Fuel Injection cleaning in less than 5 Minutes/HOW TO clean injection Directly without disassembling

hello it's alec in today's video we're gonna remove fuel injectors on my 2017 toyota camry and show you how to clean them in easy and effective way without using any expensive tool removing fuel injectors is not that hard for most cars will be the same only if the intake manifold on top of the engine and the fuel injectors will be under the intake so you have to remove the intake manifold to get access to the fuel line if you have a similar car and you want to remove the fuel injectors i have a detailed video about how to remove fuel injectors on 2017 toyota camry step by step i will put the video in description box below and youtube card if you want to check it out as you guys can see me i'm only using common hand tools nothing too special just take your time and it's much easier than you think when we are done alright the fuel rail is free now just pull it out and slide to the right side of the engine first step before cleaning removing all the injectors from the fuel run by pulling them out so you can inspect them and clean them individually visual inspection all the holes are open not clogged and we have some burning oil from pcv system nothing too serious let's take a look at another injector same amount of burning oil if you look closer at the holes we can clearly see that some of the holes are clogged there are two things you have to do before cleaning the fuel injectors first thing removing the o-rings it's a good idea to replace them with a new one but sometimes if i see them not compressed sideways or cracked i'll use them again the second thing we have to do is removing filter strainer it's very easy to remove with a wood screw and pulling it out just like this as you can see the filter did its job and holding some of the particles once the filter being removed with a screw like this it will be damaged and we have to replace it with a new one now we need a diy adapter it's just a hose that fits on the fuel injector glued to a car cleaner straw and also don't forget to use hose clamp to prevent it from popping out i will be using counter cleaner as a solvent on my opinion it was the best cleaner from all the cleaners i have tested before fuel injectors needs power to open and close the solenoid so we're gonna use wire with elevator clip and this 12 volt battery you can use your car's battery as well sometimes i used to use nine volt batteries you should be able to hear the clicking sound of the solenoid it's kind of hard to use it that way that's why i made a wire with a push switch so i can give it power by pushing the switch okay now i just connected the straw on a car cleaner can and we're gonna push the car up cleaner nozzle and give it power at the same time you will be able to see the spraying pattern getting better gradually with each spray let's switch to a better view ok that is enough for cleaning one fuel injector now start from pushing the cleaner nozzle and just push the power switch to release all the pressure before removing the hose let's try another injector the spraying pattern changed after a few times now that's how clean fuel injector is supposed to be here is before my hair is after what a big difference so i continue cleaning other two injectors with the same method and here's closer look at the clogged holes here as before my hair is after i like to clean the burned oil as well and wipe raw alright we have cleaned all the injectors with a short time next we gonna put the o-rings back [Music] now we're gonna put new filter stairs in i always buy them in packs so i can change them whenever i do cleaning like this next lubing the o-ring and putting them back on the fuel rail keep in mind i also cleaned the fuel rail as well with the car all right we are done with cleaning now we're gonna put everything back just like we remove it this is one of my best way for cleaning fuel injectors without using any expensive tool we just used a can of car cleaner and some o-rings filter strainers after doing fuel injector cleaning like this you will feel a big difference in fuel economy and engine gaining power okay everything back we're gonna start the engine and don't worry if it starts hard like this it will happen because we removed the fuel rail and it's empty right now it will take time to fill the fuel run with the fuel there is also fuel injector cleaning kit like this you can use here you have to fill the canister with a cleaner you will need to connect compressed air head and regulate the pressure it's kind of expensive but what i showed you before is the best way hope the video gave you some information and helps you save some money if it was like and subscribe if you haven't already and i will see you in the next one bye for now
