FURNITURE MAKEOVER // Flipping Facebook Marketplace Furniture for Profit // Side Hustle 2021

hey everyone welcome back it's dean and andrea and today we're bringing you another really unique furniture flip yeah i grabbed this piece on facebook marketplace again where i get almost all of my pieces and i knew that i wanted to do a color i've never done before i really had that itch to just branch out and do something fun so last week i went and picked up a few new colors and i can't wait to show you which one we're using on this piece and before we dive into this build laps we want to say thank you so much to our may coffee donors so this is just a simple way that you can help support the effort that's going on here we're still new to this we're putting in a lot of hours to bring you these videos and so if you appreciate them you can find a link in the description below where you can simply donate a coffee or a pot of coffee to go towards these efforts and to see more of these videos so with that we're gonna dive into the build laps of this piece where she uses a color that she's never used before so grab your chips your popcorn maybe even your chips and salsa whatever you munch on when you're watching a good video and let's dive in [Music] so [Music] baby so [Music] [Laughter] [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] do [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] so [Applause] [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] well wow this piece looks so amazing i kind of can't believe that you painted a dresser pink but it looks absolutely gorgeous and i love the staging on this piece too it looks fantastic yeah i actually had a ton of fun trying to pick this perfect pink color and we had little paint samples on the walls just to try and figure out the perfect undertones and i really love just the muted kind of earthy terra cotta coralie i don't even know what you would call it but i love it and i could totally see it going in like a more boho style living room or bedroom or of course a little girl's nursery would be awesome and like i said i love the way it turned out all right so now let's talk about the numbers on this dresser i picked this piece up for 125 which is a little bit more than i would typically spend but i love the shape and the design of it and thought it would be perfect for a fun color and then we only put about 25 into it with the paint because we kept the same original hardware and we didn't change up the base we currently have it listed for 450 we listed it just under two days ago we've had a ton of interest and a lot of really great feedback people love it but i did know going into this that it is a very specific color that's going to appeal to a much narrower range of people and so it might take a little bit longer to sell but i'm hopeful that we'll get what we're asking for it well it looks fantastic in my book i don't know if that matters but if you enjoyed this flip then definitely stick around because andrea has several more really cool pieces coming up and we're really excited about some of our upcoming videos and also again if you want to support what we're doing here then check out the link in the description where you can actually buy us a coffee and support this effort you're a little rusty blanked out are you hungry mosquito bites ready i don't think you're ready i was gonna let you start talking okay well wow i don't know what to do i don't even know what to say video over now
