comes out this tuesday so i want to spend i'm taking off work on wednesday to be able to play that and get a good analysis though you're gonna be playing with monkey testicles over metroid first of all i might not even get metroid on day one because it's coming through so i might get it later next week but i'm hoping it comes day one so we'll see i was about to say yes i i want to do a comparison video comparing the original super monkey ball which launched on the gamecube and this new one so hopefully i can i stick i stick with it and get the video out so okay all right first topic uh let's start with some some something smaller uh so dope i don't know anything about like audio [ __ ] it's not really something my bad i thought it was uh the audio thing okay doubly vision my bad is now available on xbox i don't know why i thought it was uh the other other thing um regarding the the speakers uh so yeah i don't really pay attention to that type of stuff regarding anything dolby really so kids move yeah one you want to explain did you recently buy a oled them cx's or you know those brands i did oh why uh because it looks good all right so those tvs come with dolby vision and um just another form of hdr some claim that it's better and xbox is the first console uh to fully utilize it in games uh so um so i got a cx and you know gears supports it um a couple other games uh supported so i've been in the beta for a little bit looks good but honestly it's some people will wrap it it looks it does look good but it's not that dramatically different what so what exactly does it do you said it's like an enhanced ver it's another form of hdr dude it's another form of hdr it just makes the colors pop and stuff like that bro but it's not game-changing it's not like you got netflix you ain't got netflix pg i do 4k netflix yeah oh yeah well yeah mostly but i'm gonna be real with you i was never even impressed with hdr like i remember when when hdr started to spread around and people was busting nuts over it i was like it looks a little bit better i don't like god i don't know hdr makes a really big difference in games in my opinion in my but here's i think most games don't utilize hdr well there's that's true that's true exactly so it's like it's very few games that like that stand down like this when it is utilized properly you definitely notice it though yeah yeah true and adobe vision like i said on a couple games that i've seen i mean it looks great but it's not nothing that you can stay out here capping for like oh my god it's the best thing ever this makes xbox the best like come on no it's not that serious okay yeah i mean like these things are like good but hdr and dolby at like like xbox university said these things they're they're not they're sprinkles on your ice cream they're not game-changing exactly they're not the cake they're just the sprinkles on the icing on the cake exactly xbox university i don't like what you're saying right now first time i saw 1080p tv was like in 2006. what's up what is going on shout out to nintendo bro um okay next topic um so okay playstation trials um so playstation trials are being introduced by sony it's pretty much like a glorified timed uh demo where they're gonna allow you to just try out games for i think i think they said six hours and right now the first two games available are def stranding directors cut and sacboy big adventure but i think i think they said it's only available um to people who are getting certain emails for it in the uk i think it's only in the uk right now so they're kind of like testing it out but it's glorified demos you know it's funny that like they take something away from us um and then reintroduce it and it's like a big deal like they try to it's just it's just time demos and it doesn't like like xboxing games don't ea do something like this um pretty much with that with their service i think yeah yeah ea play yeah they give you like 10 hours to try out the game that's way more than the demo like playstation already had this already too though they already had game trials back on ps3 well they're ps3 that [ __ ] on ps1 via demo disc yeah but now they actually had like yeah it was called game trials and all that i don't think it was like six hours for the ford though they might extend it but yeah they already had this wait so it's the full game you can play for six hours yes yeah mm-hmm yeah so what if i was to beat sacramento if you beat if you beat it then you beat it yeah okay but they're not i don't think it's something they're going to give you at launch it's going to be something after the game is out for a while you know you don't get under well they doing death straining directors cut already they just came out well that game's important but it's still one game it's still old technically man they probably it probably won't be six hours with all the games but it probably like an hour for certain like new releases maybe like an hour they're doing that because of um um because the way that xcloud has come into consoles is going to allow people to play the games instead of um while the game installs uh they'll play the stream version um the x cloud version that's 1080p60 because that is i think live i think it's if live in beta now um wasn't there some type of study that said demos do more harm than good though yes i could have sworn i saw something about that yeah that was that's true yeah yeah cause some people a lot of people play the demo and just they keep playing them up they just keep playing demo they won't even play together regularly but that's why they're probably gonna be if you try the game out in the game it's trash like yeah when i was younger some games i only played the demo and i just keep replaying the demo like [ __ ] i'm not going to body game sonic adventure one sonic adventure one i played the devils the first level with the killer whales man yeah i would do that i would do that with racing games when racing games got done because there's like really at that at that point i wasn't checking for no campaign like that one race over and over again [ __ ] it yeah that's true here's the chrome being broke here's the crazy part