Additionally we could add the fact that zombies can pick up and wear items, meaning the experiments kinda half worked
What of Dungeon Spawners were attempts to trap an overwhelming amount of hostile mobs, but the magical cage is failing and so the mobs are leaking out. This was anticipated and is why the dungeons are buried, that and to keep someone from releasing them. Perhaps as an effort to buy time while others escaped to The End.
He needs to cover Minecraft dungeons!!!!!!
matpat never mentioned the obsidian structures...
Hi theorists, really liked the theory but there's one detail at the end I'd like to dispute.(hoping this is the right place to post this sorry if it isn't)
I thought when he was hyping up the blue wool he was going to relate it to lapis and diamond because everywhere else wool and carpet represent real items.
There can be both a diamond block and lapis block in the woodland mansion and may explained in his theory about lapis having magical powers. The illigars cannot mine so they have to steal diamonds and lapis from villages. Lapis and diamonds are rare in villages so that's why there is usually only 1 block of each per mansion if any. Also if these resources are hard to come by I don't think they would create zombies since they are so common. I would argue that they created either Steve or Herobrine who have the same colors as Zombies.
I came by a mansion by accident once
MatPat: I think the illagers are kidnapping villagers and turning them into ravagers
Me: *cough* some Reddit user *cough*
I really like the theory and how it wieves the illagers into the natural order of the world. I only have one thing, I do t think they where trying to make Steve. I have a different idea. As we know, there are God like beeing in the Minecraft universe (End Credits after beating the dragon proves that) and we know for a fact that the Illagers are recent additions. Knowing that I still have one question, Where are they getting there magical powers from? It would have to be one of the God like beeings, but what one? Well, what God like beeing has been teased in almost every update sense the begining, wares a color close to the color of lapis, and had controls over life and death? Herobrine! Just think about it, Light Blue, Dark Blue, and cyan wool? Same color as Steve's shirt yes, also the same as Herobrine. Random alters in the mansion? Could be an alter for Herobrine. Who would they be sacrificing villagers to in order for them to be turned into Ravagers? Could be Herobrine. And it would make sense right? After being banished from there villages, it's only fitting that the Illagers would turn to the one that gave them there powers and the lapis to harnis them. The one who enchanted there totems, the one who created the vexes that the Evokers controle (maybe) and they could have been using the wool, pumpkins, and totems to try and create a vessel for there master to poses, only to have it crumbel into an undead state under the shear weight of a god tear beeing inhabiting the husk of a body. What do y'all think? Any suggestions?
