previously on Hell's Kitchen take something basic returning to something unique in the ravioli challenge anybody needs help you love me no [ __ ] boat combination get it works quench the victory congratulations men well done but felt underappreciated by his team they didn't taste that bad what need last and was in no mood for celebrating I was over there like debbie downer that dinner service this is gonna be fast and furious Jillian impressed so perfectly but Melissa couldn't count three things at once six you told him count to nine Sabrina couldn't keep time and in the blue II just couldn't cook the men were a disaster do you stop washing hands some Chef Ramsay sent the women over where's the Penta to bail them out something we just kind of got thrown into like a huge mess unfortunately it only made matters worse yeah get out okay now so both teams we're told to nominate think Hobbes about dropping some dead weight and a war broke out between Melissa and Sabrina [Music] soon after the combatants were nominee we nominate Sabrina and Melissa and they joined the blue team nominees Boris and Louie thump inhalation in the air Melissa forests one more chance Chef Ramsay said goodbye to Lois get back to camp and that put an end to the dream of the 28 year old camp code from California [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] and now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen disappointment I have a lot of respect for Chef Ramsay's decision I think that you're just waiting for me to [ __ ] step it up and Thank You Chef Ramsay I will not let you down guys no hard feelings we just feel together I'm gonna be the first to say it he said you need to step up as a leader you acknowledge yourself as the best chef here chef I'm one of the strongest chefs on my team I expect you to pull up the reigns the next dinner service and run the show you know what you want to take charge God take charge will follow your lead see what happens doesn't work out you're finished you know what if you're willing to be led I'm willing to [ __ ] leave that's it they said they want me to lead I'm gonna [ __ ] lead that's it as long as we wouldn't dinner service that's all I [ __ ] care about while the blue team seems willing to give Boris another chance the red team [ __ ] she's still here has given up on Sabrina he knows that she's worthless I know [ __ ] Tweedledum up there for no reason just because we don't like her I'm sorry Sabrina she's a horrible attitude she needs to [ __ ] go I mean Julian like let's be honest you want to see see divided but they'll have to find a way to work together because Chef Ramsay is about to test them once again morning tomorrow night for the first time ever in Hell's Kitchen we're hosting a prom I never wanted to prom I was too wasted that's right a high school prom but not any high school Beverly Hills High School as soon as chef says that I'm thinking Dylan and Brenda are gonna come out any second now in order to make sure that we've got the right dishes it's important that you all have a chance to sort of chat with the prom committee yeah sure so I've arranged for us to have a video little brats you know this is definitely gonna be a challenge we're obviously very excited to host this amazing prom what kind of menu do you think you'd like at your prom Wow it's all Hollywood that's our theme so we wanted to be something elegant and classy and memorable writes who has a question Doris what is your favorite type of cuisine I personally love Asian food so like a lot of different kinds of cultural food mixed together you know like seafood you have clams mussels are you [ __ ] serious you guys got that at your school too nuts here to a steak chicken or something like that would go a long way I mean I'm a meat lover so it'd be great damn dude I didn't know that kids that y'all knew [ __ ] about food when I was 18 I just like to eat cheese burgers and hot dogs pasta you guys like pasta nothing should be food that we're gonna feel in our stomachs I'm gonna make us bloated in our so you guys want light but filling at the same time ya know said it better okay brilliant thank you once again great night that we want to remember okay for your next challenge each team will prepare a tasting menu consisting of one appetizer and two entrees the team with the best dishes wins the challenge are you ready 30 minutes time starts now let's go guys quick meeting right here we're gonna nail this I'm gonna take the reins I'm gonna lead us to victory this is my time guys have a nice day filet mignon or a tenderloin a little fingerling potato with like a fennel broth guys I think you're using red wine yeah that's good I'm standing there nobody's listening again I'm [ __ ] out I'm in the fifth wheel it doesn't make any sense while Forrest struggles to be heard the women you guys think about a vegetable one time it sounds good I put their differences aside and are actually listening to each other we're gonna do the ribeye with a tuna ceviche garnish perfect push it out and then we just flip it that way it stays in shape yeah I do that way even though I can't stand my teeth I can't