This is honestly amazing. It kinda makes me wanna rewatch the entire revival. Every British actor ever lol!
David Tennant does do a great stare
"David Tennant: the unquestioned master of staring sadly into the middle distance."
It's so funny. I'm really curious how people who never seen the show reacted to it. I wish I could forget all the Who episodes and experience this honest trailer. Must be sooooo weird.
I just with the trailer would acknowledge how great some episodes are, like Waters of Mars, or Heaven Sent, Midnight or Blink.
"Just kinda there-a" for their description of Clara got giggle out of me
hehehe :)
Fantastic.
The actual description of the show (go anywhere, anytime tell any story) is genuinely why I think Doctor Who is the greatest idea in literally fiction
(And have done for like 4 decades 😀)
Thankful for this. Now when friends ask me to explain Doctor Who I can just show them this instead of my usual attempt of an explanation which goes something like,
"Well, there's this alien called The Doctor. And he travels through time and space. And um, he picks up companions to travel with him...no not like that, it's a kids show. He saves the Earth, a lot. And um, it's funny and scary and sad and exciting and funny and sad. He can regenerate, which is why there's a bunch of different actors called The Doctor. The police box is his TARDIS, that's his time machine."
It's usually about this point that I realize their eyes have glazed over.
You can't call yourself a comedy show and then show the scene of Donna having her memory wiped
