that's the minister of place you've got the vets over this side and then down here and just around this corner you've got a load of shops and the center of the village so very close indeed [Music] okay so we'll get inside because it's as i said it just started to rain so there we go okay right so we are now into um i suppose this is probably one of the reception rooms really you've got double radiators on either side you've got a door here which goes to a corridor in a minute i'll show you come around to the side here big double glazed window to the front a little door there separating the porch the entrance and then you've got your wooden staircase up a little bit of storage here as well okay so coming through now into this side we have again another nice big room really i mean obviously i've had a bed in here there's a little window to the kitchen um this could be a dining room i suppose you've got the kitchen there you could make that doorway again you got to radiate i mean it's uh you can use whatever you want you've got three good rooms downstairs here really so uh really can use them as a one you like okay we'll go through now to the corridor it's a very big house and there's lots of sneaky corridors and stuff so this is the corridor at the back of the living area so you've got a couple of wardrobes here one on the right and then there's access to the garage and down to the sew saw at the end we will turn around and come through into the kitchen diner again you've got a couple of radiators in here uh aspect windows from here i'll just show you the view out here this below us is the garage this bit here and then to the right of the garage is a little bit of outdoor space so that's the window there that goes through to the bedroom we've just come from and it's fitted all in good working order by looks of it sounds like these uh just a little bit dated that's all okay so going back into the corridor now i'm gonna turn to the left uh first of the bathrooms little windows in the back there i'm not gonna open the shutters on that one okay so this one's got a bath and a shower here i'm pretty good finisher i can't see much like i say again it's um just old wallpaper really and some of it's a bit dated but that's what we get with these properties um where are we so we'll come down this way now this will just finish off this floor so to the left here i'm just going to toilet on its own got a window to the rear there and there's a little bit of storage at the back as well and then we've got two doors one to the left this one goes down to the suso concrete stairs down and the window that and then we've come to the right this is the garage on the front now um so this garage although comes with the property technically is underneath the neighbor's house so you have access from the front here as you can see that goes to the road where i started a minute ago so you've got two garages this one here at the front and there's another one to the rear a big double one to the rear so again here you got room for white goods here's your boiler and uh tank and everything here ready to go for hot water okay so we'll go down and do this bit now and then we'll come back up and off all the stairs that we need to go up so coming down the left here we're into the sousol so this is just a big storage area really you've got a bit room for some white goods sink over here there's a window to the side here as well this door normally lock would be locked and comes into your double garage okay so you've got two doors there a swing either way as you can see from the runners up here one comes this way that one goes that way so you can see plenty of room and then just to the back of this one that is the staircase coming back up again so there is a little bit of storage in there when it's just obviously a dirt floor and stuff while we're here we'll go out the back okay so this is coming out of the garage at the back i'll spin around in a minute still chucking down with rain so i'll try and be quick that's municipal building so you can see now it's all three levels you've got the garage then the floor we've just come from and then you go up again and you've got the roof space as well so it's uh four floors basically and then just to the side here see this ball is the boundary here and then you've got this nice little space in here so uh a little bit of outside space but uh not too much you have to worry about it and you've got a little gate on this side the only uh i suppose the only downside to that is that access is from here so um whether you could um change this window in here maybe see the window just behind the fridge there suppose technically you could turn that into a doorway which would give easier access rather than have to walk all the way through the garage okay so back up the top so garage to the left taller on the right then we have the storage coming through here you've got the kitchen in front of us and the first bathroom on this floor on this side and now we're back through to the entrance and i'm just going to go up the stairs another big there's doors everywhere here so hopefully this will make sense when you see the floor plan as well okay so we're coming up to a little bit of landing space here left hand side first of the bedrooms again you can see big windows front and rear there we go nice uh nice big double this one again good floors the older side wallpaper but really not much needed to update it and then here you've got a toilet and wash basin again big window to the front and the radiator i mean all the water is here i don't know what you can see this huge wardrobe behind so you know there is easily enough room for a shower in there as well okay i'm gonna try and okay so that's the stairs we've just come up and then there's a door there that leads up to more stairs which we'll go up in a second opposite side of this landing you can see now splits into two bedrooms so you've got left side good size double again this one this is just a stud that separates them so you can open this up and just have two good sides of that wall there could completely come out it's just a little stud and then through to the little room again it's really not bad condition at all everything i can see looks really good it's just uh it's just a bit dated with wallpaper and things okay so i've opened that door now we're gonna go up to the next floor so technically now we're in loft space okay so to the left again it's very similar to up to downstairs so we've got left hand side bedroom obviously start to lose your height on the ceilings here electric heaters up here these ones aren't double glazed of anything or looks of it not sure that anybody would have been living up in this part but looks like it's been slightly updated at some point because you've got obviously bedrooms and here's a bathroom toilet new deluxe for looks of it and then coming around to this side you can see you've got electric heater and there's your wasp wash basin again doesn't look bad at all just again needs a little bit of updating really and again you'll see here the wallpaper that's a wooden vine looks like a vinyl coloured floor on top of what feels like wood electric heater again a bit more storage up here so a bit more cluttered this one but again i mean it's two good sized bedrooms up here and then you've got a little bit of storage here on on that side okay so that was bedroom behind me there is by the looks of it even a tidy little bit of loft space there i supposed to be very big because we're into that already bathroom other bedroom this side okay i'll come down the stairs again apologies for the camera it will spin a lot because we're coming up down the stairs so i'm just opening this door so very similar here we had bedroom one on the left toilet in the middle where we had the big wardrobe behind what we said we might want to get a shower in there quite easily and then the two bedrooms on this side small on the right with that stud wall that could come out and a big one on the left okay continue down the stairs again apologies to the camera it will spin and this does have a door this side so now back down to first the ground floor bedroom there's the stairs in the entrance that we came in that's good room actually and that's through to the corner there so hopefully that's made a little bit of sense i will um as i said we'll load up um the other bits as well so we'll have um floor plans just come back out to the front here so again going up the road now sorry come back down on this side that would be i'm parked here look you could just drive around there to the back of the garage as you saw before so there we are
