You get that into your roles? -I -- I work hard. -You're a method actor.
Yeah. I'm so glad
that you could be here. -Two weeks of kibble.
-Oh, my goodness. -Have you ever tried that?
-Yeah, weirdly, I have. I'm on it right now.

[ Laughter ] Yeah, I was hoping.
-You did, yeah. -I was. Yeah.
No, it seems -- Look, it was based
on those kind of Saturday matinee
kind of cliffhanger deals... -Yeah. -...that I watched
when I was a kid. But you -- you wouldn't
know anything about that. [ Laughter ]
-No. But you got the script,
and you go, "Oh, the script is great,"
and then you got Spielberg, and then you go --
-Yeah. -"The combo's gonna be great." -Well, I mean, you don't
go into these things anticipating the level
of success that that -- that that achieved.

I mean, just kept hitting home runs
left and right. I mean, here's another photo

-Actually, Luke Skywalker, Mark Hammill, was on our friend
Seth Meyers' show not too long ago,
and he did an impression of you. And I don't know
if you've seen it. Maybe you'd like
to take a look at this. Here's Mark Hammill's impression
of Harrison Ford. Take a look at this. -I'm looking at continuity,
and I said, "Well, wait a second. This is right after we got
out of the trash compactor. Shouldn't my hair
be all wet and matted with schmutz all through it?" And he turns to me,
and he says... [ Deep voice ] "Hey, kid,
it ain't that kind of movie." [ Laughter and applause ] "If people are looking at your
hair, we're all in big trouble." [ Laughter and applause ] -No. That's not --

-Yeah. -Peter Mayhew has passed.
Chewbacca. -Yeah. -You've known him for probably
30 years, I guess? -Yeah.
-What was he like? -He was a really, uh...
sweet man. -Yeah.
-Nice man. And, um, he had, um... He had a hard time, physically. It was really hard for him
to do what he did for us, what he did for all of us. And he did it
with real dignity and class. He was a really neat guy.
-Yeah. -I miss him. -I usually want to be happy when
you're here and make jokes. That's my job. So, thank you
for saying something nice. -Well, get on with it.
-Yeah. [ Laughter ]
