it's time to go on adventure I'm going to live with a family in Sri Lanka and I'm going to give them some gifts but first we have a long journey ahead and I've just been on by a bird I'm not sure if St so this is like a different type of mango to what I'm used to it's very hard that good very nice mango R they do they travel for free yeah they do this every day yes every day wow same me you're not very friendly how much oh 10,000 10,000 that's not bad that's like uh $20 oh no $30 $30 a day that's not bad nice uh that's guys earn the money our salary in month our monthly salary in month the normal normal person is 30,000 sorry 30 or 40,000 normal noral uh a day mon but that's guys the 4 days in our salary in 4 days wow do they have to have a license to sell do they need a license so like I could start selling if I want all right I'm having a little rest stretch my feet cuz it's so hard we're in Wata we got about 5 minutes here and um I'm going to talk to you about the history of the trains the trains were brought to Sri Lanka in the 1800s by the British funly enough started from Columbo to candy and they used to transport the coffee across the country so helped and now obviously they have a huge train line still they still use the same lines so we'll stop for a few minutes and then we'll get back on be funny if the train starts moving and I have to jump on like James Bond Ella quite far yeah well not not far but like uh Long Walk yeah yeah yeah maybe I need to get some Bullock okay going to have a dip in the waterfall cuz I'm super hot and then we're going to go back and give the family A little bit of a surprise CU they said they you can see they're not living in the best conditions oh my God happy happy happy so I only meant to like go for a little bit of a walk from the train station and I've ended up here this is like what this is for me exactly what travel is about it's about just getting stuck in and going off with no plan like not going to a temple and paying money and getting scammed not having a tour guide not going to a fstar hotel it's about getting in with the locals who happy oh my God yeah that's insane thank you so much you hooked us up this is such a cool spot yeah all right we're going to go for a little dip in there but this has got to be one of the coolest waterfalls I've seen you can see like the green and the way it falls down and no one here no tourists tourist yeah no but like good private happy happy happy fresh water so cold oh don't know where I'm [Music] standing wow oh my God so basically if I haven't explained properly this is where they live at the moment you can see it's just like temporary and they're trying to build this new house but I think they said they run out of money and he's just a farmer so we're going sponsors I take them as an extra Revenue Source but I don't actually need to take them for me like I get just as much happiness from seeing places like this being built up and helping families who need it other than just buying stupid like clothes and material items that I don't need anyway now we got to get on with the journey again now we're on the final leg of the journey I was going to get a bus but I think it's actually a lot quicker and better if I get a private car luckily the family was able to arrange it for me so here he is the Toyota Prius how you doing nice to see you I thought it was looking for the white car okay okay St so we now have a 2hour drive first time driving in the car everywhere usually in a Tuk Tuk so it's nice to be in a car for once insane so many elephants