stand my team even more when we lose so they have to work together and we can win this are we looking ladies looking good looking good 15 minutes to go my shirt you guys feeling how we looking we got this I'm so confident and with the red team's dishes may I know we can win this cigar we were very confident oh [ __ ] look sexy and it really did okay oh you were happy with the dishes yes yeah Boris chef I support my team 100% you're not all about the support I'm talk about the dishes um there's no signature from me and then you one of those dishes except for the fact that I helped make them yes chef I didn't do a dish either by I'm damn proud of everything we did and I'm not gonna squirt out like a little [ __ ] worm I said I'm proud I said I stand behind you a hundred percent you did ask me a question topic that's it Wow okay let's invite a prom committee yes as I judges for this challenge yes [Music] please take a seat we're very honored and be excited to be their chance on hosting the prom let's go the two appetizers please right that's a brief what is it please it's I'm a crab cake Dungeness crab which is very sweet and then we just sauté the shrimp nice I think would you be sick I love to please thank you the girls - you look terrible look tacky looked overcrowded the shrimp was overcooked there was not one single positive about that dish I love the flavor I do agree the crab cake was pretty good it gives you instant flavor as soon as you bite into it yeah it's very good [ __ ] yeah yes good idea presentation exquisite ready I was dumbfounded ly shocked like teenagers in Beverly Hills are obviously not as bright as I thought they were going to me but I have nothing to worry about Vinny what is it please this is a sesame and spice crusted tuna and a lemon creme fraiche enjoy [Music] really how's that for you I eat a lot of sushi and I feel like the tunas a little burnt burnt you gotta be joking that tono is like gorgeous it's not soft enough I feel like that girl's an idiot I do agree if there's absolutely no flavor going on with that until he's a [ __ ] [ __ ] I actually think it's amazing then it was obviously the smartest one okay very very interesting and appetizer take your dogs back in line please thank you and let's not be modeling would you prefer the ladies crab cake or the tuna from the guys I'm going to say the guys tuna very good okay well I'm gonna have to say the ladies have cakes crab cake okay and I'm gonna have to say that I like the red team the ladies ladies well done again I'm winning I keep winning job ladies good job girls I can't believe it just stupid kids entree please sit in between ladies first Wow what is pan-seared beef ribeye with tuna ceviche on top again what's on tuna ceviche you've got to be kidding me a steak with raw pieces of tuna on it okay definitely got this point I think the flavor is great I just think that the mixture of the tuna and the steak doesn't really work okay I actually like the tuna with and I think it tastes pretty nice thank you it's it's different the textures don't really go together okay Rob what is it please I have a pan-seared halibut over a light seafood broth very creative vibrant colors even Chef Ramsay was admiring it I think it was pleasing it was nicely done and balanced so I know they're gonna love it okay let's hear from Venice how was that it's very dry and it's kind of um rough I do agree with the dryness of the halibut what you gotta be [ __ ] me the flavor is so great but then the dryness I don't really put together that I'm eating fish I'm not really sure what I'm eating I want this like shake these kids and like seriously you got raw tuna on a steak and you got a fragrant halibut it was gorgeous my dish okay great the women have already scored one point with Sabrina's crab cake appetizer [ __ ] love those place thank you to stay in the game in this best two-out-of-three competition which one would you prefer in terms of the first entree the men must win this round I actually think [Music] I'm gonna go with the girls thank you thank you okay I love the flavor of the fish and I do trust the men that they would make it less rough so I'm gonna have to pick the blue team okay I love the state and I think the halibut was great but I agree with Bennett I can live up to the women we totally beat their ass on this challenge man and we didn't even get to the second entree yet the women have clinched a victory by winning the first two rounds okay let's try the last dish but Chef Ramsay wants the prom committee to sample the last two dishes to decide if either one is worthy of being on the menu trebs dish a pan-seared revived and roasted red potatoes satisfies the prom committee who's good thank you but Emily's pot stickers like to keep this amazing completely blow them away oh that was that was wonderful and the women have the first-ever shutout in Hell's Kitchen history ladies congratulations you won the challenge good job thank you so much red team had a mean rayvon in Bennet's thank you so much really good to see you below thank you good to see you kid thank you very much okay ladies as a reward a day any teenager