the most delicious most spectacular chicken an absolute stunning protein in fact a chef's dream I am so happy my husband loves chicken I cook chicken sometimes twice a day so I'm feeling very confident yeah to be a true master chef you have to be able to take a stunning bird like this and break it down into all its delicious parts yeah it's so easy honestly for me I could do it with my eyes closed really gory oh yeah all right well here's the deal [Music] put that on for size my friend lord have mercy house he's actually gonna cut up this chicken with a blindfold Wow - drums - thighs - wings - breasts one carcass you're watching up there yes yeah lift up the knife piss back the skin and literally slice through pull back pop out that joint come round slice off again pierce pull back pop out sliced down from there feel where the knuckle is off I'm 5-1 drum now for the exciting part chicken wing cut through the wing step off snap off back to the main part of the bird to fill the best bone down the middle come through the wishbone and let the knife do the work rest on peel back that skin very care if you feel the knife in through down in pull back the fillet and off on the carcass - drum - cries - wings - breasts easy [Applause]
