and I cannot wait to show you this beautiful Blandon modern Farmhouse floor plan behind me so if you are a grandparent or if you're 55 plus and just want to live the active adult lifestyle while absolutely stunning one-story floor plan let's get right into this Tour all right everyone welcome back to another beautiful model home tour that we have for you guys today we are in Santa Rita Ranch in the 55 plus Community which is Regency at Santa Rita Ranch so this is an active adult community for 55 and older so if you have any grandparents or if you're just 55 and older and you want to join a community like this and this might be the perfect Community for you all these model homes in here are built by the reputable Toll Brothers and right in front of us is the Blandon floor plan this is a modern Farmhouse plan as you can see you have that beautiful board and batten here on the exterior as well as that black framing on all of these windows just bringing that nice modern Farmhouse feel nothing not to mention that multi-tone Natural Stone right there nice rhyme that we have and then when the home is bought and sold this garage this is going to be the driveway into the garage but this community is absolutely amazing and it might be the right one for you if you're in the or if you have any you know again grandparents that you'd like to live by you this might be a perfect one for them look at how nice this glass panes are on this iron door very elegant door right here but look at this so this model home in specific this planton four plan is my personal favorite there's tons of great ones but this is just super luxurious what I'm going to do is instead we usually start off there but I want to show you how nice that open concept living dining and kitchen spaces so we're going to start off there but look at this this is the foyer area you have your beautiful light wooden floors right here as well as this nice accent wall so these walls are going to be all along so compared to your standard walls it's like that all around at least in here so it's very beautiful so look at this as soon as you walk in you get access to your beautiful cathedral ceilings just look at how luxurious this living space is wow so we're going to to start off here but I'm just absolutely jaw-dropped by these cathedral ceilings as well as that nice paneling that kind of shiplap paneling all around so look at this so you have your beautiful Wagon Wheel candle likee chandelier Toll Brothers loves those as well as those exposed beams running along top and just look at how spacious and nice this open concept space is so this is your living space you have your beautiful fireplace with your marble like tiling there and then you have extra Cabinetry and shelving space that you can decorate very nicely over there and then we're going to continue on right behind to this dining table wow you have your nice candle-like chandelier overlooking and look at this so one more pan of this whole back half of the wall you have all these sliders for that indoor outdoor feel just tons of natural light all throughout as well as that beautiful dining table right here to the right this is going to be your study Nook so super nice maybe you can bring your children over your grandkids and have them do their homework when you're watching them and then here is your absolutely breathtaking kitchen I love this so much you have your white Cabinetry with the black hardware and look at how elegant that wooden range hood is not to mention these glass blowout penet lights overlooking your oversized Island so you have that two-tone Cabinetry right here with that crown molding again the black and the white with that black Hardware in your luxurious oven with a ton of burners there on that cooktop in your super deep sink so very functional kitchen right here and we will get out there in a second but I know you guys already see that putting green but just look at how deep this goes and wow these exposed beans that those cathedral ceilings just definitely make the home but right here we're going to show you the rest of this area before we continue on so this is your mud room that's that garage access so a lot of the times when you park in your car you're going to come through this secondary access and then you'll get access to your kitchen and this is pretty much what you'll see as soon as you exit this little mud room area right here and then this is your pantry so very deep Pantry with a ton of storage space and then I'll give you a quick shot of this two-car garage right here so tons of space in here my family we personally have a workout room instead of parking our cars in the garage but now it's getting super hot so now it's time to pull the the cars in but right now we're going to go not over there which that is the primary Suite we're actually going to go over here which is even super nice so look at this you have your powder bath right here very spacious powder bath I love this accent wall with the brick the vertical brick tiling as well is that diamond or Square tiling right there so very beautiful as well as these lighting fixtures with this black framing on the circle mirror just tons of elegant touches and features throughout the home this is your utility room so very spacious utility room you have your Cabinetry as well as that nice floor that gray flooring right there just kind of a your standard but spacious utility room and then this is another kind of playroom just a hang out you know if you have any grandkids that can sit here and watch some TV I love these tray ceilings with the gray painting on the inside so just nice contrasting colors and then again to Brothers just absolutely loves those Wagon Wheel candle likee chandeliers and here's a little extra storage area right there I love that L-shaped couch as well so one more pan of this room until we continue on but it just gets better just wait until you see that primary Suite but look at this so this is your super deep shared bathroom here downstairs I love this deep dark navy blue backsplash that you have as well as this white mirror framing you don't see that too much and then I love the contrasting colors with the gray black hardware and white Cabinetry as you can see it just goes all around with that deep navy blue color and here's your shower tub combo very high ceilings in here and I love that white with the Navy as well and not to mention these super nice I really like it whenever they add these kind of funky floors here just gives it a nice character to the home and then we're going to tour step inside this final bedroom until we get into to the attached ceto right next to it so this just gives you a nice idea of what you can fit in here you have your carpet that runs along keeping it very uniform with that navy blue and I love these lights overlooking your nightstands and that's not a walk-in closet but you do have your standard closet but just look at this watch this this part is absolutely jaw-dropping so here is your kind of attached Cita this isn't even your primary Suite it's an attached Cita so I love how they have different quarters so you have your you know your bed set right there your hangout area kind of your living room and then you're dining and look at this so tons of Cabinetry you have your built-in microwave and refrigerator and I love how they have that crown molding and look at how unique this is you have your lighting fixture attached to that Cabinetry with the glass paneling so is very elegant all around you also have that window looking out into your what will be your driveway so just tons of luxurious features all throughout again keeping it very uniform with that candle-like wagon wheel chandelier just tons of natural light all throughout in a very beautifully designed room here by Toll Brothers to Brothers is nothing short of excellence and you also have that nice you know wooden floors that keeps extending along throughout here not to mention your Walkin closet and then this is your on Suite attached to it your full bathroom again you have that white Cabinetry with that gray countertop shower tip combo that beautiful shower surround going from floor to ceiling which is nice so that you know you can prevent prent some molding issues in the future and we're going to continue on we're going to keep rocking and rolling to the primary Suite so let me know what you think about this floor plan so far this is personally one of my favorite if not my favorite floor plan here in this Regency Community these one-story homes are super phenomenal and I can't wait to show you the rest and I can't wait to show you the outside backyard patio as well cuz it's just super stunning but look at this so again those exposed beams in like that X shape again with that nice kind of shiplap paning up top then you have that beautiful luxury chandelier overlooking your king-size bed in this couch so very functional and thought out Furniture ideas right here and I love that navy blue keeping it very uniform accent wall right there with that paneling just tons of space all throughout and I know you see that that sliding barn door into your elegant on Suite wow so in here you have that nice white tiling here on the floors your his and her sinks with this super unique mirror framing with this brass kind of mirror framing I'll show you real quick just to give you a closer look at it of all the details that they included and I love this accent wall that you have here as well as this bench with this huge picture window so tons of natural light in here and then right here is going to be your privacy toilet this is super unique so you have your linen closet with a glass panel just more elegant touches usually you know Builders will just have your regular door but look at how nice that looks just for a linen closet and here's your walk-in closet with your carpet in here there's tons of space as you can see it goes all the way back there you have your shelving space and hanger space as well and so look you have your Walkin shower with your waterfall shower head as well as your standard one was your shower bench so super nice shower right here and we are going to walk into that beautiful backyard and backyard patio I know you saw that putting green out there so let's go see that this is an absolutely beautiful home in design right here sometimes these are super confusing to open okay this one seems more simple there we go sometimes I get caught up with that but here is