would love I'm sending you to the most fantastic amusement park not very far oh my god I'm so fun have fun yes ladies man your punishment you'll be spending the day transforming Hell's Kitchen into the most perfect setting for the Proms wait to see where they've ordered in terms of decoration this really sucks cuz one of my most favorite things to do is go spend a day at the amusement park I'm severely jealous alright come around so excited to be in here with me on you always great we need to clear everything let's get to it today our punishment is to move tables and fold linens [ __ ] that a chef doesn't want to do who needs just nonsense look at me I got a gorgeous smile on me I'll make it fun here's my prom dress James do not crease my linens while the men are beginning to get things rolling in the dining room the women are ready to rock and roll at the amusement park [Music] [Applause] I'm not really much of a screamer but all the girls were screaming so I was like all right I'll scream too [Music] as the women enjoy the thrill of victory the men face the agony I am going to hand you over of the prom committee your first task will be to do the banners there are long ones there are short ones [Music] be sure that there's a twist in the banner I got you heard you the first time you know you know what I'm gonna need you to do is hum we're gonna have to have that banner twisted a little bit can you twist the banner no no it's funny okay so I must be the one here that doesn't know what's going on this should look like that so we have to redo this exactly then home girl needs to figure it out you know I'll try to keep my calm for the most part but I'm here to cook and I'm not here to decorate so they can piss off damn serious while Russell attempts to keep his temper under wraps the women struggle with issues of their own they're a team is the most boobalicious team ever on Hell's Kitchen I got up there and I threw that baseball as hard as I could I was pretending my plates were Chef Ramsay's head Russell you have to put the colored one down before the film colored what the color see this teamwork is exactly what helps in the kitchen right like teamwork amigo don't talk about the kitchen cuz you guys don't know [ __ ] about the kitchen how about you not give us attitude are you kidding me we're doing this for you how about you back up a little bit this is not a joke I'm not here to play those little kids they're pushing me to the limit I'm not doing this for my 15 been special events in Hell's Kitchen before but tonight will be the first ever high school prom and everyone is hurrying to make sure they are ready for the big night ready to dance boys yes well maybe not everyone she is the slowest [ __ ] person it's so frustrating to work with Sabrina because she literally does nothing she'll stare at the cooler just staring at it it's just mind-boggling to me that she's still here I'm gonna go to the restroom why not now listen to me tonight prom night in Hell's Kitchen it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience yeah I want you running like a machine perfect coordination and phenomenal teamwork what are we tonight let's go yeah James let's go open Hell's Kitchen yes chef [Music] Chef Ramsay has gone to great lengths to make sure the Beverly Hills High School prom is a night to remember the special menu will feature the red team's crab cakes and vegetarian pot stickers as well as the blue team's halibut you are crab cake can Alvin for tonight's service Chef Ramsay has asked Vinny and Nona to assist him in plating the food for their team's once he's decided to crab cakes - pasta - tuna yes yeah let's do this [ __ ] guys while the men have just begun cooking their first appetizers over in the red kitchen Emily on the fish station is already bringing up her first crab cakes crab cake yeah yeah excuse me Monica come here this is what you just served me just look at that they're not even crisply touch that on top this soggy this soggy it's like I've eaten it and sent it back the only thing Emily had to make was crab cakes where six-year-old could do this I'll get you anyone oh my god yes sir Julian three [ __ ] salad fresh okay chef Emmalee such gunnery CR these one minute for sure yes put it in the oven now if we lose tonight because a crab cake has to be remade like it's [ __ ] crab cakes coming Oh coming right now the crab cake chef [Music] servus place with some guidance from Gail Emily's crab cakes are now making their way to the dining room meanwhile in the blue kitchen Boris hobby cupcakes you got in the pan to end all together chef Boris is getting a little ahead of himself there's only two away and you've just took me ten Boris yes chef I fired two I've got ten is this a sign of things to come worse just to start firing like a gangbanger crab cakes and it's like dude learn to count look ma yes you do one table at a time it's done a race common sense gentlemen understood fresh crab cakes let's go well Boris is now cooking his crab cakes to order in the red kitchen melissa has moved on to entrees in the unfortunately her team is not even close to completing the appetizers