anyway you guys probably know the drill by now i put something on twitter you guys gave me some really really good or really really bad descriptions of video games and now i gotta guess what they are so i think we can just go ahead and skip the pretenses here let's get going collect 120 mcguffins or not we'll let you get to the ending without glitches this time oh i feel for the speedrun community on that one super mario 3d all-stars uh rest in peace long jump glitch did i just get told off for destroying the world and told i have to rebuild it from the very start what blasphemy is this bastion talking plant that tries to kill him slash her and tries to make friends after that event or possibly kill them all you're not picky undertale years later and i still can't get away from that game right time to deliver a package let's see who's helping we have a cheerful pilot a lovely nurse a gamer and a hamster wait what is this nonsense i'm gonna give you one thing squid gamer gal i like the fact that you describe tracer as a pilot a lot of people seem to forget that she actually is a pilot but anyway overwatch blacksmith drops his sword and breaks a space highway you have to go clean up the mess hmm ooh that's a good one um i want to say this is super mario rpg because that's basically what happens at the start of the game you're referring to smithy right yeah i'm gonna go with i'm gonna go with super mario bg an athlete comes out of retirement to prevent the collapse of the worlds due to one man's obsession with the ultimate condiment hi jinx and sue and frequently involve chickens [Laughter] this one makes me smile in so many ways this is guacamelee too um is guacamole a condiment it's more like a dip or a side or something but yeah i know what you're talking about so there we go in this classic game you are the son of the prince of darkness did i forget to mention that there is a mirror of the castle you're trapped in oh this has got to be castlevania symphony of the night you know looking back that was a really cool thing that they did for the playstation at the time but now i think about it that probably was just a way for them to pat out the game men with eyepatch is obsessed with kicking your ass yakuza hi goro majima a better version of sort of a better version of sword art online four or five years before sao existed facts no absolute facts you're talking about dot hack aren't you oh my god i love this one why my metal arm wanna kiss me bionic commando oh my god don't do not remind me of just how unbelievably stupid that whole concept was guns the video game literally every single item is in some way a gun pun and the enemies range from small blobs to living sniper rounds and apparently shooting yourself in the game sends you far into the past i don't know how that works i mean neither do i but you kind of have to suspend your disbelief when it comes to this game because it's just as stupid as it sounds enter the gungeon from when i'm to understand this game is actually legitimately good it's just do not ever take it seriously you're gonna be wasting your time if you do getting a strawberry shortcake [Laughter] i love the fact and i hate it too that i can get this one just from this short description this is kirby's squeak squad that's all that game was he was just getting back your strawberry shortcake oh man that's amazing that is legitimately amazing oh kirby you never let me down excuse me sir i have a question how this city's energy works have you watched simple gear that show with five seasons where the armors use too seriously you know it's really a breath of fresh air that the tournament is being run by a guy who just loves a good fight for once um okay this is clearly a fighting game i'm guessing this is king of fighters 14 because the tournament in that one was run by antonov who legitimately just wants a good fight my politics are level 9999 i have a lot of politics my politics are amazing i am so sorry i i probably shouldn't have done that i'm probably gonna trigger some people with that one but either way the only reason i know this is because you legitimately told me about this game north cause i love robots is this grounded it's that new game where you're shrunk down and you have to fight garden variety bugs i think this is grounded so i'm gonna go with that this is nothing like the simulations people are dying and there's a katana wielding president octagonapus on the loose oh this is easy metal gear solid 2. and president octagonapus is not something i thought would ever escape my lips in this lifetime main character has wings but can't fly and everyone around him takes the piss out of him for it oh i'm so sorry pit you're still awesome in my book anyway kid icarus uprising three paths two families one dragon that'll be eighty dollars for it all please thanks i hate it child of devil jesus goes to stop bigger devil jesus with the help of reuben langdon kylo ren but a shakespearian with animals a country mechanical girl y'all a living walking female arsenal and the blonde lightning girl who dark soul was filled with light i like that one i love it too austin this is devil may cry 5 swag james i'm going to say right now this might be the best description i've gotten so far check out our cute robot game it's got marriage problems morality issues sad little girls and happy points i want to say this is chibi robo and when you put it like that yeah this game was a lot darker than the box art let on make a great game with beautiful visuals wonderfully written stories and characters it plays exactly like breath of the wild it plays exactly like breath of the wild gentian impact you know that game supposedly is doing really well despite the blatant similarities so it's got to be doing something right there's so many good characters we got mommy psycho waifu bait edge edgelord with arthritis walking atm who don't understand how rock paper scissors work totally banging your mom dude bro hawaiian santa claus an onion with dreams of grandeur yeah boy and of course you the person with a face permanently stuck on i'm desperately trying to hold in a [ __ ] behind this smile joe you really have something against pokemon sun and moon don't you local space wizard goes on a quest with another space wizard and four arms from ben 10 to find the galaxy's last adoption ledger [Music] best i can think of is star wars jedi fallen order only because there's a guy in that game with four arms apparently the good guys slander their political adversary on live television so the adversary makes statues of every member of the hero's race now the hero needs to break these statues and burn everything else this is cute because the game was just as cute with how silly it was at the start this is spyro the dragon beans beans everywhere hopping grabbing but who is the beaniest bean of them all well i guess i'm checking fall guys off the talked about list you and several other people run through 8-bit endurance obstacle courses while being bombarded by killer reptiles infectious fungi carnivorous plants and flying krakens you survive by spending 20 cents on a roulette and hope to turn the tide in your favor only one can live what i love about this description is that it doesn't sound like super mario 35 until you actually start thinking about it god gets drunk one night and destroys all the stars now his son must clean it up after his father's mess this is katamari damasi isn't it that's pretty much what happens he gets drunk and destroys everything hey remember that pony show well now it's a fighting game oh we just got a season decision from hasbro um okay we'll just make our own characters them's fighting herds legitimately good game i might add and i'm going to say this much right now fighting his magic was legitimately good too man confronts his past and traumas the weather is bad there is an unsupervised child calling him a loser now and again he solves his problems by carelessly shoving his arms in gross places slash places it doesn't belong silent hill 2. i really should not be surprised by you giving me this one chica chica i know how much you love that game i just wanted to cover a story about a freaking bug not fight the undead a cult and the military why is this happening because you decided to stick your nose into a zombie apocalypse frank west dead rising and then there were none but with witches kick-ass music and a whole lot of meta oh this has to be town of salem haven't played it myself but that game's infamous for this kind of thing aggressively ring a bell to solve your problems and help a talking skeleton wait are we sure we should be helping him eh it's probably fine i want to say this is zach and wiki that's my best guess on this one so there we go zack and wiki you start as a sheep that changes the rules and quickly you learn that anything's a tool and before you are puzzles that you must do but it's not so simple because baba is you paint the planet with parkour while listening to some jazz oh yeah this is the blob seriously an underrated gem on the wii if anyone gets a chance to play it i highly recommend it hey that guy's hand is glowing you can make a religion out of this and they did best i'm coming up with for this is dragon age inquisition it could be something else but i'd honestly be shocked if it was so that's my guess and finally alright just gotta upgrade my armor and weapons decorate my home feed the animals