though it says the timer for these trials trigger as soon as you hit the download button now that's correct that's great because it's six hours of real time it used to be just when you booted it when you was playing the game like three hours then you got three hours left yeah i understand that sucks but this isn't the first time it's been done that's how it used to be on steam and people were mad as [ __ ] about it i'll tell you why flight simulator is what like 128 gigabyte game and you get what you get four hours on steam before you have to bg you're the expert of you know buy it upload my thing and then return it where they give you four hours yeah it's about four hours yeah and i think you gotta play less than two hours i think yeah so if you download flight simulator and then you download then you update it you get what 15 minutes to play and then you had to return it and you couldn't return it so people were mad so valve had to change it um yeah it just sucks for people who have slow uh slow downloads it shouldn't start when you start downloading that's crazy bro that is nice it should start when like you boot the game up for the first time yeah think people did that was that always the case or did that start after people like abused the refund policy like no it was always the case in the beginning on steam it was as soon as you um started downloading or something but like think about it this way you download all right it might be different on consoles but in the pc world think about it this way right you download a game you boot a game you check out the settings of the game you might have to troubleshoot the game there could be a lot of things you actually do before oh i might want to return it the game is glitch versus um maybe i didn't have the right drive there's a lot of different things you might need to worry about on pc so and people thought it wasn't fair so if the if the if if the timer starts when you hit download that means it's still going even when you're not playing it that's what i'm saying is just six real time hours wow that's crazy that's crazy okay got some wow wow okay it's not like the ea is when you actually plan that well we got the game launched open you get to now yeah so for battlefield you can get 10 hours of battlefield before you know you decide to buy it then you get a discount for game pass yeah so if you download it you better make sure you don't got nothing else to do so you don't have no damn time this [ __ ] is crazy yeah all right um okay moving on uh some smaller stuff uh they've they've announced aang no i think they announced aang before didn't they and cora it was leaked on like the box art or something right okay so aang and korra have been announced for nickelodeon all-star are stall brawls all star brawl and uh that comes out tuesday though they come out in two days i think yeah you saw they added a top to the game too right yep so joked about an uh the game pass subscriber number uh what exactly happened i don't know all right so you got this kid got it you could chime in wherever whatever i miss out but uh the ceo of take two they were they had an interview with like yahoo it's phil spencer to do from on take two and then some somebody from like yahoo whatever and um they were talking about like the gaming industry and then subscription service and then um this dude from take two said you know phil spencer doesn't give him uh give himself like enough credit he was like you know where he said where are we at we're about like at 30 million right phil and then phil you know correct them and say well the last one we've uh published our last published number was 18 million he's like well we know it's more than that and then they kept going on but uh so and then with that people like oh 30 million it is at 30 million because who out of all people other than phil spencer who would know a publisher his biggest take-two who has games and game pass they i mean they would need to know the subscriber count to see if it's worth putting content in there so um but that's what really like you know made uh the rounds and then people were trying to decipher whether it's true or false and um that's what i took uh from it but xbox university if you want to you know carry me to the finish line see if i miss anything i i got you brad so basically what people the the argument was do you believe it's at 30 million or not my thing is this whether it's at 30 million a specifically or not we know it's something it's closer to 30 million right listen to what i'm saying the t the ceo of take two of all people all the credible people in the world that would know these numbers it would be him like i said because he's on the esrb he negotiates with xbox to put their games on game pass he would have to know these numbers in order to negotiate because he's like why would i put my if xbox has more subscribers they're gonna have bit of more leverage and stuff like that so my point of saying is this you can take it with a grain of salt because of course it's not been verified it didn't come out officially but the last official numbers was 18 million and like i tell people a lot of people like to say well if it was 30 then they would come out and say how great it is uh they will come out and say it but i'm like no there's a lot of reasons why you wouldn't say for example you might not want your competition to know about your growth because you don't you can't hide that stuff though from stockholders and shareholders that has to be said stock hold up they're doing it right now they haven't announced anything so so you can't say they can't do it while they're currently doing it that's number one number two they could be like okay um we're waiting for a certain milestone before we announce it like when it hits 32 or 35 or they could say we're waiting to see the holiday bump with console sales or they could say we're gonna wait until we spell um sell a specific amount of series x and s's before we do it or i mean there's a lot of different reasons why they could say we are not going to share those numbers until a specific time maybe they have another announcement like a pedestal size announcement