a few different outfit changes of the day you've had you ever knew very much it's like you haven't really eaten because you just don't really have time you just go back to back to back to back-to-back so you get there you're cute by the way these red carpets at the ew party or any party you go to the right the red carpet the ew pod you have to really line up so you have to queue for a long time and that's really amazing too because in the queue in the line for the red carpet there are i mean every celebrity that you see that's on the red carpet lines up apart from what you should probably choose a huge insider tip by the way if you want to watch it it's at the hard rock hotel and if you request a room that overlooks the pool area you'll actually see ever like you're like where everyone is in line or waiting for people in line you're in a fishbowl like it's basically a big like what would you call it like not a museum what is it like an aquarium where all the all of the comic-con people have to go through all this thing and everyone's just sitting there huge names are standing in this line yeah there are eight lists of stars are in the line except probably a a misters like get to the front but anyway like anyone that 99 percent of people that you see on the red carpet at comic-con are waiting in this line so it's really fun because you've all been through the same yeah they're like crazy sorry not on the list mr batman um anyways that's really fun but you spend some time in the line and then you have your pictures taken which can be a bit nerve-wracking and then you go into this amazing party there's like just music like you know just a party remember when we used to go to those anyway so chloe bennett and i are starving and it always has really good food at the ew party which is the hard rock cafe so it's it's like the pool area of like the deck so there's a little bar there's like seatings there's like four stories up like it's a roof it's a rooftop bar yes um there's a hot tub there's a swimming pool and then they have like all these little booths of food that you can eat i mean it's amazing it's kind of like going to a soup top wedding so we get in there we go have a drink uh jeff loeb of marvel always get has a table and so we'll always go and see him and he we kind of feel like all the marvel people kind of um kind of congregate and hang out we get to see people and it's just really really fun and it's like a check-in sometimes each year and with people that you might not have seen since the last comic-con oh crap it's fine we're safe to say um so yeah we go and get a drink and then i um just there was a rumor going round i mean these are the things that basically everybody is starving so then the rumors start going around about what cool food that they have there and i heard that there was churros and i'd never had a churro before so it we would like you know talking about it and then i mean so boring you think the conversation might be glamorous but it's basically like what free food can we go and get and what's the best thing to have and is the burger worth there and how are the fries you know be huge yeah so the rumor was going around there was these amazing churros there so then you know you you go i was on my way to find food for quite a long time and then you bump into somebody that you know and you have a great conversation and well have you told them about the pool yet yeah you rather yourself well we're on the rooftop bar so there's a pool there's a pool but the pool has plexiglass over it no it doesn't yeah it did maybe it was the year before no it was the year after no no there was nothing there was nothing covering the pool this year yeah yeah they had they had the clear plastic glasses anyway whatever so anyway anyway anyway it's got a long story short you know basically because you go get your churros no i i'm like on my way to this food section which is there's the bar over here there's like the tables here where the sofas are this is our little marvel area and then um here is the pool and around the pool are like the feeding places like the food like fits the food stores what you call them yeah they like the food food stuff yes i know little tables with different food on it like a buffet you know anyway so i'm slowly making my way over there chatty chat chatty um sipping on my margarita and who do i run into tom holland and i can't exactly remember why i just started talking to him well you're in like a little group of people and you're introduced in that conversation i can't exactly remember who that was i just remember you you saying uh i look i your life is just gonna be crazy yeah you just stopped spiderman he was so nice and we're basically just talking about you know marvel and what do i know me for goodness sakes anyway he was very nice and i was just like this is absolutely amazing congratulations you know your life's gonna be so crazy how how cool and blah blah blah anyway so poor tom horn i mean i was so nice he was super nice and hopefully i was really nice too but you were really nice it was just funny yeah so because he was he was really and i listening i was just sitting there thinking how do you not know i mean of course he knows his life's gonna flip the obvious flip upside down literally yeah anyway he was super nice and whatever we were having a conversation and then chloe taps me on the shoulder and clearly the most important news of all she goes babe i found the churros which was a big deal it was the biggest news of the whole weekend basically so i turn around and just march following her and i go like well i thought i went just two steps chloe said i went like four or five anyway i march all i can think about is these churros i just i don't even know if i said bye to top long i was like okay great gotta go march and march straight in to the hot tub section of the pool and this is a packed party full of absolute a-listers like i