Besides all the misused programming terms, people who have never browsed on a multi-layered connection don't realize that streaming would be impossible. Most of the "depraved" videos on these un-indexed websites are clips from odd or obscure foreign movies like Hamster or Violent Shit. It's all about downloading files, which is always risky.
Most of my experience on the "deep web" has been old programmer .txt files full of computer nerd humor. It's great from that perspective, getting a glimpse of the culture back then, but this kind of creepypasta is what you expect to see in low budget horror movies, without the chance of possible decent acting or gratuitous nudity.
It is in my recommended section for ages.