and they say hey we're going to wait until after that announcement to see the game isn't that when they announced their um their numbers after the bethesda exactly after they announced the bethesda acquisition they could have another thing like that in the works and they're like hey we're gonna wait until after that and then see how many people subscribe because of that acquisition and then give the numbers to make us ourselves looks good look good so like i said there's a lot of different reasons why you would hold those numbers back but um until we get the official number we can't say it's officially 30 million i'm just saying that that's a credible source another thing i have to say about this is take two would be the last person i would think would ever comment on game pass of all the companies out there game pass would be the most useless to take too think of how old grand theft auto is and how much people are still buying that game yeah well that's why he said he he wouldn't well the guy the guy from take two said uh he wouldn't put their games on there at least not well did he say he didn't say ever he said uh day one because after that comment he had put um uh red dead and grand that photo right back in there so yeah that's crazy yeah he put this game right back in there but anyway so if it was 30 million i think they would talk about it so it's probably not at 30 million it's probably approaching 30 minutes so it hit it hit 18 million january 26 at least that's when the article reported it it's it's october now you could split the difference you know you say it's maybe around 20 25 3 24 25 something around there no no no jeff grubb said the 23 in april so that was before even that was before even june the e3 and we have to um think that the e3 gave them a significant bump yeah because remember nobody's going to game pass they won mpd back in june too and we haven't had as far as what as far as the constant cells not including the switch so that's all okay okay yeah i'm just asking this as an xbox fan of course you know get a um active users thing again because valve's a private company they don't answer anybody the last time when was the last time we got steam active users yes i don't know there's there's steam there's know i i looked it up five i just looked up on my channel five years ago valve announced that there's 125 million i googled it somebody april of this year said that it's 120 active 120 million active telling people this xbox microsoft is not going to hope game pass succeeds or hope that game pass catches on they put in game pass in windows 11. that should show you how serious they are about exist and like 11 companies including zynga had the tools and the dev kit from nintendo uh to make these 4k switch games and then nintendo and zynga both denied claims that a 4k switch existed and that they sent out any uh any kits for it and it's weird because nintendo never responds to anything but the nintendo i don't remember it wasn't the like the american nintendo account um i don't know exactly what that it was the japanese like main headquarters nintendo account okay they came out and made a statement that said there was no such thing it doesn't exist this is this is false which i've never seen nintendo do that before they actually did that a few months back when they were still pushing that there was something else that they were saying about the uh about a switch thing that was going on and nintendo denied it this is the second time i think it's about the same thing that it was in a switch pro and they denied it like a couple months back like this is twice in one year that they did that yeah fake news i guess yeah i will say that i i don't doubt that it exists though because nintendo has been known to do this they said that the wii u wasn't going to be discontinued or anything back in 2000 2016 and then it got discontinued by the end of that year they did the same thing with the 3ds when they said there was no redesign in the works and then like a couple weeks later the 3ds excel was announced so that's why i'm not in any real rush right now but it could be happening but it probably just won't be called switch pro or 4k switch so that's probably how they just posted sweet tooth and he said 2023 right and then we got some articles saying it was it was rumored because of the there's a tv show in the works and and they're going to make a game to go along with it but now it seems to it definitely seems to be real more people more reliable sources are reporting it and the developers of the game are apparently going to be uh lucid games the same dudes who made destruction all trash um the game that had a life cycle of exactly two weeks february 2021 to february 2021 rest in peace they these the same dudes and i just want to say before i you know let y'all give give your thoughts on this the first thing i said right when we saw destruction all-stars gameplay and when we finally got to play it i said that game is going to need guns and i and the tweet is still up i said that game is needed gonna need guns it's what would make it better is weapons on the vehicles just like twisted metal and now what these [ __ ] doing making twisted metal and destruction all-stars was dead in two weeks that game flopped because it was boring nobody just wanted to crash into into other cars and there was no real destruction i don't know how you got destruction in your name and when you crashed into these other cars there was no real destruction done it was horrible um so my faith isn't that strong in lucid games but i i feel like yo it can't be think it could be a big success here's why that the one that jaffee made back in like 2011 2012 that was a very budget twisted medal right i beat it i played the online and i liked it but it was clearly like they just gave they gave jaffee like listen get it done with this small ass budget that that was very clear and play state you know playstation online obviously was trash back then and it didn't then definitely didn't help the game playstations being a lot more you know they given up the bag to these developers to actually you know make games so i don't think money will