Grian's Elytra Course in Minecraft (Hermitcraft season 6)

[Applause] I'm hoping that everyone will just learn the course and of course I am making some diamonds here so it costs one diamond to do a run you lose if you die but you get penalty points if you just take damage and my goodness is this this really difficult course so hopefully people get obsessed with trying to beat my score and it costs them loads of diamonds but of course I need to offer a final prize as well but with that I think I need to show you guys the full thing okay let's hope we have a little bit more luck that time there we go then I know the next one is up here oh that's tight and now I think the next one is actually there okay and if I miss one don't even worry about it this isn't a proper run I'm just trying to get a feel for it yeah through the side of big logs incorporated gonna give me a chance to quaff a regen potion over here there's the next ring it had the next the point is through this tree I believe then through some sort of cave action which is kind of cool then through there and this time oh I was doing so well except for the fact that I had to stop so we're probably not actually gonna do wait a minute did I miss another one yes I did we're probably not gonna do our actual run today I've got other plans but it will be on the agenda to try and get a good time in you know try and like treat this like a challenge and develop a skill being able to fly super fast here through here through here oh my goodness those are terrifying those bamboos I don't think you hit them which is kind of nice though I think it's through here and it's very difficult oh that's one second one second added it's going very well oh it's going very well I've added one second so far that's a very difficult one to get through and then this is all new course here and this should take us all the way back dang it so close I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to go through that thing right I'm finding that if you look and then use the rocket where you want to go like I know that sounds very obvious but the boost of the rocket takes you closer to where your crosshairs are aiming right although that time as I said it kind of took me upwards and over hmm maybe I'm trying to learn too quickly just got to do this more and figure out that one's ridiculously small that's super challenging oh yeah right turn hard right hard right that that is gonna need some arrows no two seconds oh it's totally possible to do this without any hits if I did that with two hits I could definitely do that with no hits and then on to the final run there we go oh right here we go through the first one and then you've got to go up right I obviously know this bit off my heart and so do you guys because you've seen me do it about a hundred times already so I don't even need to take you through this so far so good no hits keep up the rocket maybe I should limit the amount of rockets you can use maybe one stack so that you can't just hold down spam like I do that's kind of a difficult one to get through I'm doing so well here at the moment no hit runs so far now this is the difficult part because cub in His infinite wisdom to try and make this even harder it's very difficult oh that's one second one second at it it's going very well oh it's going very well I've added one second so far that's a very difficult one to get through and then this is all new course here and this should take us all the way back so I you need to add the banners so that people know where all of the rings are I really need to concentrate I've got one hit on this and then I think I'm home free there's a little bit of lag going on oh yeah right turn hard right hard right that that is gonna need some arrows oh no two seconds oh it's totally possible to do this without any hits if I [Music] [Applause] two minutes and 44 seconds and total and one therapy day let's go three two one go through here let's go through this let's take it easy slow and easy I already hit one accidentally landed which is never a good idea speed wise but I trying to get no hits on the easy ones and also try to take it to steady line up and go steady okay don't need to spam it like green does we can go steady and just get a huge good one okay well my hates coming up which is the defense post one so let's see if we can just sort of go through it steady oh yeah that's the one I hate so much okay oh no missed one okay here it's only one seconds so like that adds up but if I cannot get them on those ones and just get it on the bamboo oh my goodness we did it somehow without that hitting on that one that's why it not hit okay let's get up then back down again through the bamboo for can through here I don't know if that was a hit or not I was a sort of a nudge landed but that was that was good we didn't hear to go through let me go back through it backwards that still counts right I think so I'm really thinking I probably missed one somewhere I'm really worried about that okay I hit that that's okay as long as we keep moving I'm happy with this so far oh we did hit their butts okay let's be hit they're backwards as well okay when I get three Cantonment up through here then slow down a little bit so we'll take it steady through this one this one that's definitely better than our previous one so far let's not ruin it at the end take it steady around the corner can you stay down here okay that was good that was good that was good okay there's gaps they're so small take it wide go through here go through here I think that's a Hicks it didn't quite do anything and we need to go this I don't effective I think I hear that right before you know what happy with that two minutes ten seconds and 9/10 if we create another school board here I could go straight to the top of it by flying the course in Reverse we have a terrible terrible time that someone will immediately come along and knock me off of right this is the only way I'm ever gonna win sign through flying because I've practiced this many many times and I'm absolutely awful at it so this is also a blind run I've played the course many times going forward but not going backwards one of the first things that you're gonna notice is that I'm just gracefully taking my time and that's because I actually really struggle to fly very fast and since I'm the first one doing it this way and I know that my time will be top then I get to take my time and make sure that I do this without hitting any of the loops which is actually proper no what's that mean if I fall into the water that felt so wrong I was gracefully flying through the air and then all of a sudden oh geez make sure I go through it properly I think it's gonna be the equivalent of hitting one of these loops right so it'll be like a second long deduction oh that's really tricky and this one over here is kind of crazy as well I'm gonna use a rocket oh there we go when the pressure is not on and you can take your time with this it is quite pleasurable I didn't I didn't hit the ground there what you talking about yep this is all evidence of how I'll never get a top scoreboard position unless I create my own I'm terrible this look at me hitting everything I'm also starting to struggle to remember where the route goes because it's in Reverse now I know we're gonna turn a corner here yep yep yeah I'm gonna gracefully glide so I can look downwards this is definitely challenging man I'd love to see what someone like Korean does with this because he is obviously the master of this now I'm gonna take a moment of fly around and eat my heart's have gone way way down my time is gonna be absolutely terrible but I'm going to enjoy the time spent at the top of the leaderboard for anyone else comes and does this in Reverse geez that was the worst flying ever oh my goodness me you know maybe I didn't consider that I'm making a complete fool of myself right now and geez that made me physically duck downwards you know it is a computer game there's another one here isn't there okay let's get a little bit of boost here and then through this one and in this one always really caught me out and I don't like that I'm having to use a rocket and that is because I don't know where the next one is oh my goodness me there it is I've spotted it okay okay and I'm at the ground again no no it it like three times oh my goodness me
