previously on Hell's Kitchen Chef Ramsay challenged the teams to find inspiration in a fresh food market 30 seconds left please and it was Virginia's chicken Yul bird got big breasts thank you that clinched the victory for the red team Virginia's be on their own and that enraged the blue team I just think we got [ __ ] cheated they were such a sore loser Garret feather and Keith were punished with delivery duty for more than every move which only fueled their anger while Virginia Maribel and Sarah were rewarded with a night on the town with Chef Ramsay at dinner this is your moment to shine the blue team came on strong and led by Keith's performance this excitement about you know that addition they completed their first service in Hell's Kitchen this is a last type of Health kitchen oh my god but thanks to the red team Chef Ramsay was a no mood for celebration it's still bearable first thing you touch this evening let's come back and Virginia is this rule fish slice we still can't get that out we're all a disaster ladies you know damn well you lost Sara why did you suggest the lamb we've had to eat ass on your account to shut up she's just like Chef Ramsay put all three on the chopping block step forth but said goodbye to one Merville there you'll be jacket I need a leader and you're clearly not one and the dream was over for the cafeteria chef from Brooklyn [Music] and now the continuation of Hell's Kitchen [Music] Virginia after facing elimination yet again has no one left on her team to turn to but her bitter rival Sarah do not suck it's hard you know like I've been nominated three times now I just feel really down on myself it's not the end of the world girl Virginia's but on the butcher-block so many times she truly deserves to go home girl hurricanes will be cooked that which does not kill you makes you stronger while Sarah and Virginia reflect on tonight's devastating performance the blue team is speculating on what Chef Ramsay has in store for them Chef Ramsay's gonna combine it into one [ __ ] team not yet we have one more challenge one more service than one team I think that tomorrow is gonna be individual challenges and someone has to bring someone with them for the win something's gonna happen tomorrow it's gonna be some kind of special dude there's one thing me and you have to do is get on the same wavelength in there I'll pick you if I want just because we got screwed the most minute I pick you because [ __ ] the girls if I win a challenge I'll pick Keith there's two of us guys left and we just watched each other's backs you know it all comes that food it's supposed to be guys and his chick Garrett's my boy I've been with the blue team with the whole time we lost like every [ __ ] challenge whenever we think we felt great when Chef Ramsay hand me my black and white jacket we all became one team there's no blue red team anymore we're all soldiers now we're all the strongest and we all have to be on our tippy be in Vegas and I was like it's me it's me it's me good put all throughout all my past time in jail I knew I had it in me to overcome things just didn't click until now let's go do we all walk together obviously yeah through much kitchen the black kitchen just kidding [Music] okay this is your first ever challenge as individuals under this cloth is extraordinary d ins each of you will have the same 10 ingredients with those ingredients create something special you've each got 20 minutes the winner let's go to Vegas and I want to show you the restaurant that one of you of that close to win it I never better Vegas I dream of Vegas knowing me I love the light playing in the slot machine I [ __ ] love it so who wants to win this one here are the ingredients there we go the most amazing fresh prawns loin of veal baby spinach lentils saffron fresh truffles Jerusalem artichokes turnips mushrooms and white beads are you ready 20 minutes let's go this 10 ingredient challenge is a task that Chef Ramsay gives to chefs before hiring them be careful because there are some ingredients on that table that takes 20 minutes to cook last service wasn't a great service for me so I got to step up to the plate I've got to outperform everybody here come on guys baby hustle serum running around at five paise going okay ladies and gentlemen ten minutes gone it's a little scary low behind I tried cooking the lentils but there just was not at this time come on what are you gonna cook put it on the plate Sarah for the first time the chefs are competing one on one and Chef Ramsay is about to find out who is the most creative under pressure time go quickly yes here we go Darren what is it I used to feel over the prawn and mushroom a little saffron ivy cook feel people not very often chef it's cooked perfectly chef said that the field was cooked perfectly so I know that he's got respect for me and I know he wants to see me win this thing it tastes nice unfortunately there's too much saffron in the prawns tell me addition fresh saffron prawns over a bed of wilted spinach and Jerusalem artichokes very nice unfortunately I've got some dirt on the spinach did you wash the spinach yeah sure you did not well enough I said a triple watch the spinach I screwed up Virginia very arty presentation what is it it's a ship a nod of spinach and the beet tops and poached prawns garnished with truffles yeah the prawns are delicious thank you it's vibrant only you cooked like this in your last service I'll be a very happy chef I'm not gonna listen to your [ __ ] to send that crap that's [ __ ] raw sorry what is it please I did the veal chef I grilled it and then I did a sauce for a toasted the shells from the prawn best thing you look at is the presentation it's boring terms of flavor it works well okay final dish what is it veal chop stuffed with wild mushrooms and spinach or prawn salad you got the most amazing color on the veal that makes you want to dive in there and eat it thanks chef nothing is delicious you've all surprised me you've done better than