can't even tell you i thought it was fine just to chat to tom holland probably because like you know he was probably the least famous person that jeremy and like it was nuts the people that were there so i [Music] just find myself you just fart no it's not me i mean look i can deal them with the best but it's not okay anyway oh my gosh this video is so long basically but the reason i think this is when you need to take over oh no you weren't there so i just freeze thank god it was the hot tub because i just went down onto the ledge that you sit on so it was only up to my waist but i had my bat my purse handbag over my shoulder that had in um my heels at this point i'd put my flats on so um i didn't slip or anything but i had this big kind of bucket bag um so i am just like oh my god see this is why i think it was clearly fell to the ground yeah she died was just dying like she tried to help me but she just fell to the ground and couldn't well because you weren't hurt oh that's what i thought was your party i think it's the windscreen that would be the cutest part that i've ever let in but this is why i'm so convinced that that year they had the plexiglass down because they didn't put it over the hot tub but people were walking across the pool and so i think that you just inadvertently thought that you could do it across the hot tub as well and then and then maybe i just had eyes on the prize and i just wasn't looking down you know i was just looking just you just made your mind it so chloe is absolutely dying laughing i'm trying to get up i'm just dying laughing everybody is it was like the moment in the movie where the music stops and everybody just slow-mo looks at the person that's just yeah and some people weren't very nice about no a lot of people weren't very nice about it um not tom holland fyi it's not like i know but anyway he he was not he was no it was like people but it was just like people at the party were like to be fair i mean how embarrassing the one thing you don't want to do as long as you thought you could fall in the pool part of me thought oh my gosh this is the moment everybody else jumped i wasn't there when that happened no you weren't like cause i was chloe anyway so people were really not kind of snooty like super sneaky and just like oh my god oh my god but to be fair it was like a bit of an oh my god moment so eventually chloe like crawls over obviously we're both still dying of laughter oh my gosh i cannot believe this happened so then i kind of come out of the pool and i put my hand out to somebody next to the hot tub to help me get out and he uh just put his hand in my face and like looked away ah so rude yeah can you believe it i know i i can't anyway whatever so then chloe helps me out and then jed whedon runs over he's like oh my god i heard someone fell in the oh oh it was you he tips my bag out for me he drains my bag of water oh my god and the best thing is i was in a black outfit thank goodness so it didn't go see-through and it was just my waist down so my hair and makeup looked absolutely pristine um and then you came over and you're like oh my gosh what's happened and i was gonna stay all these people coming over and being like oh my god that's the girl that fell in the ball um the ew staff came over and like got told for me i mean i still i was texting one one the other day um a journalist when he dummy and she was like this is the time when we were meant to have been at the ew party in uniform in the pool anyway because comic-con was last weekend so then you can probably take it what happened after that because you were there i wanted to stay at this party but um i was well you're freezing so we end up walking back to the hotel yeah get changed and i was i mean it was really funny but i was also mortally embarrassed so i think because people weren't treated very very nicely no no no but also like pull it together elizabeth and that's what you said to me you were like listen let's go back i changed into jeans and a t-shirt i had my wolf yeah we had a moment when you were like we are going back to that party marching right back the hotel we're changing clothes we're right back over there yeah you were so amazing because you weren't embarrassed or anything like this like you know let's just do this i almost jumped in after you oh you would have done but i don't know oh my gosh 18 minutes so then we go back to the party but they'd close the doors to let people in because it was getting quite late yeah but you remember who let yes um the guys from uh impractical jokers yeah practical jokers we were trying to get in and uh and they like helped us get back in yeah we went in like some side entrances they like knew about they knew they knew someone that knew someone and then they anyway we managed to get back in and it was amazing and it was one of those just like so such a good um moment i remember jeff loeb was so nice and he took us out for later i'm so proud of you for coming back which how great of a boss is that when i fell walked into the pool so like potentially embarrassing you know my bosses and jeff loeb had at the time of marvel television was just like well it's just an accident yeah but he was just so cool about it and he was just really like i'm so proud of you being back here everybody's talking about you and the other thing was we then walked past someone being like who fell in the pool do you know who it was it was i was like i thought she's a huge star yeah huge mega girl i don't know who she is though anyway that is the story of how i fell in the pool at san diego comic-con went talking to top holland who was very lovely um and you know he's done all right for himself since then so clearly i must have given him great advice thanks for asking that please ask um any other stuff that you would like to know how i have done something or how we have done something or how's that well elizabeth how she cut my hair she can do uh
