Getting MAX skills AFK... Here's how.

skills are one of the most tedious things to grind in Skyblock everyone gets their first few Levels passively by just playing the game but then you have to start grinding them deliberately at some point to unlock new weapons or areas later in the game getting a single level can take a ton of work and a lot of people play for hundreds or even thousands of hours before maxing them all out so let's say that hypothetically I just created a new profile and I'm also about to be confronted by a multitude of law enforcement agencies and placed in a high security prison for no particular reason but I still want to get skill average 55. how do I do that well in Skyblock we have slovenians which can do work for us even if we're offline So in theory you could set up minions to level your skills for you there are only five types of minions so leveling enchanting and Alchemy won't be possible using just minions but those are the two easiest skills to level up anyways to start we need to figure out which minions we're going to use for each skill the five skills that minions can level up are farming mining combat forging and fishing to start let's figure out a Minion for farming the melon minion is the best for XP and will also generate a decent amount of money all minions have a Max tier of 11 but farming minions can be upgraded to level 12 by visiting Trevor in the mushroom desert and completing the quest to give you Trevor ask that we go and hunt down various Rarities of animal and the higher Rarity of the animal the more help we get out of it alright I killed the animal you asked me to hunt how many pounds do I get uh you get 16. 16 how did you get 16 pelts out of one animal you get 16. anyways each tier 12 medium requires 75 pelts and every animal you hunt gives a different amount of pelts depending on the Rarity assuming we have the maximum 31 minion slots we need 2 375 pelts but because I'm in solitary confinement I can't get on to change the type of Minion I have placed because of that I'll just have all five types of minions down at one time so we would only need six to eight of each minion type so 600 pelts will be enough now that we have the melon minions it's time to get them some upgrades the most important things to get are super compactor 3000s which will automatically compact the generated melons into Enchanted melons and then again into Enchanted melon blocks which will make it so I don't need to log on to collect them every day super compactor will go on one of the two upgrade slots and any other slot we'll put a fly catcher which increases the minion speed by 20 fly catchers are crafted from tarantula silica ice water which is dropped from the tarantula Brew father boss very rarely to fight the boss I have to talk to Maddox in the basement of the Hub Tavern to get to spider cellular level 6. now that I have the upgrades it's time to get to minion fuel the best fuel is hyper Catalyst it's the upgraded version of catalyst crafted from Crystal fragments and end Stone the only problem is hyper catalysts aren't permanent meaning I would have to log on to refuel the minions which I can't do when I'm in a high security prison cell there are permanent fuel sources though and the best one is the plasma bucket which is an upgraded version of the enchanted lava bucket crafted from two Enchanted coal blocks and three Enchanted iron ingots we can buy heat cores from Elizabeth in the hub to upgrade the lava buckets to magma buckets and then the magma buckets the plasma buckets which will increase the speed of Armenians by another 35 percent permanently we can also get minion storages the small medium and large storages are unlocked in the oak collection and the large storage can be upgraded twice using the minion expander upgrade which is ball from Elizabeth final thing we need is the farm Crystal which increases the speed of all farming unions by 10 if they're in the range now that our Ferrari minions are set up we can move on to mining minions the best menu for long-term mining XP is the ice minion I'm not going to detail why but I'll link a great form post that does in the description regardless they're the best for mining XP so that's what we'll be getting there is an NPC that upgrades mining meetings to tier 12 in the Dwarven mines but he doesn't offer tier 12 ice maintenance as an option the only other thing that could be helpful here are diamond spreading is because they make minions occasionally generate Diamonds the generated diamonds do give mining XP but not enough to beat fly catchers with diamond spreadings we could make more profit but because that isn't the goal we'll just stick to fly catchers the last thing we'll get is a mithril Crystal which is the same thing as the farming Crystal but for mining minions now that we have our mining minions set up we can move on to combat minions the best minion for combat XP is the Revenant minion and if we visit the bartender in the hub we can upgrade it to tier 12. to unlock the minion we need Zombie Slayer level 5. so I want to talk to Maddox again and did some bosses we'll be using the same setup as before but this time instead of a plasma bucket we can use ever burning flames this grants the same speed boost as a plasma bucket but has an extra 5 speed buffer combat minions to craft it will use our plasma bucket two Enchanted red sand cubes to Enchanted sulfur cubes in and 16 Flames Enchanted red sand cubes are the compacted version of Enchanted red sand which is a compacted version of regular red sand and you get that from the Crimson aisle you also get sulfur from the Crimson aisle after volcano eruption and the enchanted sulfur cube is the most compacted form of regular sulfur Flames are rarely dropped from Cinder bats in the Crimson aisle as well unfortunately there is no combat Crystal so this is as much as we can upgrade our Revenant minions next we have to get foraging minions forging is by far the most unenjoyable skill in the entire observable universe so this is the only