I expected this is the toughest decision I've had to make so far in Hell's Kitchen I'm struggling over Keith and Virginia [Music] congratulations to [Music] cake one more thing you can take someone with you I'll pick you if I want just because we got screwed the most I had a feeling years ago to choose have almost completed the daunting task of wrapping Hell's Kitchen for fumigation but their punishment isn't over yet line up over here please your job is still not finished you are the fumigators tonight also some nice outfits for you guys we're all the protective gear that you've been given get to work this is the main man Alvey let me introduce you please mr. Virginia has a very exciting project we have here it's under construction right now Chef Ramsay energy sister Albie and they showed us around the space amazing unbelievable that space is definitely the place that I could build a restaurant on my dreams at first it was just an idea but being there at this space really made it all come true I was picturing like a Caribbean after seeing the space that I'll be Saurus I mean that means that gave me way more incentive to win back in October 19 3 when I had my very first restrooms I had to borrow 25,000 pounds for the bank and now I had to sweat for the next two years to pay that money back and it wasn't even one third of the size of it this is a dream I'm telling you easily I can relocate my life to Vegas and the place is just bad okay because you're here in Vegas and I've organized a night out on the town so enjoy good night okay chi-ching not too long on those machines yes thank you thank you thank you we are exterminators the strained relationship that goes up to the past get that down as quickly as possible I've got Heather telling me I'm doing everything wrong just a loud barking bulldog bro we got to get this place cleaned up it's pretty disgusting Kate I thought I saw your babies Martin Gordon called me he was delighted with your special yesterday he would like to have it on the menu tonight I need the wording for the dish for tonight is it gonna be the choo-choo grill it's a Chang sesame-crusted tuna and I never heard ching ching just put veal chop good luck my trip I feel hotter that you put it on there I've got an X just throw food my step after I heard that Keith stabbed me in the back but I'm professional enough to say to hell with that and just do what I have to do to win like a guy that go with one kitchen and only five chefs to serve 100 customers the challenge of completing a service has never been greater final five now the pressure is really on we're fully booked again and tonight in Hell's Kitchen for the first time ever we've got a 12 top table 12 and we're gonna serve that 12 top all at the same time is that clear yes sure we have no choice but to move our ass and get that 12 top out first Gospels here yes let's go appetizer pan-roasted CCL determined to get off to a strong start Chef Ramsay has put both Heather and Sarah on the appetizer station and Sarah has taken charge of cooking the scallops away now won't result in freestyle in San JAC let's go yes depending meet anyone sarah otherwise they become overcooked yes overcooked scallops Thank You Missy yes chef if you so taste scallops in a non-stick pan they won't stick that's why it's cold but cannot stay I don't know what nonstick means it takes us where you are but [ __ ] me it says risotto yes yes yeah bring me a panel we'll taste it [Music] this plan no soul the flavor is bland boogie stop officer very bad start calm down start again an area yes it's just 20 minutes into dinner service and as Sarah and Heather struggle with appetizers another chef is making an impact in the dining room on order four covers table 23 entree to bill okay the specials from fire congratulations without a single appetizer served Heather is hoping that our second attempt at risotto will make it past Chef Ramsay have you tasted that risotto yes does it taste yes that is absolutely spot-on yes stay there remember the [ __ ] flavor I wash up I'm so proud of myself congratulations sir we're roasting in a non-stick pan hallelujah with appetizers finally going out of the dining room Chef Ramsay is now focusing his attention on the entrees oh my god the chef told me how's the chicken rested yes its resting right now chef there you go whew excellent okay yes yeah it's less than an hour into dinner and with Garrett on the meat section and Keith on fish the entrees are flying out but Virginia is responsible for 20 different vegetables to garnish the entrees and the pressure is on service please I'm gonna wait for some stupid lettuce get a grip yes wake up and start concentrating yes I think I'm gonna need three minutes why what's wrong where the chick is not gonna be ready in a minute Jared I'm just trying to communicate that I'm a little bit yeah but I mean that's great she can't get unless it's done and you can't get a chicken done Oh chef I can get a chicken done it's under the immense pressure and scrutiny from chef that people stumble and that's what I have to walk out if we don't start working like clockwork we're gonna be so far behind and outside all right you guys I'm bringing it up to their vegetables up to the past when is the chicken I hear chef hoping to satisfy Chef Ramsay Garrett rushes his chicken to the pass the chicken is raw you to kill someone Garrett has just brought a dish to the past that is not only inedible but downright dangerous do you know his role I was just doing it because it's faster chef that's the only reason faster you've always got a [ __ ] on through everything shut it you should be why'd he get off the section get on the fish you right now tell Matt Garza gentlemen every comments have made tonight every one of them stung it hurts it hurts real bad [Music] with Keith now on the meat station Chef Ramsay is hoping to get the entrees rolling again okay push out here yes chef your wedding to the veal special key feel special yeah is it meat ready