Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
The best way to beat a troll is to ignore one.
Stockton was a badass. Everybody should know that.
Real G's move in silence
Worth noting that Gary Payton asked Stockton to present him at his induction to the Hall of Fame. Lots of admiration both ways there.
YT is recommending this video to everyone wow
Chris Webber talks about Stockton, calls him 'the baddest man in the world':

I was at a bar last night that was playing the 1997 WC playoffs on a TV. It was amazing to watch Stockton keep his team focused by just playing solid all game. He laid the foundation for every game.
There were a few times where Jazz guards couldn't inbound to Malone because Barkley was so good at defending him and Stockton would come over, take the ball, and feed it to Malone like threading a needle, and then go back to his assigned spot in the play. Having someone so dependable must have been so nice.
I posted this on another thread a while back, but seems relevant here again:
I grew up a Sonics fan and GP was my favorite player (also Sam Perkins!). I hated John Stockton in the first half of that rivalry since he was a subtly dirty player--you almost never saw it in real time, but in every replay he was grabbing a guy's jersey or hip checking someone off ball. But I grew to respect the hell out of him over the years, and especially when it became clear that Payton did too.