be an issue and there's a huge void in in the market right now like with any type of uh vehicular combat game if you wanted to play a vehicular combat game what are your options like rocket league i guess that's the closest thing yeah and yeah and that's not even combat really that's soccer yeah you think you think it's sonic they funded destruction all stars didn't they i mean and then that that bounced back with like a 62 on meta critics but that but that's not c but see that's the developer um that's more the developer i idea than than like yeah i feel that but at the same time though would you i mean i wouldn't mind them because right here's the thing right it's so simple right i know it's so simple and so small but it would make a big difference i'm telling you if destruction all-stars had weapons have a resurgence they're making tons of money on single-player games they're not going to dedicate their best teams to multiplayer because multiplayer is dominated mainly by companies that put their game on all the platforms like fort look the the audience that likes playstation that likes these adult orientated single-player games is not the audience that is playing fortnite roblox minecraft etc it just isn't and then it goes on investors money into experiences that a bunch of these kids aren't going to play when their games appeal to an older audience yeah this ain't going to have no twitch is testing a feature that lets viewers pay to promote um streamers so so pretty much if you're a twitch streamer you could it's like i don't know if anybody ever ever has been on facebook marketplace or any marketplace where you can pay to to uh put the um put the product you're selling at the front of the page get it highlighted so it could possibly be sold so twitch is essentially doing the same thing where you could uh pay to promote your uh your channel on twitch because twitch discover discoverability has been a huge problem um for smaller streamers or even mid you know mid-tier streamers they've always complained about it and they feel like twitch is never doing anything about it it's very hard to get discovered on there um so this apparently is twitch's solution what are your um thoughts solution is to not have booty [ __ ] everywhere and hot tub streamers and kidney stream that's why you can't find nothing and like people were licking the mics and stuff yeah yeah i don't know honestly i think this is a great idea i don't have a problem most people are saying they hate it i don't have a problem with it simply because um hey man sometimes for promotion sometimes you got to pay for promotion yeah what it is and then like this is what this is what's crazy about twitch right twitch charges people premium prices to donate to people right if i if bg was streaming on twitch and i wanted to donate five dollars worth of bits i got to spend seven or eight dollars to get that five dollars right so i'm paying twitch on top of trying to get bg file and just instead of just sliding the five dollars right so if your viewers want to support the stream in a different way and i saw the prices they weren't too bad in my opinion if you could get 3 000 more people that wasn't going to see your stream originally recommended your stream for three [ __ ] dollars bro hey i'm with it at the end of the day um hopefully you can uh you know actually retain some of the viewers but hey man it is what it is and i read somebody said on twitter i don't even know if this is true or not but he would like uh some of the partners be paying for that front page promotion i don't even know if that's true but he was like they'd be paying like three or four racks to get on the front page so hey man and you got to pay for promotion bro that's how i see but here's the problem that i'm hearing from certain people um because they're saying like okay as a smaller person if you're paying to get more discoverability essentially right what do you think the big streamers who are already like are obviously making more money it's just gonna offset like okay you're gonna pay your little your if you're a small streamer you're probably not gonna invest that much right you're probably gonna invest a small amount the big streamers are gonna invest a lot more and they're already on the front page so it's just gonna offset and they're just gonna like keep taking over i i don't think this is this is not front page promotion from what i'm understanding when you watch a twitch stream it'll say we think you're like these channels it ahead of people you follow and then they have recommended channels under that i'm thinking they gonna put you right there but they do get on like the home page too like a little recommended tab so the partner streamers are always gonna be under the partners section they always gonna have more viewers than you they always gonna buy more uh stream viewers than you but if they telling you they guarantee you you know a thousand more people that weren't going to see this originally is going to see this now right if that's a guarantee they can give me hey man i gotta roll the dice sometimes [ __ ] i like the question about twitch screaming because what i want to know is like is it is it something that's stable or is it as volatile as i think it is because like i said i every every couple of weeks i hear twitch is twitch use viewbots and all type of nonsense oh yeah they like yeah like for me like it because i always hear different opinions people talk about um you know live streaming on twitch versus youtube and a lot of people who go to twitch they don't have they don't establish a base because like if you only live stream then youtube won't really be i guess help you but if if you do make videos about a whole bunch of things gaming and you also live stream then youtube is great but if you just live stream on on on youtube like you're not gonna really gonna get like recommended you're not really gonna get it yeah that doesn't fit the algorithm you know content and live stream yes and so and some of these people like they're they're not like they're not really content creators they're just they just know how to play games they some of them can't even talk