meats ready chef Sammy's please cake yes chef that wedding is cooked perfectly bake them it's less than two hours into dinner service and thanks to Keith 83 out of a hundred Andres have been served but one customer is not satisfied service please yeah this dubby dubby 30 seconds right now it's just after 30 seconds you can just beat the kind of the middle of serving up table service do you mind taking your breath off my hot plate look at how can I serve food with those [ __ ] things there security please [Music] with an entire tables food on the floor it's the worst possible moment for a late arrival let alone 12 the table of 12 just arrived [Applause] miss Phillips thank you thank you celebrating a bachelor party oh [ __ ] you know the 12 top happens to be a bachelorette party yeah don't screw it 12 covers table 31 - spaghetti five risotto five son Jack now let's go as the Bachelorette celebrate Heather and Sarah are faced with the first hurdle getting 12 appetizers to the table all at the same time are they small big or massive I don't mean your sonís they're medium Missy clean your [ __ ] glasses on a streak whistle again yeah let's do this way clean the [ __ ] managed to get all 12 appetizers to the pass at the same time but will they make it past Chef Ramsay the 12 talk please let's go bachelorette party Go Go Go Go Go the 12 top thank you every time chef thanks me I get all giddy inside Oh with appetizers successfully serves in the table of 12 Virginia and Garrett have a chance to redeem themselves with their entrees ladies and gentlemen I think there's a strong possibility of completing every entree is a last order [Applause] let's go yes feel Wellington chicken sandwich the hot plate yes I need the salmon garnish now let's go sauce leave it go young man please double 31 let's go the final five have completed tonight's dinner service in just under three hours it is the best performance yet in Hell's Kitchen I never thought I'd say this but hallelujah not only did we completed dinner service but we completed a dinner service with the entire restaurant and with only five people you know it's very good [Music] the vibe chefs in Hell's Kitchen have succeeded in serving every table in the restaurant but for one it will be their last dinner Wow well done for completing a service yeah and we did manage a very difficult 12 top that's good news however one big issue none of you worked as a team Sarah Heather put you both on there to push those appetizers out and you two didn't gel Sarah you're feisty but you had a really rough service if you so taste columns in a non-stick pan they won't sting that's why it's called [ __ ] nonstick Heather you are the most inconsistent person however we got all the appetizers out Thank You chef Garrett you left me no option tonight to switch you over get off the section get on the fish you right now get on there gentlemen we'd be still standing here now seven entrees if you are on the meat Virginia yes sure you put yourself in the [ __ ] tonight I know Virginia what are you doing lately I'm getting the tortellini sure there's not a totally neon the order Keith yes sir you were easy matter who my friends are Garen Burge in your step for Karen why should you stay in Hell's Kitchen any longer I promise you that my next performance will be my best I've got so much left to give I will have such a fire lit under my ass you have no idea chef I'll make your head spin you all hungry on you foaming at the mouth chef I want this so bad Virginia have you got anything to say you should keep me in Hell's Kitchen because I really love making food for people and yeah I make mistakes and yeah I embarrass myself but I still want to keep trying I still want to do it right I still want to keep going this is tough it's very tough the chicken is raw Garrett's gonna kill sense or you [ __ ] shut up you just told crap my decision is Virginia you're staying Darrin take off your jacket you served me raw chicken I can't accept that [Music] thank you he stabbed me in the back but the fact of the matter is that the chicken went out there undercooked and now I'm leaving first cooking job I had was in my Jail stop whistling yes yes cooked perfectly thank you sure what what's wrong I came out here no one I hadn't approves them to the entire [ __ ] world I'm still not gonna give up but I wanted this more than anything four individuals left in Hell's Kitchen you must start working as a team aspire as individuals do not forget working as a team is that clear I love it yeah he's my boy I feel bad now I'm the only dude left just Kay greasing the [ __ ] Vegas is on the line we all want it so bad that we're gonna be fighting with each other it's gonna be fun I love it not a fighter but seriously I'm not a [ __ ] doormat either so if you're gonna come stepping on me hey watch out I'm still here I think I'm here for a reason and I hope it stays that way and when I'm not here for a reason anymore I won't be here anymore good night [Music] I'm trying to find someone here that deserves a restaurant each and every step of the way Garrett caught me and his team that's why is not her number [Music] on the next Hell's Kitchen for we left the final four face their biggest challenge yet each of you will be guessing your own restaurant but when the blindfolds come off you're not gonna believe where they wind up oh my god and a dinner service wake up and get it together when Chef Ramsay invites three master chefs to Hell's Kitchen there's no way they're gonna make me look stupid it's more pressure than any of them ever imagined I felt my heart to rob and for the first time ever Sarah takes on Chef Ramsay let me see then when it comes time to send one of the chef's home it's the most shocking farewell yet that's a question sir shut the [ __ ] up who will make it to the final three and one step closer to getting their own restaurant in the billion dollar Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas next time on Hell's Kitchen [Music]