Melissa what is that all of your chummy Melissa put a huge pile of fillets in the oven apps weren't even done yet I don't even know what to do in this situation we said three tables of appetizers and you sticking all the beef in the other why the hell would you do that I wouldn't even do that do you wanna go home why don't you make my life easier and just [ __ ] off over it can't be normal one two three four five six oh my god seven eight nineteen him stupid what's that afford pictures Oh L know seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty twelve what the hell are you doing lady there's twenty three on board Chester wad why are you cooking them now it doesn't make sense they're gone they're overcooked yes I can't do it anymore with you you need a system there's no system I can't keep on telling empty chef sometimes I just go stupid but I'm better than this I just have to show Chef Ramsay I have what it takes madness one crab 30 seconds 30 seconds while the women tried to recover from Melissa's meltdown in the blue kitchen Boris is attempting to bounce back and impress Chef Ramsay with his crab cakes Morris it's cold in the [ __ ] middle toll in the [ __ ] middle work like a machine no my individuals yeah sure my guys let's go crab cakes were coming out cold Morris was a machine I was malfunctioning regroup regroup regroup let's go we got a fight back from getting get passes guys let's go home garnish ready I got more right here thank you service please the blue team has recovered and a steady flow of appetizers are now leaving the kitchen meanwhile the red team is now relying on the highly criticized Sabrina to keep them on track with their starters I'm gonna give it everything that I have because I know if the red team loses they're gonna try to get rid of me I'll stick out right here chef come on Sabrina that's good that's good hot be careful thank you [Music] Sabrina that's the icy coke on top of the world I can't stop now thanks to Sabrina appetizers are flying out of the red kitchen in the blue kitchen the men are now ready to move on to entrees let's start cutting meat I'm ready and are waiting for Boris's halibut I need a minute please give me a minute please you got to finish that halibut for me give me a been there in the halibut it's under I'm dying on that [ __ ] halibut bro don't kill us right now and this Boris come on it's a seven top Roy please let him get this [ __ ] halibut please all we need is a [ __ ] halibut it was a [ __ ] how long Boris chef is asking for time it's working let's go I'm gonna start cutting meat one minute one minute on the halibut I'm cutting meat go I told you one minute one halibut holding up a whole table you can't [ __ ] us like that turn the fan on high cook that [ __ ] and get it out [ __ ] up chef coming out to the pass coming up chef I'm gonna start cutting meat I'm ready to go coming up to the past idiots - Freddie finally blaze' service lorises halibut and Russell's meat have made it out to the dining room and are now being enjoyed by teenagers on the blue side but unfortunately before the prom committee on the red side can enjoy their entrees Chef Ramsay stopped as a mystery to solve why is that what is that Bobby's moment for couples smokes they did kind of look like baby poop hope do you want to see purple piles of baby poop on a plate [Music] going great the app station but now it's on entrees these [ __ ] can't do anything I can't do it by myself the helmet it's right there I'll by the way Emily look that's raw here's what happens now you just don't melt down you give up you tiptoe around it she'll put her head up her ass and you'll just stand there no fight back Emily is like sinking over there on fish she's just going down this is just not her game while Emily starts over on the halibut in the blue kitchen Russell on the meat station is determined to keep entrees moving hey guys let's go fettuccine halibut fillets for well down one regular russell Feingold someone's got some brains yes chef let's go I'm sick of losing I'm just gonna start screaming at people I'm gonna yell what the [ __ ] I want I'm not gonna take it anymore one minute let's go find their voice and then huh hey can we go the window yes sir I am ready on the halibut going into the window Vidya mid-rare - well done on that plate let's go plate it do it nice to do it twice we don't want to do this all night I don't know absolutely not glaze up Russell yes chef that stays cooked perfectly Thank You chef thanks to Russell's vocal leadership the men are now a cohesive unit service plays meanwhile in the red kitchen the women are pushing out entrees and are counting on Melissa to keep up the momentum this is still to mid-rare Melissa yes chef why are you slicing it and stinging back in the oven I couldn't do it it was too rare chef Melissa yes chef if the steaks aren't cooked don't slice them rule number one sorry no no get a [ __ ] grip when Chef Ramsay is yelling just shut the [ __ ] up sorry I'm sorry I apologize seriously just shut up come here I said talk to him that you do tell them no you tell the brigade tell them all then I explain why we