on a mic you know they don't know how to talk about anything they don't there's there's no like subject matter that they can talk about they just don't entertainment factor yeah they just know how to live stream and play games so that's why a lot of them just go straight to twitch which for me i think youtube discoverability is way better for one thing if you make a video it's it's it stays there and it could get recommended it at any time yes you know like it's it's it's part of your archive and your archive will help you like bro that drive club video i have i have like that drive club dude i played drive club for what like one hour and then sold the game right and and and that video that i i put has like a million views and i was eating off that video for years that that doesn't that can't happen on on on twitch right because because twitch it's it's just it's just while you're live you're only pretty much making money okay um talk about halo um so the halo beta is still going on this week they released big team battle uh i played a few matches with kofi and and the rest of the uh the crew strat and uh you know dismal dave and everybody else and bruh we was having some fun um the only thing i would say like the only thing i i guess i i didn't like uh the performance is is improved over last week by the way um i would say like the the map that they have right now for big team battles just one map it just feels a little bit generic to me it's it's literally just trees you know some platforms and some launch pads a little it's it's a little bit generic but other than that brother the game is is really fun like there's yeah you can't debate that about this halo um you know beta multiplayer and uh what i noticed is there are a few people who who are having like who have an issue with the ttk of uh of halo and it's it's people who are newer to halo oh yeah i want to speak on that yeah yeah so so here's the thing about halo right if you're new to it it does halo truly doesn't play like any other multiplayer for one hip you hit fire and and you don't ads that's automatically going to turn people off who've played your typical play most um you know uh first person shooters almost all first person shooters you you always you know unless you're up close you hit you know you ats halo that's pretty much not something you do unless you're sniping um unless you're um or unless you're not getting shot at because you're going to get de-scoped if you do um and then the ttk it's halo is all about you know landing you you got to land some head shots you got to land mostly head shots body shots do nothing in halo so it's very hard for yeah it's very hard for new people to adjust it like yo what the hell is this people people are bullet sponges but it just plays very differently than other games so people are having a hard time getting used to the ttk who haven't played halo the thing i i tell people about halo is this when you come from a game like cod or different games like that where you just do two bullets and the person drop down um halo is more about skill see halo gives you the time like whenever you for example i get a lot of quote unquote reversals that metal because what that means is somebody attacks you they have you on the ropes but then because of your skill you can reverse it and kill them before they kill you that's what i love about halo that the fact that if you if i have more skill than you of course if i run into four or five different guys at the same time four against one i mean i mean there's nothing you can do but i mean like if it's a 1v1 situation and i have more skill than you i can beat you like 95 percent of the time it's not it's not going to turn out well because you have to get down my shield and like what you said even after the shield is down you have to land headshots because you're just shooting me in my stomach or whatever you'd be like damn how am i keep dying i i emptied the whole clip but was it in the head though so like i said it's a lot it's a lot more skill based than a lot more um and all to be fair all first person shooters take some level of skill but in cod i hate the thing i hate about god the most is the camping there's people just camping just sitting down chilling for 10 years because they know that before you can even turn around there's two shots and you're already gone but yeah that's why i said uh it's it's it's a different game but i could it's not for everybody it's not gonna be forever yeah and it's like you gotta understand like yeah you're not typically in halo if you run into a 2v1 situation like it two dudes you know are looking at you you're and they're shooting at you you're probably gonna die you can't take that much you can't take on pause you can't take on two dudes right um so you gotta know when to like when to retreat you got to know when to pick your battles you got to look for one 1v1s you know you can't just be running out there just randomly and you know random routes you have to look and try to pick 1v1s because if you run into the whole team it's done like that's one of the worst things about halo if you run into oh it's like just a thing that's the best if you're if you're in a squad of twos and only and two people have brs it's only two shots each and you're dead no i'm saying that against you yeah that's what he means yeah yeah like i'm saying again if you run into two dudes and you're and you're just one v2 you it's a wrap for you it's a wrap you guys i've got to start with the team yeah yeah but that's why i don't like to play with randoms because what happens is when you're going random everybody do the scooby-doo [ __ ] and everybody go their separate ways like let's split up i'm like where are you going we supposed to be traveling in packs are you all stupid sounds like pg never i'm a team player sir yeah we need to travel and pack because if you travel alone especially in big team battle give it up bruh you cannot go randomly in big team battle because like i said you walk and then the worst part is after you restructured and you know insomniac was two years ago but this year yeah they they pretty much acquired five studio five studios and