Heroic Kids Who Saved People's Lives

you may have heard of adult heroes but have you heard of heroic children saving lives heroes come in all shapes and sizes that being said you're never too small to make a difference in the world there are children with an amazing sense of responsibility and many of them are heroes too we do love our children and every child is unique but some display a remarkable sense of bravery initiative and intuition what you're about to see in this video are children who have risen to life-threatening occasions and saved people from danger from little three-year-olds to teenagers who put themselves in five-year-old was watching one particular video that taught her how to dial 9-1-1 in an emergency we all assume children are perfectly safe in our presence but what happens if we aren't in a position to help them and it's us who may need the help what then would a five-year-old be able to call olsen who 911 just that and saved her mother's life carrie olson was eating chips when one went down the wrong way she believes that the chip stuck or covered her windpipe after which she couldn't stop choking and coughing carrie wasn't getting air it was then that her five-year-old daughter chloe noticed that something was very wrong mommy needed help chloe instinctively dialed 9-1-1 which was an amazing thing to be given her age but that wasn't all what was even more heartwarming was that chloe thought it was her daddy on the other end and signs off saying love you bye at the end of the call what a sweet baby for her mommy hope mommy saves all the press clippings because she needs to know that she saved her mommy when she was little delicia wright you're about to meet a few brave children who stepped up in a moment of crisis stopping what appear to be a kidnapping in action quick thinking and remarkable bravery helped eight-year-old alicia wright save her baby brother owen from being kidnapped by a juvenile kidnapper stupid the eight-year-old girl was with her brothers brendan ten and owen just 22 months old the trio were in a park close to a relative's house when a 15 year old boy tried making conversation he suddenly grabbed owen and began running surveillance cameras caught the action of a young man running down the street with a baby in his arms but seconds later you can see a small little figure running after him with those teeny legs it was delisha who ran after his brother's kidnapper screaming lucky a neighbor hearing the commotion called 9-1-1 the boy panicked and put the baby down but was intercepted and arrested soon after justice is done delisha is only eight years old but proves that kids can be heroes too [Music] tilly smith now another rule of survival recognizing danger in time to do something about it there are some children who pay extra attention in class and the information they learn is put to good use later in december 2004 a massive earthquake rocked the indian ocean triggering one of the worst tsunamis that spread from polynesia to the coast of india tilly smith 10 years old at the time was vacationing with her family in macau beach in phuket thailand until he saw unusual wave formations in the distance and the tide rushing out she was reminded of a tsunami video she had seen in school her parents brushed her fears aside saying it was probably just bad weather but tilly was certain and when she saw a log spiraling on top of the waves that's when she knew everyone was in grave danger tilly started screaming and shouting tsunami alerting people to run a security guard hearing her cries looked at the water and knew at once what was happening the waves soon crashed into the resort filling the lobby with water tilly kept on shouting to people to get to higher ground and because of that she saved hundreds of lives tilly you're not a teacher's pet you're a city hero roman makan i'm really worried about rocky and noah they don't need a kennel that's like this size for dogs that that's this big roman makhan is only six years old but he's a hero of a different kind he may not have saved people but what he has done is an impressive feat no less this little boy has saved more than a thousand dogs from kill shelters by encouraging people to adopt them roman is a caped crusader for his four-legged friends strays and abandoned dogs what he's done for these canines is exemplary he saved their lives when roman lived in texas in 2016 he would help his mother jennifer on an unusual project the first grader would assist his mom by making videos promoting stray shelter dogs explaining their breeds and why they needed to be adopted roman went on to save more than a thousand dogs from being put down when the family moved to washington roman went one step further and established project freedom ride where he and his mother tied up with texas rescues and helped relocate dogs to the pacific northwest believe it or not but little roman would do everything from making marketing videos to calling families interested in adopting his rescued dogs tyler moon what if you were injured would you walk to save someone's life imagine if you had a few broken ribs it wouldn't be easy would it but for seven-year-old tyler a few rib injuries were not enough to keep him from walking two kilometers to get help for his severely injured father tyler moon and his father david 39 were seriously injured when they were thrown off their quad bike at milton in north south wales australia david moon was injured badly in the chest and couldn't move tyler who had severe life-threatening injuries in his ribs walked then two kilometers to get help for his father wow fortunately he was successful and both father and son recovered from their injuries and were healthy had it not been for tyler's brave actions his father would not have been so lucky that day tyler was honored by emergency services with a bravery award way to be brave for your dad tyler amira thornton remarkable story about a heroic little girl she saved her mom's life and she did it using a technique she learned from watching a classic comedy letting your kids watch movies isn't always a bad thing and giving the right content they may learn something too amira thornton was lying on the couch in her living room watching tv when she heard her mother jennifer thornton choking in the next room amira who is seven years old thought quickly when seeing jennifer couldn't breathe she then performed the heimlich maneuver which she says she saw from watching mrs doubtfire a comedy movie that starred robin williams in 1993. amira says her grandfather also helped her perfect the move amira says she picked her mother up three times till the sausage that her mother was choking on spilled out of her throat oh now that's a smart girl tyler duhan tyler duan noticed the fire first in the family he woke everybody up but the thing is there are some kids who are fearless when it comes to protecting others take tyler duhan for instance this eight-year-old boy cared little for his own life when he saved six people from a fire in a mobile home tyler from east rochester was staying with relatives in nearby penfield when he noticed a fire in their single wide trailer while firefighters were alerted to the emergency call tyler woke up six others sleeping in the trailer among whom were two children aged four and six described fire chief chris edmeyer tyler then decided to go back into the blazing trailer oh please to save his disabled grandfather but by then smoke was everywhere unfortunately neither tyler nor his grandfather made it and were most probably choked by the fumes that proved fatal the boy and his grandfather were found in a huddled position on a bed in the back room it appeared as if the child tried lifting the old man on his shoulders but proved unsuccessful and was overcome by the smoke tyler was brave and selflessly gave his own life he is truly a hero roman rodriguez would you allow your child to learn martial arts like karate you never know when it may prove useful just like it did for young roman rodriguez to save a little boy from bullies sixteen-year-old roman from springfield massachusetts was returning from school when he saw a group of teenagers bullying a defenseless eleven-year-old with disabilities man rodriguez who trained in martial arts for years confronted the leader named angel who then attacked rodriguez the bully proved no match for rodriguez's martial arts abilities soon after angel reappeared holding a kitchen knife and accompanied by his mother who encouraged her son to stab rodriguez what a good mom not fortunately his father who also trained in martial arts was on the scene alerted to the incident police arrived shortly and arrested the mother and son rodriguez's brave actions proved him to be a real life hero everybody was kung fu fighting and his daddy took the knife from a main jail well it doesn't rhyme but who needs rhyme and kung fu ayatras hassan it takes courage to save someone's life but to sacrifice her own while doing it is truly what creates an immortal hero no greater love as any man than to lay down his life for his brother ayatras hassan was just 15 years old when he confronted a suicide bomber a boy a shia muslim was playing with friends outside his school in hungary northwest pakistan ayatraz noticed a suspicious looking man whom he gave a closer look the man was wearing a suicide vest in spite of his friends pleading with him not to go further ayatres decided to capture the bomber who unfortunately detonated the vest ayatres lost his life in the incident but had it not been for him many more innocent children would have lost their lives that day there were 2 000 children in the school at the time of the incident and the outcome would have been disastrous the boy's sacrifice was recognized throughout the country and many took to social media to praise him ayatras was hailed