part of the video that might actually be useful for anyone watching every foraging minion grants the same amount of XP so I'm just going to pick jungle minions because I like jungle wood the only thing we can do is get the wood cutting Crystal which works just like the previous two crystals giving a 10 speed boost to all 4G minions inside of its radius lastly we need to get fishing minions literally they name the Minions that generate fish fishing minions anyways like all the other minions there isn't much we can improve and there are no crystals or special upgrades you can buy to make these guys faster and there's no way to upgrade them to tier 12 either so with that our setup is complete but there are some Global upgrades we can make to all of our minions first we can apply a mithril infusion to all of them which will increase their speed by 10 permanently we can also get a tier 5 Beacon from the Dwarven mines Forge and buy a ton of power crystals to fuel it because unlike catalysts Beacon power crystals can be stacked infinitely the reason we need a beacon is because when it's powered you can select the minion speed buff and the tier 5 Beacon Grace a 10 speed buff to all minions on the island there are also pet Buffs we can use but because we can only have one pet equipped at a time we'll have to decide between the ocelot and rabbit pet the ocelot pet grants a 30 increase speed to forging minions while I'm on my Island but the rabbit pet grants a 30 speed increase to forming minions because forging minions are slower and give less XP than farming minions I decided to use the ocelot pet if I were able to log on it wouldn't make a difference because I could just max one skill and then change patch but because I'm in jail I had to pick the most time efficient option instead the only other buff we can get is from mayor Cole who sometimes Buffs mining minion speed by 20 but because I can't control mayor elections it'll just have to be a random buff we get sometimes neither we're fully set up we can sit back relax and wait until we max out our skills or can we you see there's these stats called wisdom which increase the XP you get from certain activities so if we can maximize how much wisdom we have we can get more XP and not have to wait as long from eating a booster cookie I can get 25 of each type of wisdom and I can drink a god potion and get another 20 wisdom on each step I can also wait for mayor Derby to be in office when collecting minions which will give me another 50 of each type of wisdom each of the skills we're leveling also have a pet that grants wisdom for that skill so we can use those performing I can equip a rabbit pet for mining a silverfish pet for combat a wolf pet for forging an ocelot pet and for fishing a squid pet each of these pets were at level 100 in legendary tier Grant 30 wisdom for their respective skills in total that's 25 wisdom from a booster cookie 20 from the god potion 50 for mayor Derpy and 30 from the pets for an 125 XP boost from the minions so now how long would it take to get Max skills our setup is going to be 6 mellow minions six ice minions six Revenant minions six fishing minions and seven forging minions which fills the maximum 31 slots we'll start with melon minions which generate 5 melons per action on average 0.1 XP per melon but with wisdom we get 0.225 XP per melon instead with our total 85 speed boost we can divide the original speed by 1.85 to get the new speed being 5.4 seconds per action if we go from farming level 60 instead of just 50 it'll take a total of 111 million 672 425 farming XP to get the level maxed out accounting for the fact that we have six minions and they all generate an average of five per action it would take 1034 days or a little over two and a half years to get to level 60. for Revenue minions we can do the same thing with an 80 total speed boost we can divide 8 by 1.80 to get 4.4 the Revenant minion generates diamonds and rotten flesh with 0.705 combat XP per rotten Flash and 0.9 mining XP per Diamond to get to combat level 60 we need to get 158 million rotten flush and with three to four rotten flush generated per action that would take about 384 days in that time we would also get 1.1 million mining XP from the diamonds speaking of mining XP ice minions have a base action time of 6 seconds divide that by the 80 25 speed boost we got from all the upgrades it's down to 3.2 seconds per action ice minion simply generate one ice per action after wisdom they give 1.125 XP and we need to get 110 million XP to get to level 60. with all six minions active at one time that would take about 606 days or a little more than one and a half years next we have forging minions which we have seven of because 31 can be evenly divided by six so an extra minion had to go somewhere anyways these guys have a slow action time but that's because they generate four logs per action giving 0.225 XP from 1 and 0.9 from all four with the 115 speed buff we're down to just 12.5 seconds per action the extra 30 speed comes from the ocelot head I said we would use earlier because forging max out at level 50 it'll take 51 million 172 425 XP to Max it out which means we need 227 million jungle logs accounting for all seven minions and the fact that they generate 4 logs per action it would take 1175 days or roughly 3.2 years lastly we have fishing minions which are annoying to deal with because the massive Blue Table they have with this table the average XP per action should be about 1.5 XP with wisdom and fishing also maxes out at level 50 so we need 51 million XP again with all six fishing minions active at once it would take about three and a half years to get to level 50. the longest time for all the skills we've done so far this is great news because my sentence is only five years so that's plenty of time to max out my skills before you go I'm actually giving away my Terminator because of what I said in the kudra video and all you have to do is go and just kidding idiot I just want to keep you around so I get post rolls