blue point was the fifth as we know the blue point you know demon souls uh shadow of colossus rematch uh rem remake remake um yeah both remaking a remaster yeah it was kind of both and oh yeah yeah you're right and uh yeah so they're the technical wizards behind the you know all the great remakes and um the rules so the first thing i saw was that they are working on original content which i assume to mean an original ip and then i saw a rumor that said they're working on an original ip and also a remake they're a team of 70 that that was the most recent number i saw they have uh 70 uh developers working there um so yeah sony acquired them now playstation has i think it's around 20 first party studios around i think it's about 20 maybe 19 and like two i think there's like two or three that are support studios what are your thoughts on this actually i support studio two so it's probably 18 if you want to check it but okay no no i'm happy for for my playstation bridgeman bruh because you see unlike a lot of people it's like a sensation unlike a lot shipping a console right he said the minute you ship a console uh you pretty much already have a team working on the next iteration that's something like we we kinda knew and he said along with that it's it's your job to make your your own console obsolete like somebody else shouldn't make your your console obsolete for you you have to make it obsolete like this it's man dropping gem so he said that he also admitted and this is i mean i'm i'm not exactly surprised i'm a little bit surprised he admitted it he said the playstation store and playstation online during the ps3 era was trash and we all know that i guess i was a little bit even though he's not with playstation anymore um he admitted like it was trash he said it would you would be better off like actually going to a store and like buying buying the game rather than waiting for anything to download on uh on on from the playstation store and you know because the download speeds was terrible jack jack i don't know how you still played like ps3 games after the ps4 was out like i should have said man it's still man i'll be down yeah i download some guys on the other day that should take forever it feels like it got worse once they implemented that new score oh yeah that [ __ ] that [ __ ] slow as [ __ ] yo yeah i constantly just get kicked out browsing wait what happened to my playstation then it just restarts i'm meaning meaning people like for example people play fortnite and fortnite is obviously not a game you beat but people play it and they just stay in the community of it and you know it's it's a platform like fortnite is a platform so he says like people just don't play games anymore and that's one of the reasons why like he thinks like playstations approach with cross-gen games um like you know god of war uh horizon why they're doing it when they haven't really done it in the past they abandoned their consul in the past he said with they wanted to keep communities together since people aren't beating games as much anymore is you don't want to disconnect the community since people aren't being games anymore along with the you know the pandemic reasons and people can't really get uh you know consoles that easily but that's that's part of the factor um he talked about cons consolidation of the industry right and why he doesn't want to see like uh too many like developers publishers uh get acquired um and people always think he's he's talking about like xbox specifically he's talk he said he's talking in general it's not all about xbox but he said consolidation of the industry leads to lack of innovation and diversity because because when you get acquired by a bigger company their their desire to take a risk is is smaller right the risk becomes the risk they take becomes lower but the cost of their games becomes higher so when you take an independent studio might take a risk that when they become um acquired they're not gonna they're not gonna take or the company isn't going to allow them to take rather so that's why you know he doesn't like seeing all you know too much acquisition and stuff like that but these are these publishers like microsoft and sony they're pretty hands off though right nobody don't easy hands off sony from what i know like microsoft just lets them do whatever they want down there now it wasn't always like that though playstation has been pretty hands off and let the you know let create creativity you know be be you know let them do what they want but microsoft wasn't always like that they seem to be like that now yeah yeah uh he also brought up the fact that review scores absolutely played a factor and if a game gets a sequel that absolutely matters um so when people say like you know metacritic doesn't matter it may not matter to us individually but it matters to the grand scheme of things just like sales matters like that's why i don't like when people say sale sales don't matter and like it absolutely matters if you're a fan of a game and want to get a sequel that matters uh he also said this is something that i've said he doesn't think playstation games will ever go day one to pc right he's by the way he's completely he's completely fine with games going to to pc he thinks that was that was a a good move and playstation should do that but he doesn't ever see it going to pc day one and i've said long time let's say if if game pass never doesn't make any money right now but to actually like get to the point where they're making a profit it seems like they're gonna need to make way more than whatever the actual subscription number is right now i mean that's a simple math bro like if a game got a [ __ ] 100 million dollar budget and you give a nigga's game pass for a dollar like eventually you're gonna be like damn i need to charge more for this [ __ ] like damn it ain't no people on this [ __ ] you know yeah i think that's simple mathematics at that point but microsoft saying they got like that you can um buy dlc you can buy microtransactions like vc like vc in nba 2k whatever the case would be or short cars or whatever so there's a lot of different ways to monetize one game that's
