oh no you thinking on a moving faster than me yo was good as overtime blinking I'm in Maryland with the number one player in the world Brian breezy we heard for another particular turf at the house of Champions and listen man I came all the way down from LA to see my man's got how you feelin so you say look donkey they got brian Griffin Brian Gumbel Brian Brizzy Brian Febreze and don't matter Malik in three and this would take the chocolate kitty oh my god Pat Reese best trainer out here in the world I'm gonna say yeah we've been training for a little while now we got a show of Malik what we do down here in Maryland so we're gonna do a little series of events today we're gonna start out with a 5 10 5 then we're gonna do a little benchpress contest then we're gonna do a grip hold challenge then we're gonna do a little relay and then a mystery round at the end players don't get majors anyway the first thing we're gonna do is 5 10 5 so we're gonna start right here on this middle line and when we were warming up I saw you didn't have your hand on the line so I want to make sure hands down on the line to start so first thing we're gonna do is go to our right 5 yards so we're gonna cross turn make sure we touch with our hands down on the line touch run ten yards again make sure we touch the line and then sprint through I'm gonna beat you with no shoes on then no shoes on it [Music] four six six four six six four six six from Brian Rosie alright you know the shoe I probably wasn't the best decision not to wear shoes but I'm riding with it looking like four nine four one two round - we're doing a 185 benchpress challenge so what we're gonna do is 30 seconds as many reps as you can in those 30 seconds if you get tired you can rack it within those 30 seconds but when 30s up the challenge is complete at that point if I lose this I don't deserve to play football anymore so we might as well just get rid of this whole video all right three two one unrack and go [Music] [Music] 26 - 10 16 16 16 all right just finish round - Brian took round 2 with the bench press challenge so now for the third round what we're going to do is a trap bar you're gonna pick it up y'all are gonna face each other we got 315 on the bar and let's just see who can hold it the longest I got to do with Ohio my first one that dropped it loses 3:15 on the bar strip challenge ready go [Music] shaken oh right now this is life oh no I see it slipping let's go keep it up all right taking that from the next challenge I'm sure if you go 300 challenge oh oh oh I had to look down like my hands through here it's hands got chopped off he is struggling he didn't like we got I believe God say all the kids that come in my gym you're probably gonna fall in like cry last out all the kids are coming here but but playing at Fitness I think you'd probably kill it there challenge number three is complete and Brian took the win on that one so first thing in this little medley that we're gonna do fellas is we've got the 70 pound dumbbell we got the fat grip attached to it so it makes it a lot thicker than normal so you're gonna start with your right hand you're gonna pick up this dumbbell you're gonna walk all the way down when you get to the cone you can either choose to switch hands up top or you can set it down and switch so then you switch hands you start coming back when you get back to the start we're gonna drop this dumbbell alright so Brian you're gonna start on this hundred pound sandbag Malik you're going on this one fifty pound sandbag all right we'll see so you're gonna pick up the sandbag grip it and we're going back to that cone so that's where we're working to again get here you're gonna drop the sandbag plant and then we're a race to back race back to the start right y'all can push each other a little bit and then we're gonna run back to that sandbag so now we're switched so Brian's on the 150 my leaks on the hundred pick it up back to the start alright so now we're going going back to the start all right final stretch here you're gonna drop that sandbag and then it's race get these plates set them up right you're gonna grip them by the top by it so no gripping right here that's cheating grip them at the top stand up through the finish line - why nope [Music] [Music] round four take two fry ready 31 so after that comeback victory I mean hey that's pretty impressive you might main top to them ESPN I think I deserved to make this last one like a Game seven the first three I mean yeah but I had to get warm to you I'm here at the house of champions you got your friends you got your training like I think it's time to winning the four quarters overtime Tina we already played four quarters this is overtime now so I mean when it takes all let's get some damn right I'm a dust you on this tie and the store alright good so listen autumn or this is it let's go all right four complete round four winner right here so now we're entering our mystery round we got this sled so what we're gonna do on the sled there's about six hundred pounds roughly six hundred pounds each of these guys are gonna have a turn at it we got these handles they're gonna hold on to these and then just pulling this sled down to the other end of the gym so it's either they make it to the end of the gym or a twenty second time cap and see how far they made it and then we're gonna add a little bit on to this sled we got so we're adding an extra three hundred pounds on to this sled for these guys and make it tough hares probably winner-takes-all I'm about to show them what's up game over right here this perfect setup for that comeback right and I got my man big rock I got the idea to make a little more challenge and make it a thousand pounds so we threw the whole bag you can do it whatever you wanna do that's okay if I do it I'm Hercules it is alright go come on let's go baby you think you're gonna move it [Music] no you're losing let's go I can see it all you got [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] I'm lightheaded get this man a Gatorade was more than I thought you were moving to that was good I would know I was like how am i hidden is overtime Malik here man in the house of champions of Maryland number one playing the world Brown Brezina protect your turf and today you protected fair square penis guys supremely talented he's got everything you want speed power side endurance and he looks good he's not that bad looking good man and cuz we got another one coming along the train of greatness I'm out of breath overtime Malik robbers e91 playing the world I thought would go in but he's a champion and I'm one player for a reason its lucky lefty is over time but we out of time baby come on what else do they really be chilling with the athletes hanging with the athletes eating with the athletes I'm waiting it's over time the Big O you know so check out the other rest of the videos right here and subscribe