don't slice meat raw and if the first ones not cooked properly we stop there I'm gonna put them back in the oven explain to your team insert foot in mouth I know now how we'll never make that mistake again despite some setbacks the red team led by Sabrina and Jillian has rebounded service please service and now both teams have served all of their entrees all the flames up yeah start off yes yes yes chef and the students from Beverly Hills High are enjoying their meals amazing it's really good [Music] you can have your attention please it is my honor to announce the prom king and queen Cody [Music] [Applause] [Music] I think it was great to see the kids out there having a good time it was a nice change of pace to see the kids eat and then get up and boogie around it was fun while the first-ever Hell's Kitchen High School prom has ended on a positive note it doesn't deter Chef Ramsay from doing what he does after every dinner service tonight there will be losing team let me explain exactly what I saw on appetizers red ting consistent I mean really good men Boris you had huge problems with the crab cakes so ladies you had the edge on appetizers clearly and then the ladies deflated so the winning team tonight is the mention Thank You chef and there was one chef out of the men's team that finally showed me great leadership qualities well done Russell make sure your best service yet in fact the best service in the blue team yes thank you ladies what a mess Sabrina appetizers rolled outs not bad and for me tonight you're the best of the worst [Music] what's on no you shaking your head why is it no it's when you're showing your head like that I get concern what's that I just didn't I just don't think Sabrina was the best tonight in terms of the best I didn't save anything sent back that left her hands never mind sure okay I want you to go upstairs and think about two individuals for question for you why would you put that double elbow [ __ ] in in the gauntlet when you know at any given point she's gonna go home every time she sucks I don't know I mean did you know she's gonna go home anytime like to see Gayle go because like I think Gayle has the potential to be really good and I think she's a threat can you change your mind now mmm whoever the [ __ ] she wants I would change your mind if I were you cuz honestly she's gonna she's gonna self-destruct on her own so I wouldn't even worry about that that'll right that [ __ ] will write itself on its own you they don't need any input from you on it think about that just do it Shawn I'm not stupid but like I don't exactly know what to do you know what emily is not a valuable member to the red team but here's my opportunity to just draws negative attention to our team and I just think that with the title of an executive chef I'm waiting to see it chef right I'm second only and why my second roni chef is [Music] Emily Emily yeah sure it's obvious she's just in way over her head NOLA anything else will be off your chest no I'm fine okay Melissa Emily let's go step forward okay Melissa Nisha why should you stay in Hell's Kitchen stay in Hell's Kitchen because I'm a fighter chef you know you're constantly on me so obviously you see potential in me you know I'm better than what I before me right now I am here to prove something and I'm gonna prove them from now on suppose they'll hadn't spotted the Philly meal going in the oven I knew as soon as I put in the oven I swear to god I second-guess myself on that I can't teach you common sense I'm not here for that Emily yes sure why do you think should stay in Hell's Kitchen I have the drive to make it through this competition in every dinner service I have improved slowly but steadily you cook like you're giving me 60% effort where's the passion the passions inside I'm not an external emotional person chef no good enough okay tough decision my decision is Noda start feeling the hunger show me your passion and show me your commitment get some rest good night I thought I was going home don't do that to me it just dodged a huge [ __ ] bullet it's gonna make me winner of Hell's Kitchen will become head chef of the brand-new multi-million dollar restaurant la Market in downtown Los Angeles the celery a quarter of a million dollar and they will also tour the country as the official spokesperson of Rosemount Estate Winery next time on Hell's Kitchen it may seem like a typical morning wide shot but Chef Ramsay has had enough said thought and one member of the red team is forced to leave Kim your jackets are you kidding me are you kidding me with the pressure clearly on do you need help no I'm good enough the remaining chefs will lie ok please Sabrina have we forgotten it we've been doing it Sabrina gonna feature a beat-down cheat Fuller's face then I tasted it you did not taste if you're [ __ ] embarrassment and even steal what a million is makes you think that you're gonna get away with that don't ask just survive in Hell's Kitchen so buckle up shut it let's go that was filled with more speed bugs it's going to be a rough ride than a church parking lot on the next Hell's Kitchen why the [ __ ] do I bother [Music]
